Zone A Package Zipline Adventure

A great adventure, even for nervous first-timers! My son and husband enjoyed Thai'd Up Zipline so much that he went back for a second visit, which says everything about how much he loved it. As a very nervous participant, I appreciated how friendly and reassuring the staff were. Safety was clearly their priority, although I do think they could explain the different courses, number of zip lines and what to expect a little more clearly before you start. I did take part myself and managed three zip lines before deciding to come down via a steep descent. It was raining on the day, making everything very muddy and slippery, but that was all part of the adventure! The guide was incredibly patient and supportive, staying with me throughout and helping me every step of the way. The setting is beautiful, the staff are excellent, and the experience is well organised. Whether you're an adrenaline junkie or a nervous beginner like me, you'll be in good hands. A memorable family activity in Ao Nang that we'd happily recommend.

The guides where outstanding. Safety was by far the priority, at no time did I feel like I was in danger. A shout out to Moss and Ball, they made the experience even better. Highly recommended.

Booked after looking online on get your guide for other Ziplines which reviews were mixed. Googled and found this one with great reviews and booked after whats apping them through the number on the website. They came and collected us from the hotel, we had a fab time, I was very nervous and not into these things, doing it for the teenager. Hubby also has a but of fear of heights but also managed.we weren't brave enough for zone B but weren't pressured into anything just asked what zone we wanted. We picked zone one and it was fab, probably the highlight of the holiday. Felt so safe with having plenty of ropes attached and the two instructors (sorry forgot names) did their best to try and get me to relax. I would defo recommend this company and would use them again. Gave us water and also took plenty of videos and photos from my phone and theirs which was so appreciated.

The staff and activity of zip lining was overall quite enjoyable. Staff were so kind and very helpful, made us feel very safe while partaking in zip lining. The only downside was the lack of communication in regards to the arranged pick up points and time. We found that unlike other activities, we were unsure if anyone would be coming to get us and found it difficult to contact the company. They did arrive however, only 15 minutes late. Overall, great experience and the staff were amazing!!!

This activity was well organised and heaps of fun. Our pick up was ontime, the guys at the tripling were very professional and safety was a high priority. I would recommend this activity to anybody.

We had a lovely visit in the tree tops on New Year’s Eve day and our guides were sweet, competent and with funny bones. We were 1 adult and 2 kids at age 11 and 15 and all 3 of us had the best time and were all taken good care of. Would recommend everyone ziplining at Thai’d up.

We had such an amazing experience on our zipline adventure! Our guides, Sunny and Blue, were so fun and engaging, and made sure that safety was always the top priority. This is a really great way to take in the beauty of Thailand's jungle environment from a different perspective!

We are family with kids. Youngest is 10y. It was perfect. We had such adventures in Europe. This was the best. I recommend to take zone A +B. The team was professional. Much safer than other zip lines parks.

If I could give the Thai'd Up team and experience more than 5 stars I would. The experience really exceeded our expectations. The course layout makes you feel like you are climbing through the tree canaopy and the setting and views are spectacular. Our group of 9 included 4 children and one unexpectedly nervous adult. The team that took us around were calm, confident, communicated clearly and fantastic at checking in with everyone and sharing a few jokes. Exactly what you want from anyone keeping you safe a few hundred feet up! The 6 and 7 year old from our group led the way and had a fantastic time. It made for a very memorable birthday for the 7 year old and a cherry on the top of our trip to Thailand. Highly recommended as a great way to spend a few hours and see the beautiful Krabi jungle from a different perspective.

Amazing place! I went solo, and the guides were very kind and friendly, and recording pictures and videos for you. The views were astonishing, ziplining was safe and fun, transport was easy. Highly reccomend.

What a great experience! I am 80 and my grandson is 32 and we both enjoyed the experience. The equipment was high quality and quite new. Safety was emphasized throughout. The views were spectacular. We did 5 ziplines on the A Package. This went from a 60m run to a 250m. run, soaring over the treetops. The 2 guides we had were great. They were professional, safety conscious, fun and supportive. This was definitely a highlight of our time in Krabi.

I had such an amazing time! I was only able to do zone A, but since I was solo I was given extra attention, care, and had a time of my life! Would highly recommend if you’re in Ao Nang definitely book this tour, it’s worth every dime!

10/10 experience. The highlight of my Thailand trip. We took Zone A and later wished we could take Zone B too. The guides (Mr. Hasan & Blue) were just too humble and great and funny. We were a group of 4 girls and they were so respectful with every move of putting on the gears on us and everything. An absolute worth it experience!

A huge recommendation! Our guides Hassan and Amin were very funny and friendly guys. They took videous of us so we could just enjoy the rides. Good price for such a fun day!

Super nice activity. Me and my mum went ziplining and it was very fun. They start with shorter lines to make it less scary and challenging. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpfull. The ziplines gave an amazing view of the jungle and mountains. Would reccomend to anyone visiting Krabi.

I worry about safety when engaged in activities where the outcome is determined by the soundness of the equipment I’m using. This outfit has safety dialed. Triple points of connectivity to the line. All the equipment looked new and well maintained. The staff was super friendly, humorous and helpful.

It was a great outing. We got to learn the equipment and the guides were great at taking pics for us and sending things they took.

I had a lovely time! The best part was how they went out of their way to get unique photos and videos of you zip lining! Everything was well organized and I felt incredibly safe. They give you water and all the supplies needed to enjoy zip lining. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend :)

We did zipline twice in a week - it was so much fun, also due to the wonderful staff. They are all super friendly and kind and supportive and help with everything. First zipline experience was during rain, paths were slippery but the fun was the same. Second time we had clear skies and staff would take photos and videos with our cellphones. Super nice. After the activity they serve watermelon and water. I felt safe at all times (with my 5 year old son) and would return anytime I’m in the area.

Safety is taken care of. I think a bit difficult for people who are afraid of heights- but safety is taken seriously by the super friendly staff. 2 hours is perfect and the 6 ziplines are amazing Personally I did think the ladder was pretty high . I think this adventure is an adrenaline rush. Really spectacular.

This was a great way to see Thailand jungle. The staff was very helpful and very serious about safety and making sure the group understood how to zip properly. Once we learned and did a practice, You start with a small hike to the 1st zip. The staff was very fun along the way. They even offered to take our phone and take video and pictures along the way. Getting to some of the zip lines was a little bit of work, climbing up steep hills and tree ladders, but it was a great experience and worth it!

This was a last minute booking and it was fantastic. We had never zip lines before and this was a great first experience with great views. The team were really friendly and we were confident we were in good hands Our only regret is not doing the full day or additional activities

We had a fantastic afternoon riding the 6 ziplines. Hussan and the crew looked after us, feeling safe at all times. Challenging in parts for me because of the height, but encouraged all the time. Worth the time to do something a but different. Our 11yo son loved it. Thank you!

We did the 2 hour trip because we wanted to go to the beach afterwards. It was perfect! Took about an hour and a half and we did 6 zip lines. The tallest one was so beautiful the view of the cliffs in Krabi never get old. Staff was so nice and fun to do the zip lines with and they took so many cute iPhone videos of us for free. We also got watermelon and water afterwards… so worth it. Honestly wish we did it for longer

We had great views of the landscape as we climbed from one zipline to another. Even though it was shady in the trees, it was extremely humid so it was challenging at times. However, it was worth it for the views that we experienced. The tour guides were very nice and funny, and overall, we did about 6 or 7 ziplines over the course of a couple of hours.

Fun session of zip lining with two hosts, Hassan & uncle Anh. Very clear instructions and practice at the start. Always felt very safe under the guides supervision. Beautiful views when zip lining from end to end. Afterwards received some fresh fruit as well. Highlight is the wonderful characters of the guides and their energy, thank you for a very fun!

Fantastic day and fabulous memories made. Our guides Aan and Moone were superb. Gave us so much time making sure we were all safely set up and then we set off into the trees. Both of the guys were very funny and made the whole thing even better. Photos will show how much fun we had. Super Super Super. DO IT!!!

A fun few hours with a great team of guys. Felt very safe they were very reassuring ! Went with my husband and teenage daughter who loved it too ! They guys took some great videos and photos all along the way, we were picked up and returned to our hotel too. Very organised I would recommend to anyone !

Mind-blowing. I've been on alot of cool ziplines but this one is by far the best!!! I'd come back to Krabi just to do it again!!! Family owned and just phenomenal people.

Amazing experience high above the jungle. This is a must for families. We have three teenagers and they rated it very highly.

We loved this! Didn’t take up our whole day and was a nice way to get the day started! ‘N’ and his crew were unreal! Made us feel so safe and took the best photos and videos! He really wanted to make sure we had the best time, and clearly loves his job! Everyone else on the team were lovely too. Totally worth it if you’re in the area!

There was a mix-up with my pick up location because of viator (not because of Thai’s Up)so I missed my groups departure. However, as a bonus I got a private Zipline tour with 2awesome guides- friendly, fun, amazing. I would go again for sure! Next time I would book the whole day- definitely worth it.

Because we were a small group, we did only 30-40 mins but we paid for 2-hours It was a nice experience but it finish very quick

The ziplining and abseiling was one of the greatest experiences in Thailand so far! We went only with the 3 of us and two guides. They made us feel very safe and explained everything clearly. The views were amazing. 10/10 experience!
