Krabi 4 Island Sunset Snorkeling Cruise + Bioluminescent Swim

We took the Krabi Sunset Cruise during our trip to Thailand in January, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! Pickup was seamless, and everything was well organized. Michael, our captain, was fantastic, and the entire crew was wonderful. We stopped at several beautiful spots for snorkeling and swimming. One crew member went above and beyond to help me in the water and point out underwater marine life I might otherwise have missed. The scenery was stunning, the sunset was beautiful, and dinner on board was absolutely amazing. The entire experience was relaxed, fun, and memorable. Definitely one of the highlights of our time in Thailand. Highly recommend!

This was by far the best tour we did in Thailand! Michael took us to amazing spots for swimming and snorkeling which were quite and peaceful. We saw lots of marine life including sharks. The food and drinks on board were fantastic. We had loads of fun climbing the rigging and jumping off the boat. Loved every minute of it would highly recommend!

Such an awesome cruise! The sunset was stunning, but getting to swim with the glowing bioluminescent plankton after dark was next level. Huge shoutout to the crew—their service was awesome all day and they made sure everyone was safe and having a great time. Great food, great vibes, and an amazing experience all around. It was one of our best experiences in Krabi, as it's a much different trip than the rest. First of all, guides are absolutely dedicated to provide you with the best experience possible. Michael was great, he really took care of us. As you can see it's a different boat than what you normally observe in this area and thanks to that it's spacious and unique. There are not that many people on the boat, so you have plenty of room to sit and you can also climb to the top deck, relax and enjoy the cruise. Snorkelling equipment is provided and we had plenty of time to enjoy this activity while Michael and other took pictures of us and other tour members. They can also assist you using their paddleboards if you are not comfortable with swimming. Last, but not least - food was so delicious and you could eat as much as you wanted. Summing up - you pay more, for sure, it's not a low-budget experience, but in return you are well taken care of. Me and my fiancée think back about this trip a lot. Highly recommend

I have nothing but good things to say about our time on the sunset cruise. Michael and his crew were so generous, hospitable, warm, and experienced. We never felt rushed, we felt like we had freedom to explore each stop we made while still feeling safe, and got to watch an absolutely glorious sunset from a glorious setting. Bucket list activity for certain!!!

I’ve now done the Krabi Sunset Cruise twice and had a great experience both times. The scenery and water are absolutely stunning, the food is fresh, and there’s a real emphasis on safety throughout the day. Its well suited to all ages and is a really beautiful and relaxing way to experience Krabi ..... highly recommended.

A great crew! A great boat! A great experience! Pros: - Great crew! Friendly, attentive, accommodating. More than anything, this sets the trip apart from others (and I've been on a few)! - Pirate-themed boat that doesn't go overboard on the "arrgh!" factor. - Great tour with longer stops than most tours, so you can do several activities (if you want): snorkeling, swimming, beach visit, lounging on the boat, paddle board, etc. - Good dinner, with a variety of spicy/not spicy, normal/vegetarian/vegan, etc. - Quality equipment, like fog-free snorkeling masks, good flippers, newish paddle boards, etc. - Lots of options to lounge: Rooftop, seating, deck pillows. - A unique stop after dark for a bioluminescent experience. - A later start in the day! We were picked up at 1 PM. No early rising required. - Music's not too loud! - Shower to rinse off salt water, if you want. Cons: - There were snacks to keep you going, but I would have liked a few more vegies and fruits at snack time! Summary: After 30+ experiences in Thailand, this is one of the few (if only) I've rated 5 stars.

My partner and I were on a Contiki tour which went on this 4 island sunset cruise, it was amazing, great reefs & islands, saw plenty of interesting wildlife, the guides had go-pros during snorkelling & sent us the videos later. We were even able to chill on the roof with comfortable laying mats, cocktails and music. All around great day trip & the cruise guides were great. Great for groups or couples.

This was hands down one of the BEST experiences of our entire trip to Thailand! Everything about this cruise was absolutely perfect, from the delicious food and incredible atmosphere to the breathtaking beaches and unforgettable snorkeling experiences. Michael was so warm, attentive, and genuinely made sure everyone was having the best possible time. You could really feel how much passion he puts into creating such a special and unforgettable experience. The snorkeling was absolutely amazing 🐠🤿, and the beaches were breathtaking. But the night snorkeling with the glowing bioluminescent plankton under the stars was truly magical! Swimming in the dark and watching the water light up around us with every movement felt like something straight out of a fairytale. This alone was worth the entire experience! And the photos they took for us were such a wonderful bonus, we now have beautiful memories to look back on forever! If you’re visiting Krabi, DO NOT miss this cruise! It was so much more than just a boat trip, it was a truly unforgettable experience. We will absolutely be back and will recommend this experience to everyone! ❤️

The team were amazing and made the whole day magical. Food was great - had a whole range of options for dietary requirements and the best spicy margaritas!

This honestly was a perfect experience for my husband and I , he didn’t know how to swim so we had to a few experiences like this where he could not participate, unfortunately lol , it this time … he absolutely could be involved and he absolutely had one of the best experiences of his life !!! He felt safe even while he was drinking whiskey and enjoying himself , they took care of him and when he decided to be brave when he shouldn’t have… the way they all rushed over to him to save him really made me proud and excited to be there , they all truly cared and made the experience for us both absolutely amazing !!!

This tour was such an amazing experience for my whole group. We loved the crew and felt so cared for and safe the whole time. Michael, the captain, took his time to get to know all of the guests and made sure everyone understood the instructions for each stop. We enjoyed the snorkeling most of all and saw many beautiful and colorful fish. Many other guests enjoyed the paddle boarding and Michael was out there with them on his board making sure each guest made it back safely. We all had fun climbing up to the top of the boat and jumping into the water. Dinner was delicious and he had snacks out throughout the day.. The cherry on top was getting to float around with the bioluminescent plankton at the very end. You won’t regret booking this tour!

Krabi Sunset Dinner Cruise was the highlight of our trip to Thailand. Michael and Lela were wonderful hosts - charming, funny, sweet, and informative. There was ample seating on the boat and we were very comfortable. The cushions at the front of the boat were some of the best seats in the house, and we especially loved the views and vibe from the rooftop. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious and the crew made sure that we were never hungry or thirsty. They offered us drinks, including free sodas and juices, anytime our hands were empty, and brought out bowls of chips, fresh fruit, and other snacks between stops. The dinner was top notch and there was plenty of food for everyone. The snorkeling was amazing, the fish were beautiful, and the crew made sure that we were comfortable using the equipment and that it was working well for us. There was plenty of time at each stop to snorkel, swim, paddleboard, kayak, and jump off the rooftop to our heart’s content. At one brief point, we noted a nearby competitor’s boat passing by, and their very loud generator - which made us especially appreciative that our boat was well-equipped with battery power and didn’t need a generator. The music on the boat added a light, fun vibe and enhanced the incredible ambience of spectacular views. Thank you to Michael and Krabi Sunset Cruises for the incredible memories!

This was a great day. Michael, our guide was there to meet us at the appointed time and we went immediately to join the boat. We had a variety of snorkel stops and once he had leaned what my husband was looking for, one of the crew scouted for him from a paddle board, pointing the way to items of interest. The atmosphere on the boat was very relaxed and we quickly made friends with other guests from different countries. Drinks were readily available when needed and after the sun had set we had quite a party atmosphere going. The crew were friendly and helpful- a most enjoyable day.

We booked the Sunset Cruise in Krabi and it was a highlight of our trip. Great value and a fantastic way to explore the stunning limestone cliffs and islands as the sun sets over the Andaman Sea. It’s the kind of experience that feels special any time you’re in Krabi, whether you’re visiting for a short stay or a longer holiday. The crew went above and beyond, providing delicious food and refreshing drinks throughout the trip, and making sure everyone felt comfortable and looked after. Our kids especially loved swimming and snorkelling in the warm, clear waters, and there was plenty of time to relax, take in the scenery, and snap photos. The whole experience was well organised, safe, and incredibly welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Krabi.

We had the most incredible day with Michael and the crew from Krabi Sunset Cruises aboard their beautiful pirate boat. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The day was wonderfully relaxed, with plenty of opportunities to snorkel, paddleboard, swim, and even jump off the side of the boat into the crystal-clear water. Every moment felt effortless and fun. What really made the experience stand out was the crew. They have mastered the perfect balance of creating a laid-back, comfortable atmosphere while making sure everyone feels safe and well looked after. Nothing ever felt rushed, and their friendliness and professionalism made the whole trip even more special. Amazing onboard experience and meet so many friendly folks along the way. All fun!!! Myself, not idea how to swim, but the team paddle-boarded me to shore, then helped me snorkel, as much as my nerves allowed from shore! Overall, hospitality 10/10. The meeting place was clear, onboarding was smooth, food was delicious, swimming and knowledge of the guides was top notch. There were the perfect amount of people. Not too crowded, and we went to some great snorkeling spots. Definitely worth while!

Unlike the speedboat tours and excursions, Michael and team have curated a relaxing and therapeutic experience that lets you soak up the beauty of Thailand and the amazing sunsets. I meant to write a review a while back, but it just got away from me. But I wanted to make sure I let everyone know how awesome this experience was with Michael. Every detail about this excursion exceeded my expectations. The food, the friendliness, the cleanliness, the safety, the cool boat, the amazing snorkeling, the paddle boarding, the best sunset on an island I’ve ever seen. I seriously had the best time with my mom and brother on this and would recommend to any group, couple, solo person, etc. I was so grateful my mom found this and booked it because it was the highlight of my trip.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We joined this boat tour during our trip to Krabi last year with a group of friends, and it was easily one of the highlights of our vacation. From the very beginning, it felt different from the typical tourist tours. Even though there were quite a few people on board, it never felt crowded or impersonal. The crew was incredibly friendly, always chatting with everyone and making us feel welcome. It felt more like spending the day with friends than being on a commercial tour. The places we visited were absolutely stunning. Instead of taking us to overcrowded tourist spots, we stopped at beautiful locations with healthy, well-preserved coral reefs, which made the snorkeling experience even more special. At the start of the tour, they also offered seasickness tablets to anyone who wanted them, which was a thoughtful touch and showed how much they cared about their guests. The perfect ending was getting to see the bioluminescent plankton at night. It was such a magical experience and something we’ll never forget. Overall, everything was perfectly organized, and every single person in our group loved the tour. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Krabi. If you’re looking for an unforgettable boat trip with an amazing crew and incredible locations, this is the one to book!

Had a fantastic day, managed to see clown fish, swim with sharks and even touch giant clams. Start straight from the beach at the resort. Sped to the boat on a water taxi. Boat is amazing, with a lot of history. Staff are great, from serving drinks and food, to teaching all you need to know to make the experience amazing. Don't worry if you are inexperienced they look after everyone. After breakfast on a beautiful isolated island, we headed off to scuba dive. (Or paddle board). Lots of staff in the water, and one guide showed me around areas to see some amazing scenery and creatures. Managed to swim with sharks, that were very shy. After another stop and watching the sunset we ate some decent food and headed for the bioluminescent swim, which was like swimming in space.

Excellent trip, and service, highly recommended

The cruise we did with Michael and his crew is one of my favourite memories from our Thailand trip. Everything was perfectly organized and the crew made sure that everyone had a fantastic time. You can really tell that the crew is loving their job! This is not just another cruise trying to get as many people as possible to all the overcrowded tourist hot spots. Instead, Michael and his team take you to locations away from all the masses of tourists, so that you can swim, snorkel and explore freely. There was always enough time to explore each spot, no rush just to get to the next one. Plenty of equipment is provided, including snorkelling gear and SUP boards. Towards the end of the tour, we got to witness an amazing sunset and had a fabulous buffet-style dinner, including vegetarian options. Amidst all the masses of island tours available in or around Krabi, I am glad that I chose to go with Krabi Sunset Cruises and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and unfortgettable experience!

Wow what can I say about this boat trip!! It literally had everything and more. Michael is the perfect host, super friendly, knowledgeable and most of all, make us feel confident and comfortable all day long. The snorkelling was unreal and to swim with reef sharks was honestly a pinch me moment. The crew all day couldn’t do enough for us, and while in the water there was always somewhere there to help, point out fish or simply watch and make you feel supported. My husband isn’t the most confident in the water but Michael made sure he stayed with him, meaning he could experience it all, not once making him feel silly or embarrassed. The food on the boat was a huge surprise - we didn’t know what to expect but it was delicious and there was plenty! And the boat itself was amazing. Different to anything else we saw and made the adventure even more amazing! We got to experience paddle boarding for the first time, again, with so much encouragement and support, including dry bags. Then to get back into the water in the dark to see the plankton is an experience I will never forget. Honestly magical. I’ve recommended Michael and team to a few people already and will continue to do so. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate. You will not regret it!!!

This was an adventure of a lifetime for me! It was my first time ever snorkeling and I have to admit that I was nervous. The crew was so nice and helped me every step of the way. As soon as I got in the water and saw the amazing coral reef and the fish, all of my anxiety was gone. The boat ride to and from the islands was fun and very beautiful. The dinner served was way better than I expected with lots of choices. This outing was definitely worth the money, and one of the top highlights of my first trip to Thailand. Five stars!!!

It was hands down the best tour we did in krabi. The crew was so helpful and the snorkeling gear was also kept very clean and it was brand new. They even have paddle boards and kayaks which are plenty for everyone on board. Michael guided us throughout the trip and he even helped my wife who was slightly fearful of snorkeling by motivating her!! For the sunset we climbed on the top deck and it was so spectacular. We even dived from the top deck and it was thrilling to say the least. Anyone visiting Ao nang or krabi should definitely take this tour, it will by far be your best one I can guarantee that. The boat is also pirate themed and it's quite spacious. Would definitely go again whenever we are back in Ao nang 🙌

Can’t reccomend this tour enough. The boat is freaking awesome, legit old Chinese junker boat, aka a pirate boat. The tour is really worth the price considering all the stops and food included throughout the trip. The crew itself was awesome always helpful and very attentive. All of the locations are stunning and we even got to snorkel with a reef shark!! Amazing! 10/10 would recommend and would do again!

They are highly knowledgeable about the area and know where the fun spots are both to see marine life as well as scenic spots. We ended the day with truly Thai food. Second time I do this exact sunset tour. Highly recommend it to anyone going to Ao Nang. Great staff, delicious cocktails and dinner, beautiful islands and sights and the sunset on that boat in the water is just amazing!

This cruise is very relaxed and fun. The snorkeling was pretty good for the area; the boat is big and spacious so you can walk around, climb up top, and jump or dive as you please; the food was very good with plenty of snacks along the way; and beer and cocktails are available if you like. The bioluminescent snorkeling at the end of the evening was a highlight to an already extraordinary day. I highly recommend this very attentive crew, that includes a native English and Spanish speaker, for a chill experience where you still get all the highlights you’d get from other more crowded and less comfortable options.

Love the whole experience. They were so friendly and supportive and knowledgeable..highly recommend it. Felt really safe and my 10 year daughter enjoyed every minute. The staff made us feel very comfortable and safe and guided us through the snorkelling as we were strong swimmers. No regrets joining this cruise and it was the whole highlight of the whole krabi trip. Food was great too.

There aren't enough good things I can say about this experience. The pick up in Ao Nang was a breeze. The boat was comfortable and the crew really made me feel at home with their genuine welcoming vibe and exquisite attention to every detail. Snorkeling, exploring, and, with a lot of help and encouragement, this 46 year old got up on a paddle board for the first time! Oh, and the dinner they serve is fresh, local, and is one of the top three meals I've had in Thailand. Do not hesitate or think too hard about this - book the trip and have a wonderful time!!

This is a great island tour, going to islands not as common or crowded as other tours. Michael, the owner, was very involved and helpful with the guests, making sure we had a fun time. The boat has a lot more space to get up and move around than most island tours, as well as equipment like stand up paddle boards, kayaks and snorkel equipment. I highly recommend this tour and this company - they were exceptional!

My husband and I went yesterday and it was just amazing from start to finish. We went snorkeling 3 times. The guides were with us monitoring us all of the time we were in the water and so we felt very safe. For people who are not so confident in the water, they could be towed around on a ring, via a kayak. The snorkeling gear was in very good and clean condition. We are in low season, so there was loads of room on the comfy and quirky boat. I'm glad we didn't choose the speed boats, as the ones we seen looked cramped. We were given a paddle board to explore on of the islands and this was fun. Again we were monitored in the water. Nice meal and plenty of soft drinks whenever we wanted. Some people had cocktails that are extra cost, but they were really cheap. Such a wonderful and memorable day with stunning views, great guides and great crew

Very quiet and peaceful place

This was honestly the highlight of our trip to Krabi. The boat was fantastic, the snorkeling was so much fun, and they had an excellent equipment ready for us and even had hair ties if you happen to forget one, which was such a thoughtful touch. The snorkel spots were awesome and you have a good amount of time to explore. We saw so many varieties of fish and sea life. The food and bar was great, and the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout the day. The bioluminescent swim was as such a special experience and a perfect way to end the day. Could not recommend this operator more highly.

Had a great time, crew was great, showed us a good time. They took complimentary pictures of us which was a nice surprise. Coming from the United States, nothing is ever complimentary. One if the best tours we did in the area.
