It was okay, the beaches and boat were overcrowded. And we saw zero bioluminescent plankton in the water, which is the only reason we booked the tour. Nothing special.

The company didn't show up to pick us up. Our Resort was located close to the departure pier, the operator sent me an email saying pickup time between 12:50-13:00pm at the lobby. We arrived at the lobby 10min earlier and wait for one hour, I called the operator first and they told me driver is on the way.... minutes later they called me saying an misunderstood happened, as the driver passed at the lobby at 12:30pm and picked up the wrong people, the boat was departing and we couldn't make the tour on that day. Very frustrating, as the tour departs in the middle of the day, the operator Thailand Tours ruined our day! I keep calling them to find a solution or ask for a refund and they didn't pickup the phone anymore, very unprofessional! In the end of the day I received an email saying the refund would be processed. Don't trust this company and book another tour!
We had one night in Krabi and decided to do the tour. We were picked up nearly an hour late from our hotel (having called the company who initially had no knowledge of our booking). The initial travel was very unorganised and we were taken to one area to get a band and a snorkel and then had to wait to be taken to the pier with more waiting to actually get on a boat. This was frustrating as it was hot and no water had been provided at this stage. Once we were on the boat, we had a really good time. Our tour guide was really funny and was happy to take photos and give us information about different places. We had enough time to spend on each island and enjoy it. The BBQ wasn’t really as sold. It was in a restaurant and there were 4/5 bits of food to put onto the plate and finding a table wasn’t the easiest. I can’t fault our tour guide but the tour could have been organised much better!
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the 7 islands. The scenery was magnificent and the beaches were beautiful. I do wish that we had more time on the beaches, but we still had lots of fun and some good snorkeling on Poda Island specifically. The BBQ got rained out, but they substituted a very nice dinner in an outdoor restaurant with a sheltered area. Then the highlight was the bioluminescence. It was magical. You need to get in the water to fully enjoy it! Overall I would highly recommend this experience. The staff was very well organized, friendly and made it a great experience for all.
We never went they cancelled us just before our trip still waiting for our refund 😭 They said they wouldn't pick us up
Punctual pick up from our hotel to meeting point. Well organised and information very good. Great guide(I think his name is Eaky). Taken to some great Islands and lots of time for snorkelling, swimming and relaxing. Fruit and water are plentiful on the longboat. Be prepared for a fair bit of walking from the car park to the end of the pier at the start and also in Railay from one side to the main beach. Also take a waterproof bag for your belongings as you will get soaked on the longboat. There will be a lot of climbing in and out of the water too, from the boat. A BBQ on the beach was advertised but it was a buffet dinner in Railay for the sunset. Very tasty and plentiful. Then the amazing swim with the plankton, topped off a fantastic tour. Would definitely do it again.
The places were absolutely beautiful that we were taken to but the guide was very rude, inappropriate and unhelpful. My daughter went on her own and she felt harassed by him commenting about her all the time. He didn't provide any information about the places either It was 38 degrees and no water was provided until the end of the day. When people asked for water at dinner, they were refused and laughed at Water was supposed to be included in the tour Bioluminescence was incredible and the main reason for going on the tour. We were only allowed 5 minutes in there and were rushed out by the guide. My daughters phone fell in the water and broke. The guide took great delight in mocking her At dinner she was isolated to a table on her own Not a nice experience and a terrible guide
Amazing sunset, tasty food, swimming with plankton was incredible! Islands are beautiful! Weather was not great so visibility for snorkelling wasn’t the best but that can’t be controlled!
Swimming with the bioluminescent planktons and snorkeling by the coral reefs was amazing. The tour guide was great and kept us informed on how long we had at each stop.
What an amazing experience! The crew were all amazing! We had the time of our lives and loved every second! Thank you all so much!
So much fun and so beautiful, definitely a quick why to see some of the islands 🏝 and be at the best snorkel spots. The bioluminescent plankton is such a fun snorkel, but no one's go pro could record their beauty - so my advice is just swim around and enjoy the glowing fun around you.
Save yourself, I should have known this your was going to be a nightmare from the start. Let me set the scene, first of all it had bee. Raining all night and morning. I was concerned so I contacted the tour company multiple times and they insisted the weather was going to clear up and be great! Fast forward to pick up... arriving to our hotel @11:50 was a super rusted beat up truck, we hopped in the back... which ok whatever it's not the boat we will be fine... after being rained on and bouncing around in the back for about 15 minutes we arrived to check in. The check in operator seemed very annoyed and unfriendly. He said we would wait 15 mins for others to arrive. An hour later there were about 40 others, they proceeed to split us up and heard us like cattle into these old huge old rickety long boats with tiny wooden benches (was expecting a more private experience). Shortly after take off we pull into another docking pier and all the crew just hopped off and disappeared with nothing said... we proceed to sit there confused everyone just looking at eachother for about 10 minutes wondering if our boat was broken orrrrr??? Finally we see more guests headed toward us to join our already crowded boat. And finally by 2 pm (2hrs after our initial pick up we are off) we head to drive by a couple islands then snorkel (which there were fish) then we are off to drive by more islands. We then stop at this "national park" which was over crowded w other tours and not anything special. At this point we see the storm heading in, quickly. Yet we still stop to snorkel again even though waves are picking up. Finally we head to this "island beach barbecue" at this point the storm has come. Wind and sand blowing started raining and we are basically lined up buffet style paper plates blowing out of peoples hands rained on huddled under a cabana. Not a lot of options full shrimp and fish with heads & chicken.I believe everything there was being cooked by the boat captin looking extremely unsanitary rice and fruit. At this point I'm sooo over it yet we are stuck on this dirty windy rainy island for another hour. Everyone is huddled up cold from wind and rain..at this point i am trying to get a taxi boat to just take me back. None to be found..... finally it stopped raining but you can see a storm still coming... when it started raining AGAIN, they loaded us up to do night luminescent snorkeling in the rain??! Very big waves dark water and raining... like what? (definitely did not partake) oh I forgot to mention we had a sea sick puker on the boat as well. Puking off the side while everyone was snorkeling in her vomit. Then we are headed home waves rain and wind slapping the longest ride ever. Wasted my entire day. Do NOT go. You are not valued, nothing is explained, you are just hearded around like livestock. (I took more videos than photos I could not upload)
“Boom” was an amazing tour guide She made the day! Highly recommend this trip. Lots of beautiful places to see and the bioluminescent plankton swim is a bucket list must do!
There are so many amazing things to talk about this trip - the sunset on the second last island is simply breath taking. The colours are so beautiful, you get mesmerised in them. They give you more than an hr to enjoy BBQ, take a stroll on the island and soak in the sunset. The network on the island is so great, I could video call my family. Dinner was sumptuous even for vegetarians. They also take you on 7 different islands - each one has a different experience - the last one is quite unique - you jump into the ocean in pitch darkness and then snorkel to see the bio luminescent plankton - what an experience.
