1898 Parkside Boutique Residence

Terrible, worst experience I ever had with a booked apartment. We arrived at 3rd floor (without a lift) with all the luggage and 1 year old child. The lady gave us keys and instructed to walk to another building 550 meters away from where we checked in! Went there and we found that it is completely different apartment, with only one bedroom, we booked 2 bedroom apartment for 4 of us. Called the reception and got an answer 10 minutes later, that they checked and we either stay in the terrible, loud and hot 1 bedroom apartment or we pay extra to get the apartment we booked!! I sent the lady the booking and showed her pictures of what we booked, she agreed we got a wrong apartment but the manager said we need to pay extra. Not having a choice, we walked back!! To the original building and were forced to pay 30% extra to get what we booked… DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, service is terrible, apartments are extremely hot in the summer, there is no AC.

Great and spacious rooms. Reception is quite weird being only available starting at 14:00hrs, but you know... It's an apart hotel. The only downside was that in my room some cables for the kitchen LEDs were exposed, but if you don't touch it you're safe :D
