Very neat n clean appartment, all ammenities provided. Easy checkin.

We were staying in their 3 bed apartment on the ground floor and it was everything you'd want. It's 5 minutes walk from Planty and up to 10 minutes from old city square. You have a train station and a lovely urban park 300 meters from you. The kitchenette has everything you need to cook for yourselves, even some instant coffee, tea and sugar packets. Bathroom is very comfortable and relatively spacious. The hotel is in a very quiet street, on Sundays there's a huge flea market just around the corner with lots of vintage and all kinds of bargains. There are coffee shops and grocery stores all within a couple of minutes walk. Genuinely great location and accommodation. Oh, and for the literary geeks, the famous Polish sci-fi writer Stanisław Lem used to live in this exact building :) Please note, this is NOT a traditional kind of hotel, the reception is not open 24/7, there's no restaurant or room service, nor lifts.

It’s located in the old town area. There is NO elevator and the pillows are not good. Otherwise, the kitchen is well equipped and there is washing machine, which is helpful!

Great location , absolutely zero room cleans , or replacement towels offered or given. Building working in the apartment underneath u til 8:30pm each night. So zero chance of a nap after long days out. Full of rowdy groups not idea if travelling with children
