Hong Island Tour Small Group Only 12 Guests Full Day

Had a brilliant day out on the Hong Islands tour from Krabi. The transfer from Ao Nang was spot on and everything ran really smoothly. Our guide Hat was great – funny, friendly and really knowledgeable. The rest of the crew were lovely too. Lunch was delicious, and we got to visit some beautiful, quiet spots that felt really peaceful. The small group size made a big difference. With a maximum of 12 people, it felt much more relaxed and personal than a big group tour. Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone visiting Krabi. One of the highlights of our time here.

We had a fantastic day! Our guide, Hat, was amazing – friendly, attentive and incredibly patient, especially with the three non-swimmers in our group, one of whom had never swum before. The snorkelling was beautiful, and visiting Maya Bay early meant we avoided the crowds. Lunch was delicious, particularly the spring rolls and yellow curry, with plenty of drinks throughout the day and lovely fresh fruit to finish. We also enjoyed seeing the monkeys from the boat. Everything ran perfectly on time, from departure to arrival. An amazing experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

An amazing trip! My partner and I (21y/o) had a fantastic time. There was only 8 of us on the day we went so there was plenty of room for everyone. We all even got a turn at the front of the boat to enjoy the view. The staff were all fantastic, we couldn’t have asked for more. Lunch was delicious, and there was plenty of it. All of the locations we visited were beautiful and were mostly very quiet. Would highly recommend this operator and this tour for anyone looking to explore the islands around Ao Nang!

I went on two tours with Krabi VIP Tours. The Hong island tour and the sunset tour. Both were days very well spent! truely away from the big tourist crowds. Riccardo is very responsive. He literally answered my requests immediatly and accomodated last minute bookings. Very smooth booking process! Super Poky picked me up both days from my hotel with big smiles. Thank you Poky of making sure I felt good all the time and did not get seasick. Thank you also for insuring we made the most of our time even in less than perfect weather conditions. Boat crew: Very nice, very proffesional. Maybe one suggestion to make it even better is to vary the launch menu so that customers who go for multiple trips get to have a different selection each time. Overall highly recommended even for solo travelers as the setup makes is very easy to meet people and spend goup time with the group.

We have perfectly spent the time at each place. The guide and all the team are warm and gentle. I feel good with thé soft drink and the cake that they offered us at the end. We feel confortable at all time. It's safe and reliable. We had great time with Krabi Vip Tour.

Me my fiancée my brother and a couple of friends have been touring with this guys, was a special day... we enjoyed the travel the staying and the food on top of the amazing views and places Thailand has to offer. Riccardo made it special with tips and suggestions on snorkeling but also on visiting the view point of Koh nok. Really recommend excursions with this guys as they know what to do and how to do it. We are a family of 4, with 2 children aged 11 and 14. We were planning to do the Phi Phi tour, but it was cancelled at the last minute due to the weather. We decided to change for the Hong Island tour, with no regret. Splendid landscapes, clean white sand beaches, and a lot of fun. Only downside was the snorkeling which wasn't that great due to the silty waters. The staff is amazing, very nice and cheerful. We had a blast.

Admittedly, I'm not one for booking premium tours and would rather pay less for a general tour.... So I booked a Mariam Sunset 7-island tour with 65 people on Monday (as Krabi VIP was not possible) and booked the Koh Hong tour with Krabi VIP on Tuesday as this was our last day. The two are very different experiences! See my other review for Mariam = 3 stars Krabi VIP is a 5* experience and was the highlight of our 13 day holiday in thrilling Thailand. Pla who hosted the tour was a highlight in herself - knowledgeable, down-to-earth, accommodating, friendly and a first-class photographer. She's gold to this business and without her, I do not think Krabi VIP would be occupying No.1 position on TripAdvisor. She knows the best places, least crowded and as a result we had a blissful time visiting the different islands of Koh Hong. It's certainly worth the premium you will end up paying over a conveyor belt experience with the other mass operators. Highly recommend!

We had only one day in ao nang and wanted to make the most of it without being in the tourist crowd. We decided to go for the sunset tour but it was fully booked. We then went for the koh Hong. No regret on that one, you will see beautiful beaches, indeed with next to no one. 2 remarks : snorkeling is not a highlight here (not a lot of visibility when we went) and careful when accepting the climb to the beautiful view on the top, you have to be physically fit with long legs to go there. Highlights: the guide Pla, the beaches and sea, and the very good lunch (Thai food is the best)

I really appreciated this tour because the number of attendees was not too high, the beaches we reached were not as crowed as the ones I saw the day before with another tour and we had the time to enjoy the places. This is the best tour operator in town!

AMAZING. We did a group Sunset Tour and it was so proffesional and nice that we decided to book a private tour to Hong Island. Pla was incredible, she went the extra mile in the tours, plus she is a great photographer. We recommend it 1000%, their prices are the lowest and they keep the group tours under 13pax (which is great when you see other boats with 25pax )

Good company, we was afraid about the level of the companys in Thailand but this was a nice surprise. We booked everything before in internet, discussed some details by e-mail, and everything worked well. Ms. Pla is a nice guide with good English. The visited points were very very nice.

My Husband and I absolutely loved this tour. It was easy to book, and the crew was so friendly! Bla was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She helped us take alot of photos and she was so easy to talk to. We loved the boat ride and we even got a chance to sit at the bow a couple times! We really appreciated avoiding the big crowds. All the spots were beautiful and we didn't feel rushed. One of the top highlights of our trip!

Of all the tours we’ve taken around Asia, this is definitely one of the best. What we like about it: 1. Pick up was on time; 2. The tour smartly avoids crowds. Even at Hong Island- the most packed. We arrived later on in the afternoon when the flock of tourists were about to leave and sunset tours have yet to arrive; 3. Ample time to relax and enjoy each beach; 4. Koh Lading, Koh Pakbia and especially Koh Nok were equally beautiful.. and clean. 5. Lunch was a home cooked meal style. It’s not a buffet spread; but enjoying it sitting on your mat on sand rather than a restaurant- it’s a better experience for us. 6. Hosts Ricardo and Sophia (sorry if wrong spelling) were wonderful! We’re not into the restricted, time limiting, rushed tours. If you’re like us than this tour is perfect. If we visit Krabi again; we would definitely join another tour with these guys. No doubt. Note: not many toilets in these islands so be prepared.

We travel quite a bit and have done many tours all over the world and I can honestly say this was the best tour we have ever done, it is definitely VIP! We went to stunning beaches, lagoon and coves and the staff always managed to get us to each location before the hundreds of other tourists.....as a bonus the guide heard of a sighting of whale sharks so we went off to have a look and managed to spend an incredible half hour watching these majestic creatures completely on our own. The crew and guide were absolutely wonderful and I can not recommend them enough.

Me and my friends have contacted Krabi VIP Tours weeks before our travel date ,and Frederico was very nice and patient to answer all my queries from accomodations down to ideal tours for the season. The service and flexibility to talk to them was really convenient- we couldn't decide if we would take the tour bec of the weather, so we decided a few hours and it was really nice and considerate of them to tour us around last minute. Ms Pla was our designated tour guide and Riccardo greeted at the first part of our tour. They were both very nice and informative. Ms Pla toured us around she was really awesome , very eloquent, and bec it was the birthday of one of our friends, they gave us a delicious brownie for lunch with candles! the island where we had lunch was really beautiful and peaceful and not touristy at all. they took us around the highlights of Koh hong tour. one of the best highlights why I would recommend this agency is bec during our tours, one of our friends flew his drone, and unfortunately there was a sudden change of wind and the drone got stuck up high in the rock. around 15-20m high. it was too impossible to climb and it was almost 5 pm at the end of our tour and we needed to go back, so we decided to just come back the next day early morning and get a professional climber to be able to retrieve it. on the way out of the lagoon, ms PLA and her crew decided that we find a solution to get it and combine a stick all together to retrieve the drone, so we went to the nearest island and the captain and crew has helped out on a mission to save the drone. at the end we were able to save the drone, BIG BIG THANKS TO MS PLA and to her crew for helping us out! the drone ended up to the water-but we didnt manage to catch it but we were still able to save it. Thank you for your help me and my friends will be forever grateful for the experience!! stars by 9 am..short journey of 25 minutes in speed boat ..you are at the best of islands ...4 islands covered all of them good.....but food not at all good for vegetarians as it is packed food in some of the hosts

We were a family of 8, and took services of krabi vip tour for 2 days. On the first day we went on the whole day koh hong tour. Most of the islands on this tour were not crowded and we could enjoy by ourselves. The food served was delicious. (Our vegetarion palette was accomadated) At the end of the first tour we decided to take their phi phi island day tour. Phi phi islands tour was customised as per our requirements and this too was great fun. Snorkelling equipments provided on the boat was of good quality Both the tours were at a relaxed pace, Federico and Riccardo both were great guides and very helpful. The whole process from enquiry, booking, touring was smooth with both of them.. We would definitely reccommend all their tours. Thank you Guys!😊

We had a great day with federico and his staff taking part of the Koh Hong day tour. He picked us up on time at the hotel and took us to the pier where there was a speed boat waiting for us and some other people. We wnet first to visit the laggon, taking advantage of the high water. We stopped then at a beautiful places, where we could get a swim and watching corals and fishes, with just a few boat around. His trip indeed is trying to avoid the times when all other boat are around, trying to give their guest a bit of privacy and quiet. In Koh Nok we had also a beautiful stay and we could climb up to the lookout where we had a beautiful view to the area and the islands around. Lunch was on a very nice restaurant nearly on the beach. Federico and hist staff are skilled and expert and he knows a lot about thailand, the islands and the see. We had a great day!! We spent really a great day

Top dag gehad op de boot van Krabi vip tours. Volgens afspraak op tijd opgehaald bij het hotel, in kleine groep naar hong island gevaren. Tevens 2 andere eilanden aangedaan en langs monkey island gevaren. Prima verzorgd dag met leuke crew en gids!

We participated in the excursion to Phi Phi and Koh Hong. Riccardo and his team organize tailor-made tours, trying to avoid the places most traveled by other companies. You will find yourself snorkeling and having lunch in bays surrounded by greenery completely isolated. You will also be overwhelmed by the brightness and sympathy of the team that will not be missing for preparation!

Holiday as a couple, we were in Phuket, fed up with the mess, the constant scams and bargaining we ended up in aoang a krabi, where we did 3 tours with this private agency run by a young boy named Riccardo, We had a great time. Friendly and intimate environment .. Maximum speedboat 13 or 14 people I think, visited exclusive places where there were very few people. Fair price. We visited phi.phi , Hong and afternoon sunset with bath between plankton and bioluminescence.

A wonderful day that thanks to these 2 young guys with a staff of very kind and extremely helpful professionals have organized a perfect tour. We visited the islands at times of little crowding, to make us enjoy all these wonderful places. Riccardo a special tourlider filled us with all his attentions, Puki our nice, smiling and kind guide, our captain and sailor Yu the top. I would not hesitate to return for a moment. I love Thailand and every time I go away I leave there a piece of ❤️....now I left much more!!! Thanks to this fantastic organization I felt indescribable sensations and emotions.... I never thought I would climb a mountain on an indefinite path, clinging to roots and branches, barefoot and in costume, starting from the beach to reach the top... many would ask “to do what? Just to see a panorama?” Yes!! But not only... pure adrenaline and the awareness of feeling strong, free and alive!!! Bravo all the staff members who with simplicity and lightness entice anyone, young seniors and children!! I never thought at night to swim in the sea in the dark among millions of phosphorescent “fireflies”, to sail among ridges of rocks admiring a fantastic starry sky!! I never thought I would give up boiling waterfalls to find myself in a wonderful SPA in the middle of jungle among palm trees and dense vegetation immersed in natural pools wearing a Thai tunic!! I could go on forever.... But most of all, I never thought I could live it all without the crowds that normally crowd into the Christmas holidays! That’s why I call them “tours with a magic wand”!! They know how to choose times, routes and alternatives so much so that the same tour will never be the same as the previous one.... Trust us, let us guide you, listen to the advice and you will not regret it!! I have done all the tours....

After comparing the various companies, Me and Two Other Friends decided to book with them two tours, sunset and koh Hong. That's right! We toured with Riccardo, turned out to be two exciting tours, limited number tours, we visited wonderful places and Uncrowded. friendly staff, buffet lunch based on Thai dishes, also beautiful THE night bath with bio plankton luminescent, experience definitely to be repeated, highly recommended.

Beautiful trip between the islands of Krabi area with stops designed to avoid the crowds of tourists. Traveling in Thailand with a friend we did two tours with them: Koh Hong tour and Sunset Tour. Spectacular. Federico was very kind to give us the right tips before our arrival in Ao Nang (thanks :)), Riccardo and Pla were our precious guides in discovering the pearls of Thailand. Perfect organization: food&beverage, equipment and timings to get before the “crowds” on the beaches. The most exciting thing? Bathing in the dark at night with plankton.... I recommend it to everyone. happy holidays :)

We booked the tour on the advice of Italian tourists. We arrived at Lahding Island just before the tourist influx. Stop at another wild beach in front of Ko Pakbia Island, uncrowded, very good Thai lunch at Nok Island, then arrival at Hong Island, early afternoon and of course the beach was already very crowded. If you pay by credit card the fee is applied.

If you are in Thailand and especially in Aonang I recommend you try excursions with Krabi VIP tour.... you will be satisfied, Federico and Riccardo two professionals in the field, friendly and friendly will make you feel at home.

We made two excursions with these guys, one with Riccardo and one with Federico, in both there was a very good girl whose name I would not want to miss, we were amazed by what they showed us, you can really see that they like this job and they are excellent at doing it, really congratulations. Perfect and comfortable boat, super staff, delicious food and all the water you want. Since I contacted Federicco to hire the tour they were always very friendly and professional. The tour was perfect. We were picked up at the hotel beach in the speedboat, a new and comfortable boat. He took us to a couple of beaches first to snorkel where there were only two other people, rare for this time. Then we went to Koh Hong and it took us to an area where there were fewer people... we saw the lagoon that is wonderful. We went to a small island where it was just us, a wonder... you could even climb up and take in the views. In the end he took us to eat at a very good Italian restaurant. The attention of 10. We were four adults and three six-year-olds and they enjoyed it a lot too. Thank you for the attention and professionalism of Federicco and the crew.

We had the pleasure of taking a boat trip to ko Hong. Federico was very nice and attentive to our needs and requests! He showed us beautiful places trying to avoid busier places and times. It was a beautiful day .. beautiful boat and reliable, we also thank Federico for giving us numerous useful tips on the Krabi area! Definitely recommended for those who want to do a tour different from the one offered by other companies!
