It was a great apartment, very nicely located. We stayed in room 6 with a balcony. Very nice apartment (wasn't sure what we'd get when arriving). Only small things was there wasn't a lot of cleaning supplies and stuff, don't know if they'd been restocked. When we were checking out there didn't seem to be anyone around on the desk when there should've been so we couldn't ask about leaving our bags etc. We waited around 10 minutes before we just left the key and exited.
If you're traveling here bring an HDMI, there wasn't one for the TV!
We stayed in one of the outhouse buildings, which meant climbing three flights of stairs. This wasn’t ideal and wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with mobility issues, as there is no lift.
The room itself was spacious, very clean, and had a lovely kitchenette that was well equipped with plenty of cooking utensils. The bed was firm, which we liked, and the pillows were super soft and comfortable.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues with housekeeping. We asked for a fan three separate times as the room was very warm, and each time we were told one would be brought up, but it never arrived. The soap dispenser was also empty when we checked in and was only refilled after we asked twice.
The location is excellent—around a 12-minute walk from the Main Square, with great transport links nearby. The local people were friendly, and we really enjoyed our time in Kraków.
Overall, we had a good stay and would definitely return to Kraków, although we’d probably choose a different hotel next time.

Great location only 10 minutes walk to the old town, with a shop next door was very convenient.
We arrived early hours of the morning & had to ring a number on the door, a really helpful man helped us get in & acquire our room cards.
The receptionist was great when we had a medical emergency & was always friendly.
Would stay there again.
Brilliant location short walk away from old town. Lovely apartment, Some stains on walls but overall was cleaned to a decent standard. Not much interaction with staff as we arrived at night, but we were advised how to enter which was no problem at all. Would defiantly recommend this apartment. 👌
This was my first time visiting Poland and I came across this place, I was very excited and eager to find out what it was like and it was beyond my expectations. We arrived into the airport at 7:30 am but check in wasn’t until 4 but we were able to leave our luggage and head out to explore. We came back an hour earlier than the specified check-in time and we were able to access our room. 2 keycards were given and they are needed to open the door and run the electricity in the room. The room was nice and clean with a good view of the surrounding buildings, there was a safe where we could store our stuff, complimentary towels and extras if needed. Beds were comfy apart from people coming into or out of the hotel as the main door does give off a loud slam but we still managed to sleep and do what we wanted to do. Other than that I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others looking for a hotel close to the town. Thank you for the amazing stay
