The INX Design Hotel in Kraków’s Kazimierz district is a very stylish, modern and beautifully designed hotel. I especially liked the bar area with its elegant gold details, as well as the impressive entrance with the golden door. The whole hotel feels very clean, modern and carefully designed. A particularly interesting detail for me was the display of football shirts, including Robert Lewandowski’s famous number 9 shirt. Lewandowski is indeed Poland’s number 9. I also noticed the number 10 shirt. For me personally, the numbers have a beautiful Christian symbolism: 9 reminds me of the nine fruits of the Holy Spirit, while 10 recalls the Ten Commandments. I sat beside the world map and enjoyed a very good latte macchiato. I also really liked the blue classic car outside the entrance — a fantastic detail that gives the hotel even more character. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and everything appeared extremely clean and well maintained. A beautiful design hotel with many interesting details and a very pleasant atmosphere in the heart of Kazimierz.

Excellent location, clean, and friendly staff. Nice gym and sauna. Only had mild issues, such a shower door that didn’t close correctly and problems with the iron from housekeeping, but overall positive stay
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and unfortunately, it was one of the biggest disappointments we have experienced in years. We booked a room for three adults, but received a very cramped room with three beds that felt more like a military barracks than a 4-star hotel room. There was barely any space to move around, and the wardrobe had only a few hooks for hanging clothes instead of proper storage space. The bathroom was disappointing as well. There was no proper shower enclosure, just a shower area with a curtain, causing water to spread all over the floor. The towels were thin and appeared worn out from years of use. The breakfast was acceptable, but the service was lacking. Whenever food items ran out, no one seemed to notice, and only after we pointed it out to the two staff members on duty did they rush to refill them. Overall, our experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend staying at this hotel. In my opinion, it does not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel.
Great hotel. Good location with trams right outside to take you where you want to go. Good clean rooms. breakfast had a good choice of local foods and continental choices. Only thing missing was English tea, but that was the issue in every café, Poland doesnt do tea like the British 🤣
It is a nice hotel, but has it's flaws. 4 star? I would say it's more a 3 star hotel. I asked for more coffee for the room as they only provide you with 2 small sachets, the woman on the front desk said they'd ran out so would ask the maid to provide me with some if I give her my room number. However, that didn't happen. Not a big deal though. The food was nice, fresh and was worth it. The room was a bit hot, so I opened the windows but then it would get too cold. Not a big deal though. The room was very dark, there were a only a few lights. The shower was really good and I always felt clean The hotel itself was very quiet. The room was noisy due to the trams, but I personally like the background noise. All in all, a good hotel but not sure its 4 stars.
