An unforgettable experience, not only because of the stunning seabed filled with colorful fish and crystal-clear waters, but also thanks to the beautiful beaches we visited along the way. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking Maya Bay — a true natural paradise, even more impressive in person. The guides were incredibly friendly, professional, and always very helpful, making sure everyone felt comfortable and safe throughout the tour. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience the sea at its best, combining snorkeling with dreamlike beaches! 🌴✨

Punctual pickup, everything was very organized, friendly staff. The sites are all extremely touristy but amazingly beautiful! Lunch was the only part we didn't enjoy much. Very crowded restaurant, no windows, and not a relaxed experience. If I knew it, I'd have paid for my lunch at a nice restaurant with beach view...
We went on this tour with our two boys 7 and 10. The destinations were lovely, and the staff was very friendly and upbeat. They kept things quite organized. It was a little crowded on the boat, but nothing intolerable. It was a great value, and met our expectations as far as getting off of Koh Lanta and seeing the Phi Phi Islads. I would recommend it to others.
Fantastic day. Crew were awesome and the spots we visited were incredible. Snorkeling was amazing and I wish I could have done more of that. Yes it is very touristy and the volume of Instagram posers annoying, but still worth it to see the beauty of the islands
What an incredible day! We saw so much of Phi Phi island and the amazing surrounding bays, about 90 mins of snorkelling in total. Lunch was delicious and there was unlimited water plus a soft drink. The staff were so kind and considerate! We would recommend to anyone and definitely come again!
Speed boat ride about 45 mins was rather rough. Hang onto your 👒 Phi phi even in low season was SO BUSY. water when swimming was beautiful and clean but there were so many boats, I'd hate to see it in high season. Beach at phi phi was lovely, fine white sand, but again, hard to find a free spot in the shade!! Pot for sale, bars all over. Do yourself a favour and skip the included lunch. It's buffet style, average at best and again, so crowded!
Safety of the passengers was compromised with no remorse or refund. Speedboat day tour took off even though there was a risk they couldn’t bring us back to Ko Lanta - we (passengers) were not advised of the risk until the harrowing, very choppy speedboat ride ended and we set foot on Phi phi islands. Once we got there the captain told us there were storms expected for 3 days and they likely couldn’t take us back to Ko Lanta where we were staying until the storms had passed. Island hopping and all aspects of the activities as part of the tour were also cancelled. To reiterate, This was supposed to be a day tour, so if there was even a risk that the tour would be affected, the company shouldn’t have started the trip. We found out later that all other travel agents (through other hotels on the island) had already cancelled due to the high risk. What commenced after that was unprofessional, rude behavior by this company on the phone to refuse refund and coverage for an alternative ferry ride to take us back to Krabi, and 2 hour drive back to Ko Lanta. Our resort (Pimlai) in Ko Lanta also tried to speak with the company on our behalf to ensure we got back safely and compensated, but Pimlai met with the same rude behavior (literally SCREAMING at us on the phone hysterically). I strongly urge all to avoid this company as it is a matter of safety and ethics. For the record we still have not been refunded. I understand that weather can be somewhat unpredictable but there should be consideration of the risk and clear communication of the risks involved to the passengers.
Very good trip and friendly staff! Got to see everything you can imagine. A must when you are in phuket/krabi area! Would do this Again
The tour guide is very welcoming, humorous, loud, and reasonable. Guide is satisfactory. The guide's commentary is also very interesting!
In addition to the shuttle bus driver did not pick up the hotel at the designated time, whether it is a trip or a tour guide is satisfactory. The guide's commentary is also very interesting!
This is a very good experience, you can try it, the guide is still very humorous. The itinerary is not bad. The time on the boat is slightly longer. Choose to travel during the low season with few people.
This tour is nothing like described and I recommend to look elsewhere. For starters, we didn't go to Maya Beach because it's closed to the public. That's fine but that shouldn't be listed in the ad. Instead we went to a nearby bay where we were supposed to snorkel/swim for 30 minutes but they called everyone back to the boat after about 15 minutes. Then we were supposed to do swimming and sightseeing at Monkey Bay Point for an hour but we literally pulled up, saw one monkey in the tree for 5 minutes and then left. There was no swimming and it was no more than 5 minutes. We were then supposed to go to Bamboo Island for two hours to eat and to hang out. Instead we went to Koh Phi Phi where people could explore the island or swim for about 30-45 minutes. Afterwards we went to lunch on some other island which was mediocre and we only had 30 minutes to eat and get back on the boat. It was very rushed. After lunch we did some snorkeling offshore somewhere. Maybe it was Shark Point but I stopped caring or paying attention at this point as I realized they were winging it. The snorkeling spot was actually pretty nice and we were finally given a decent amount of time. After that, we were taken to Bamboo Island which was beautiful. We had 40 minutes there and I wish we would have spent most of the day there as it was probably the nicest beach and water we went to. Putting the itinerary stuff aside, there was one tour guide who was very obnoxious. We had a group of 35-40 people on the boat and most of them were Chinese. One of the tour guides spoke Mandarin and he acted like a 12 year old the entire time. He was constantly yelling and cackling. He'd bump into you without apology. He'd grab handfuls of fruit that were being passed around to the guests. He was just annoying all around. There were about 6 English speaking people on the boat and there was one tour guide who realized we had no idea what he was saying so he'd come and try to translate where we were going and how much time we had at each place. That was appreciated. Another tour guide would smoke on the boat, along with some of the guests, even though they were no smoking signs on the boat. And lastly, when we were docking back at the pier, they came around with a basket soliciting tips and would just stand there waiting for you to put something in. I've been on a lot of tours like this and they normally leave a tip jar where you can tip if you're inclined. This felt forced.
Very good organization. Lunch included. Soft drinks and fruit on the boat. Too bad that on bamboo island the lifejacket is mandatory for swimming
The tour is really good, but the guide could be better in English. There are 2 stops with snorkeling and these are really nice places. The stop at Phi Phi Island is like that. You get a lovely lunch and then you get released to shop and that is probably the purpose of the stop at Phi Phi Island. There are 3 other stops and there are plenty of options to take great pictures. All in all a good experience and can be recommended.
Nice tour with lots of people at the stops. The number of people on the boat was okay. Well organized very friendly. Hotel pickup. Tablets against nausea were offered free of charge. If you want to look at these goals, I can only recommend the provider here.
Great organization, great experience. Beautiful underwater world. Would go back anytime. The trip is also very suitable for children. The transfer by speedboat is quick.
All the bays we visited were beautiful overall. We actually expected Maya Bay to be closed, but that wasn't so - small bonus. The crew was very nice and helpful. It was fun.
The crows were so kind and kind that it was a pleasant trip! The city is delicious too ~ ~ We took good care and came to tour with comfort! Make sure to go to Phoenix Island Tour!
We liked it very much, the guide was spectacular and the entire boat crew too. The meal was quite nice and the island of the monkeys too!!4*
