City Lights Apartments

We travelled to Krakow as a family in August and booked this accommodation only a few days before our trip, so we chose the non-refundable option. When we arrived in Krakow and were waiting for check-in, the owners informed us that we had actually made the reservation for September by mistake. We immediately asked if the apartment was available for our actual dates, but unfortunately it was not. We then asked the owners to cancel the reservation, as it was clearly an accidental booking and there was still a full month until the reservation date. They refused to help or make any exception, leaving us without accommodation and with the financial loss. Mistakes can happen, especially when travelling with children, and we understand the terms of a non-refundable booking. However, we expected at least some understanding and willingness to help given the circumstances. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. Do not expect much flexibility or understanding from the hosts.

The apartment is clean and tidy, equipped with basic kitchen utensils, coffee machine, washing machine, and the owner is cooperative Thank you.

A big and nice apartment. But some corners are cut and its not nice. For my case: For example, the shower is faulty and can (sometimes) randomly switch or get stuck between overhead shower and handheld shower. When the handheld shower is turned on, it can make a loud grinding noise which can be annoying The shower design is bad - there's no door except a glass wall, so if you splashed water, some water can come out and make the floor of the bathroom slippery The stove doesn't seem to work Lights in one bedroom was broken But overall, it is a good quality apartments and they provide a fair amount of things for you
