Reviews
Really good hotel, we were surprised with the rooms - from the outside and the reception are not that fancy, but the rooms are beautiful and very clean. Beautiful location, calm and green, close to the center by the public transportation. Highly recommend!
Great value for the money. We were with a big group, everything was perfect - newly renovated and super clean rooms, more than helpful and flexible staff and delicious food (the food actually exceeded our expectations by far). We will definitely come back
Breakfasts are average and especially some ingredients are not completely fresh! (salmon, meat, mixed vegetable salad, dry dessert....) Preparing morning coffee is always a problem for new guests - a different coffee maker would solve it. Inappropriate tables - they sway. It spoils the rating. The hotel is quiet.
An otherwise pleasant stay was interrupted by a move to the basement and possibly even an unplanned eviction, had the receptionist not informed my colleague that I had checked out a day early. I was then moved to a basement room. It was a business trip.
Hotel was fantastic in an absolute stunning area of Krakow, super friendly staff. My only issue was distance from old town centre, however that being said the tram service is so good and so reliable no need for taxis or Ubers. I will most certainly be back to this location in the future.
