Krabi has more than just beautiful beaches and idyllic islands and this tour takes us behind the scenes to explore the province’s alternative side. This once small fishing town has a dramatic back drop of limestone karsts that draws in visitors. Away from its plethora of beaches, Krabi City is a thriving focal point of the province where people book trips, enjoy cheap accommodation and enjoy abundant eating options. We start our tour at a marine animal breeding station which helps to safeguard local sea creatures. Next is the religious shrine of Wat Kaew Goveraram, one of the main centres of worship for the local Buddhist community, before ending our exploration at the main harbour. Lunch is at a local restaurant.
