We spent 3 days in Krakow at this fabulous first class hotel. Everything about it was wonderful. We loved the location as we walked to the Historic City Market Place daily. We took tours to the Jewish Center, Castle and Auschwitz and Birkenau which we would highly recommend.

Very disappointing experience We stayed at this hotel for three nights and, unfortunately, what should have been a pleasant family stay ended on an extremely disappointing note. As we were checking out, the duty manager told us that housekeeping had found ink stains on the sofa and alleged that our young son had caused them. We immediately explained that the stains were already there when we arrived. We have video footage taken when we first entered the room which clearly shows the stains were present before we had even unpacked. Despite this, the hotel initially placed a 250 PLN hold on our account to cover the alleged damage. We found it incredibly disrespectful to be accused of causing damage that was already there, particularly when we had evidence to demonstrate this. The hold was eventually supposed to be released, but what was most disappointing was the hotel’s response afterwards. We complained formally and provided our explanation, but received no meaningful acknowledgement, apology or compensation, and our subsequent email to the hotel manager went unanswered. Mistakes can happen, and we would have been perfectly understanding if the hotel had simply acknowledged that the pre-existing stains had been overlooked. Instead, we were effectively accused of damaging the property and then received no satisfactory response when we demonstrated that this was not the case. This incident completely overshadowed what could otherwise have been a pleasant stay. We are extremely disappointed with the way the hotel handled the situation, particularly the lack of accountability and customer care afterwards. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again and would advise other guests to carefully document the condition of their room on arrival.
We did a mother daughter trip to Poland and stayed at Leonardo Boutique Hotel City Centre in Krakow. Perfect location and easy to get to and from both the airport and the main square. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel and the rooms were kept clean. Bar and restaurant were comfortable and staff managed the areas well. Breakfast was decent and had some variety from a cooked breakfast, to salad and fruit, to cereal, to a self-waffle making station however we did feel that there could have been a little more vegetarian food options in the cooked breakfast (e.g. beans or mushrooms). Other things to note that made our stay comfortable: • Many amenities in the area - from restaurants to convenience stores. • Tram stops were a short walk from the hotel. • The bus stops were also a short walk from the hotel. Would recommend this to other travellers to Krakow.
Everything was wonderful! The staff were kind and very helpful. The mattress in the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding! The location was perfect _ just 2 minutes from Vistula River and about 13 minutes from Main Square. Highly recommended! P.S. There was complimentary luggage storage available, which was very convenient since we had a late evening flight.
This is probably the best hotel I’ve ever been to! The breakfast is incredible, you really have a lot to choose from, it’s the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had too! The rooms are clean and big, it feels like your second home! The service is very kind too! You can also reach the city center within a few minutes! I’d definitely want to stay here again!
