We were picked up in Surat Thani, and driven to Krabi. 2 hours into our trip I realised we had left a bag with our passports and wallets. Our driver pulled over, contacted some people in Surat Thani, eventually they found our bag and arranged for it to come to our hotel in Krabi. Our driver was safe, professional and truly went above and beyond for us. Will definitely use this company again

Great shuttle service! It was simple to book online. They messaged me via WhatsApp the day before confirming my pick up date and time and informed me where the driver was going to meet me. The day of pick up, the driver was where I was told they were going to be and the shuttle was smooth. Would use them again!

There was someone to meet us with a board with our names on. Probably a 5 min wait till the car arrived. Car smelt like cigarette smoke. Drive packed our bags in for us. Wifi in the car worked fine. Good, safe driver. Good experience and average fee charged.

Pick up from Phuket Airport was easy. The car was in very good condition , clean and comfortable. Transfer to Aonang was on time which is very important . We stopped about half way to stretch our legs for 10 mins. This is not my first expirence with Krabi Shuttle however each time i have used this service i have found their drivers very competent which makes the 2 .5 hr journey more relaxing. Having made this trip many times over the last 25 years I found Krabi Shuttle to be very professional indeed. The cost of the transfer is very fair therefore i would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone looking to get from Phuket to Aonang or vice versa.

Smooth pick up from Krabi airport - driver was waiting ahead of our scheduled pick up. Nice and comfy vehicle, plenty big enough for four adults plus cases and backpacks. Very smooth and careful driver.

Krabi Shuttle was exceptional! As we were waiting for our shuttle, I realized I had booked it for the wrong day. I contacted the emergency line via WhatsApp and another van appeared in 20 minutes to take me and 3 of my friends from our hotel in Ao Nang to our hotel in Potang. The staff was incredibly quick with getting back to me to help change our timing. We opted for a larger van rather than a car to have more space to travel comfortably. The trunk was very large and we fit our bags with ease. The van was clean with water, wifi, and a very kind driver. We stopped once on our journey to get gas and pop into 7/11 for some snacks, beverages, and a bathroom break. We paid in cash at the end of the trip, but you can also pre-pay with card. The journey was quick, easy, and safe!

Went exactly how it should have was waiting outside the gate at the airport very nice car SUV charging ports everything was excellent and the driver was a very good man I can hardly recommend them to have no problems on your trip

Used this service three times (airport pickups + Phuket to Khao Lak + Khao Lak to Krabi) and it was impeccable - fairly priced, responsive over WhatsApp, well maintained, clean cars with water bottles and really good, patient drives with pleasant attitudes. Extremely punctual and stress-free. You could probably get slightly cheaper but you'd have to compromise on quality of service. Highly recommended!

I have used Krabi Shuttle many times over the past few years It was good to see that in March 2026 they are still efficient and on time and accommodated changes in dates and times due to middle East airline problems I had to deal with. The vehicle was clean and smart and was sign written making it easy to identify and validate. I value the consistent ability of Krabi Shuttle and will look to use them in the future.

Generally a good service, we used them for a pick up at Krabi airport; and then later for a transfer from Ao Nang to Phuket. There were a couple of minor issues, including some uncertainty around confirmation of the second transfer. Communication via whatsapp good, but overall the service wasn't as smooth as others I've used.

We have used them on a number of trips to Saladin. Always on time at the Krabi airport to pick us up. Clean comfortable cars with ac. Driver used translate on his phone to understand our questions.

Very nice smooth ride from koh Lanta to Krabi Airport. AC in the car and comfortable interior. Only got some reason couldn't connect to the WiFi, but that's not a big issue for me. About 40 euro per person, so it can by a bit pricey for Thailand, but definitely beats the alternative of 2.5 hour ride with a minibus.

At the airport there was a sign with my name pinned to a board but it took a while for someone to help me. They seemed to message a driver and said they would be 5 minutes - then they walked away never to be seen again. After 10 minutes I began to message the shuttle company on WhatsApp and they did respond. The driver arrived 20 minutes late. Ride to the hotel was fine.

We booked this shuttle service to travel for our Patong Beach hotel to our Krabi Ao Nang hotel. The driver arrived at our hotel 15 minutes early. The trip was about 3 hours with a short gas/bathroom break. It was a comfortable and safe trip so happy with the service.
