The room was exactly as shown.Everything new, carefully worked, very clean. The location is perfect for exploring the city. 100 m from Barbakan and about 300 m from the train station. There are many shops and a mall nearby. The room is very quiet. You don’t even know you’re in the city. We will defintly come back here and recommend this accomodation.

This residence hosts several AirBnB style apartments. In my experience, the communication with the company running the residence was prompt and the staff was very professional and helpful. The apartment was very clean and functional. It looked exactly like on the pictures and had all the creature comforts one might desire. The place is very convenient as it is located close to both the main train station and the old town of Krakow. There is a paid car park right in front of the building.

Dishonest company - it's unfortunate that I have to make such a statement as the apartment was nice, but I was then denied my deposit. I stayed there for over a month and had paid a hefty deposit. AT the end of the stay, the owner made up reasons to keep the money by saying that the deposit was to pay for cleaning, laundry (and why did I use all the towels?), and for damage that I absolutely did not cause. It was obvious to me that she really didn't want to pay it back.
