The room was spacious and quiet, and the hotel itself was elegant and beautifully maintained. The breakfast offered an excellent variety of delicious options. The location was also very convenient. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Absolutely lovely hotel always clean stylish warm welcoming. Situated in kazimierz the Jewish area of Poland it's jam packed with character and never more than 20 minutes away from big points of interest. Breakfast was also served from 630 -1030 so either up and at it or lay in and late night 😁

Room was very nice, we had one with a balcony. Service was amazing, we were here whilst celebrating a 40th birthday, I mentioned this in an email I we all got a happy birthday note and a complementary prosecco. Location is amazing, everything you need just a few minutes away. Only thing I will say is that the breakfast was nothing to write home about, not bad but not good either. With this many breakfast places around I would recommend going there instead.

A lovely hotel. Very modern and spotlessly clean everywhere. We ate in the hotel restaurant on one night and were both impressed with the quality of the food and experience. The breakfast offering was absolutely vast and again of good quality. Location is perfect for all the main attractions and a max of 15 minutes walk. The location is very quiet and well away from night-time noise that you get in a tourist centre. The 4 star rating is accurate.

What a great find. I/We have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. At about 5 years old it looks brand new. The warm, welcoming Lobby accessible from both the front and back of the building. The location is perfect. Just a couple of short blocks from Plac Nowy, Wawel Castle and about a 15 minute walk from Main Square. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The room was extremely clean, with a high ceiling and quite large. The bed was very comfortable. AND it was very quiet. We had a room with a balcony over looking the center courtyard. The front desk staff was super friendly. Parking (all though it is tight) is available beneath the hotel for a fee. Because of the location we did not move the car our entire stay. We did not try it but there is a bar and restaurant on site. Without hesitation We would stay here again!
