3 stars is GENEROUS. check in was a joke. No WiFi password given. no proper literature or explanation on hours concierge was there etc. Just our room code and the code to the door scribbled in a mess in a random corner of paper (the person working said they'd send me a text with this on, it never happened). When we got to the room it was late and the plan was to simply have some food and go to sleep. we noticed immediately the only pillows were 2 paper thin ones on the King sized bed, we went down and concierge advised they couldn't help with this until morning. We then noticed the ONE single duvet on the bed was a tiny single one (given its typical for there to be two on the bed j assume house keeping didn't check the room properly), again asked reception and they were no help so we had to sleep the first night with one single duvet between us and the world's worst pillows. We told them about all this and were promised they'd sort 9am. When we got back from our day out it still hadn't been sorted and we had to go downstairs severalntimes (noones ever there) then repeatedly ring the number to get these sorted. We also had to ask for towels severalntimes as the only ones provided were the ones for the floor (the small extra thick kind to stand on not actual towels). Noone attended the room throughout our stay, we never got the WIFI password and everytime we went to reception it was empty. It's a decent location but there's many options in the area where housekeeping will actually clean and service your room! I'm not confident our room was properly cleaned prior to our arrival given all of the above. Overall a very lackluster experience.

Absolute catastrophe. Zero service. The hotel may work fine as long as nothing goes wrong, but the moment there’s a problem, the staff and management are completely useless. I can only agree with the other reviews: no help, no service, and promises made are not kept either. You are literally left standing in the rain. Stay away from this accommodation. Right in Kraków’s Old Town, there are proper hotels for the same price that still understand what a minimum level of service means. Avoid this place unless you want your trip ruined.
Rooms nice and big, reception only at 7 till 4, this isnt your normal full hotel so less services. Perfect location with tram stops direct to Old Town and round the city. Local cafes, restaurants and zabka local shop nearby. Old Town easy to walk pretty much on the flat and about 17 minutes steady walk will get you to the square. Would stop here again.
They are very bad. I went there at 6:30pm and no one was there. I called them multiple times and no one picked up the phone. I also sent them an email and no one responded to me. I tried 30 mins and still no response. In this case, I need to book another hotel or I may need to sleep on the street. Aster I booked another hotel and asked the platform to refund. They then replied me the email and said they will wait for me. They don’t want to refund me even if this is their fault. This is very bad. I will definitely not recommend his awful hotel
the room was ok, nothing much but nothing wrong either, we had breakfast in price of the room and it was awful. coffee machine and toaster were broken and overall there wasn’t much to choose from. despite this the location is really nice, close to the city centre and main railway station.
