The experience started badly and didn’t improve from this point. We had an early pick up time for the driver to be over 30 minutes late to then arrive at the start of the tour and then had to wait a further hour. We then got onto the boat which was full with no seat available for myself or husband. For a trip which says it has a maximum of 15 we had almost 40 people squashed on. The tour guide did his best but kept repeating himself and we felt very time limited. We left the tour on the first stop as we knew this was not how we wanted to spend our last day of our honeymoon. The guide did help us sort a private boat at our own cost and we still got to explore the islands. Unfortunately this was a massive let down and we would not recommend.

Very good experience. The crew was fantastic, very nice and gave us good amount of details about the trip. The food provided was good quality and tasty. thank you
Great tour. An incredible add on to our Thailand tour. Brilliant guide and fantastic warm lunch with almost too much food! Greats snorkelling and views of the islands
We recently had the opportunity to take this tour in Krabi and enjoyed ourselves despite less than desirable first impressions. We were picked up on time and delivered to our long tail boat - there were approx 15 -18 people, more than we had imagined. The tour guide was REALLY good. Khun 'Chim'... He obviously knew his calling and the tour company is lucky to have him. He made the tour successful. We first were dropped off to a nice island beach with WAY too many tourists, people bumping into each other, boats had to move in order to get a place to anchor. Not so good... Then went to a snorkeling area off another island and actually was some of the best water we've seen in Thailand. Next was a lunch on another beach that was surprisingly good... Good Thai food that was fresh and well prepared. Then another snorkeling area, but the visibility was not so good, and then another beach. Altogether worth the money, and Khun Chim made the trip truly enjoyable, great attitude, and knew what he was doing. His customer service skills were excellent... Nicely done Khun Chim!
We were a group of 13 so we had tons of space on the longboat. The guide was really kind and fun, he provided a lot of water and fresh fruits for us. The lunch was delicious (they also had a vegetarian option). We stopped at each stop for just the right amount of time. We loved it!
This tour was really nice. We got very tasty lunch. Our guide, Love, was really caring and wanted us all the best. We saw a lot of different fishes out snorkelling. Nice.
We where very satisfied with this tour. Our guide, Love, was a very good guide. Could not have had a better one! Nice stops during the day, nice snorkelling, saw at least 25 different fishes! The lunch was very tasty. Lots of food! Thank you!
A little disorganized in the beginning. Our transportation to the dock had way too many people in the car. Once on the water snorkeling was great. We did not get to go into the cave due to high winds.
The one star of this review is for the tour guide who really tried his best. I think his name was Love (genuinely). But you can’t polish a turd so here we go. We were told to wait on Railay East, only to be collected by a shady looking guy who didn't tell us who he was, and walked back to Railay West (where we’d just come from). We waited there for approx 30 mins before being collected by a longtail boat and taken to Phra Nang beach (which was timetabled for the end of the day but apparently not...). We waited there for another 30 mins, and then got on another longtail boat with far too many other people on it (the boat can comfortably seat about 8 people, we had around 15 on ours). Most of the day was spent on the boat like sardines, with a super loud motor leaking out noxious fumes the whole time. When we did stop off at islands, it was for no more than 30 mins, or we’d stop in the sea and be told to take a photo, then we’d move on. This was sold as a snorkelling trip but we only snorkelled for a total of 1 hour out of a total of 8 hours - one of the two snorkelling places wasn’t even a proper snorkelling site with very little sea life to look at. We weren’t given any information about the places we were going, no one was told not to stand on the coral or the sea urchins, despite having children aboard. This could’ve resulted in injury to both the humans and the corals and other sea life. The sea was really choppy which would’ve been ok had we been in a proper boat with fewer people, but these longtail boats are essentially large motorised canoes. We actually thought we might capsize and people started putting on life jackets (there were not enough for the number of people on board). We finally made it back to our lodgings, soaking wet from sea spray and with headaches from the motor noise. All in all, we would’ve done better to rent our own snorkelling equipment or invested in a trip with the dive centre. This excursion was a complete waste of a day, an awful experience, and despite the scenery being beautiful, all the issues with the trip really detracted from our enjoyment of it. Do not waste your money.
Chim was our tour guide and awesome at his job. We were a bit concerned about jellyfish given a storm had recently pushed some into the region. He reassured us we were safe to swim as any jellyfish in the water were very mild and we could easily avoid them. We only ended up seeing a few at most. Chim navigated us through the water seeing sea cucumbers, sea urchins, sea claims, sea slugs, and other fish. He made the experience light hearted, fun, and adventurous. We had kids as young as 7 and adults as old as 60 with us. It was good for all. One thing that was a little difficult to figure out was who our tour guide was when we first got to the floating pier at Railay East Beach. None of the Thais wear identifying clothing so it seems a little confusing, possibly sketchy. However, if you say the name of the tour “5 Island Tour” to one of the Thais they will get you to the right person and it’s not actually sketchy at all. They all know each other. You also must pay the 400 Baht per person fee for the national parks. This helps with preservation of the islands. Time on the water in Krabi is a necessary adventure to experience this area truly. Definitely recommend this trip.
Good service and friendly staff, but we expected more from snorkel places. It was quite windy that day, maybe the waves were at fault 😊
Very nice tour with awesome operators! Very professional team who made it a fun day. Showed us awesome things like nemo and seacucumbers while snorkeling. We did however had to pay an additional 400BHT for the entrance of the national park. And this came as a surprise to us... But, very nice tour!! Enjoyed every second of it!!
We were told to meet out at the plastics pier at princess resorts (see attached picture). We got there around 9:20. Once 10am rolled around, I called the company to tell them nobody had picked us yet. They told me they would be there without giving a time. E kept waiting. About 10:30, a flustered man came up to us and told us he had been looking for us. We explained to him that we were told to meet there. He was extremely upset and did not believe us, so we showed him the email. He treated us rudely from then on. He apparently was only there to get us to the long tail boat on the other side of the island. Once he did that, we never saw him again. Our frustration with this tour was the sheer lack of organization. My itinerary said that we would be snorkeling by 10am. It was around 11:30 before we ever started snorkeling. The scenery and tour route was beautiful. The guides that took us around were pretty good, but never told us how long we had at each place, so we had to hang around close for fear of being left. I would not recommend this tour company. We started an hour and a half late and waited over an hour to be picked up. Not my cup of tea. We also had to change boats twice before we got driven to a snorkel spot. Whoever got us from the pier yesterday- please stop being rude. Your company needs to get it together.
We were worried about this because of the mixed reviews. While there were lots of people in the boat, it wasn’t unpleasant. The tour was loads of fun. Some of the islands were ridiculously crowded (this needs to be controlled!) but our guide, Hawn (not sure about the spelling), took us to some quiet spots too. She was lovely, lunch was great, we had a blast! My kids said it was the best thing we did in Krabi.
Couldn't fault it. Amazing islands. Led by a charismatic guide. The snorkeling was great, saw loads of different fish and other sea creatures. Be careful of the super sharp rocks. My highlight was the food on the beach. Would highly recommend.
Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves throughout the day. Guides were attentive to any needs that we may have and were genuine in taking care of our safety. Instructions were clear and precise. The cave was really exciting and we felt a sense of adventure swimming in it, but be prepared for strong currents especially for non swimmers. The crew also took us to very beautiful coves for snorkeling, where we could see many colorful corals and marine life. Would highly recommend this activities with Oh-Hoo
We went on a Monday and it was not very crowded. Transportation to and from the pier was provided. The guides were very friendly and polite. We got about 40 minutes to snorkel at each stop and about an hour and a half to eat lunch and play around on Ko Poda. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. If you get the chance to do this, definitely do it!
We had a great guide who took us to some popular spots and some spots where we saw no other tourists. Great lunch and pickup/drop off included in the package.
Very good experience for 5 islands tour. Although the shuttle will pick me up very late. All staff are good. The leader are good take care for all members. Food is good. I give this trip 5 star.
The company said they’d pick us up by 10.30, by 1pm they were still not there (see screenshot. They would not answer calls or messages and left us on the pier for HOURS with no explanation. This poor Organization and customer service is just not on - we wasted an entire day WAITING for this stupid trip for them to not even show up with zero explanation for their actions. Absolutely atrocious. Had to contact trip advisor to get involved to try and get us a refund because the company would not respond.
Value for money! Very good food and the trip was well organized!the time to each place was enough for the visitors to see the places and explore.
We really loved the trip! It was a great experience on the long tail boat, our tour guide was really friendly and would answer any questions you had. We got two rounds of snorkelling each of about 30 minutes which was i felt that was just the right amount of time. After each swim we were given fruit and there was water to help yourself to on the trip. It was a great way to see the really beautiful islands of Krabi. Lunch was also provided and it was really delicious. Unfortunately we didn’t get to go into the cave because the water was slightly choppy but they took the safety of the passengers seriously so that was good The only negatives I have for the trip- there was quite a lot of people on the one boat and the pick up was about 20 mins later than stated. Apart from that it was a really good trip, great price especially as we were two bag packers on a budget. Highly recommend!
Loved this tour . Everything was so Well organized, great trip . The guides were very friendly, professional. Spoke English and made us enjoy this trip . Thanks once again
The tour guides were attentive and caring for each member, and they were very enthusiastic about the island's commentary and helped take a lot of beautiful photos to leave beautiful memories.
This was a huge letdown. The description stated that there had to be a minimum of 10, but a max of 15 people. There were over 30 people crammed into a very dirty longtail boat. Time spent at each stop was minimal. If I were to consider something similar, I would just book a private trip to one or two islands and spend time enjoying the beach, etc.
Too big group. It was 3 boats together as one group, started 1 hour later than we should so got very short time to enjoy the islands, chicken island just passed by and we were told "chicken, picture only" snorkelling spot by one of the islands was very nice, got 30 min to snorcle.. other spot got 15 min. All the time felt time in the rush..
Our tour was suppose to be on Sunday, since we had to book 3 days in advance, but last minute we had to try and change it to Saturday. I messaged the person who organises all the times and what not, and she had no problems with putting us on a tour one day early(Bonus: free of charge). The tour started a bit late, we were waiting for about an hour after the time we needed to show up for pick up. The lady who was our tour guide, Nina was great, she knew some fun facts about each island we passed/stopped at, her English was clear. The food was buffet style, as for vegetarian, not very many options but still delicious. I would do this trip again, guaranteed.
Very disorganized. Was not able to show us everything and wasn’t very prepared with snorkeling equipment. The tour did not start on time and started about an hour later. Would not recommend!
We liked that there was a safety instruction and the guide asked if everybody could swim, which was not the case. The equipment provided was good, but not the best. The snorkeling itself was fun and you could see some nice things. The food was good, all in all satisfying.
The price of the tour was good but the organisation was really bad. For example we needed to wait for over an hour (after de indicated time) before the boat left/the long waiting time before we could go back to our hotel after the tour. The boat was packed with more people than according to de Tripadvisor page are allowed (which felt really uncomfortable). The food was good. The islands were beautiful. Wished to spent more time at the islands.
Great day, took us to some beautiful places. Fabulous snorkelling and gorgeous beaches. Good value, and delicious meal on the beach.
The sea and the scenery were all perfect. Unfortunately it was a cloudy sky, but sometimes the sun came out. The lunch and fruit were delicious and I felt the hospitality of the guide.
In general, I liked the tour a lot. The only thing I didn't like, was that we had to wait almost 30 minute to get on the ship to be waiting for people from another hotel. Otherwise all great! The islands are super beautiful, the guide super attentive and the boat very funny.
We booked the tour with the long tail boat and were very satisfied. The whole organization around it was exemplary. The transfer from the hotel was on time and took us directly to the pier. Our guide was very nice and told a little something. The beaches were as expected super crowded. Talu Cave is amazing. Be careful with the water level. If the water level is high, you cannot enter the cave.
Everyone working on this trip was very friendly and helpful. They also went out of their way to pick us up at our residence that was outside the area specified free of charge. We saw a large school of parrot fish at the last snorkel session. It was also the spot with the best visibility and coral. I recommend that you check the tide patterns or query about it before taking the trip as we couldn't go through the Talu Cave because the water was too high.
We loved every bit about this trip and the fact that we got to view different aspects of Krabi. It was absolutely beautiful!!!!
We went on a trip a few days ago and liked it very much. You can dive in large coral reefs and see many fish. The fish is entered, which leads to the fact that you swim in a large crowd. Even when we finally found Nimo. For Talu Cave, it looks strange and exciting.
Very nice day. Beautiful beaches with white sand and turquoise water. Very beautiful fish also for snorkeling. Timing and program respected. The only negative point is the first island, the one where there is the cave. Full of people and not much space.
The guide is very friendly, polite and powerful. Great excursions! Really worth the money paid! Satisfying lunch and beautiful islands. Talu Cave is amazing!
Snorkeling was amazing and staff was very friendly. It was a great experience.Highly recommended. Enjoyed it very much.
They pick you up and take you to the location. The staff is great, very attentive. The views are gorgeous. Definitely worth it. Had a great time!
El tour de las 4 islas fue excelente. El personal tanto de tierra como en el barco fueron super amables. Los lugares realmente espectaculares..mar y playas de ensueño.
Bem organizado e ótimo custo benefício. Lindas paisagens, guias educados e bem treinados. Recomendo o passeio.
Very nice hike. The guide is very helpful. All required equipment is provided. I recommend.
we booked this trip very spontaneously Communication via WhatsApp worked well. Have driven themselves to the pier, but pickup was also offered. Tour was totally ok, we knew beforehand that we are not the only ones on tour;-) Food on the beach was very delicious, fresh cold water always available . I can recommend it to others!!!
El guía fue muy simpático, nos trataron genial y además, fue una excursión preciosa. Creo que hay que hacerla si o si.
ESP: The only positive thing I can highlight is the dedication of the royal tour guide (the second). Very involved and attentive. First of all, we were 45min waiting for the longtail at the dock. When the group arrived, the first thing the guide did was ask us for a tip in advance (when afterwards he was not going to be the actual tour guide). The route followed was not the one established in the program, leaving almost 2 hours after the initial pickup at the first stop. When we reached the cave, we were 5 minutes in the water and back to the boat after 30min of longtail, very slow and unsafe. After that, in the 2 snorkeling spots we were taken to, there was hardly anything or nothing to see except rocks, which contrasts with the snorkeling we have done in Phi Phi. ENG: The only positive aspect I can highlight is the dedication of the real guide of the tour (the second one). Implicated and attentive. First, we had to wait 45min on the pier for the pick-up. When the group arrived, the guide came directly to ask for a tip in advance (even though he was not going to be the real guide). The schedule was not followed. 30min on a longtail (felt really unsafe and insecure) just to swim 5min inside a cave where you couldn't see anything due to the high tide. After that, on the two spots where we could snorkel the vision was blurry and there was not much to see compared to Phi Phi snorkeling.
It was a well-planned event throughout the day, with clear and friendly instructions from the guide and, in the end, a very tasty lunch. We started at Ao Phra Nang and had a great time there, admiring the caves and climbers. After that, we went to Tup Island, where we could swim in the clear water and sunbathe in the equatorial sun. We stayed for a while (about 45 minutes) before heading to our next destination: Chicken Island. This is where the best activity takes place: snorkelling. After getting the right snorkeling gear, you can explore the reefs and corals off the coast of Chicken Island for a while and experience true tropical phenomena. However, this is a bittersweet experience, as corals have lost their colour as a result of recent global events. After snorkelling, we went to Poda Island to sunbathe, get something to eat (tourist provided, great) and then returned to our home. It was a pleasant and relaxing day with many memorable moments.
We were some days earlier on the journey, and we loved it. We were able to do many things. We were able to do many things.
