We had a wonderful paddle with a very nice and sincere guide! M was knowledgeable with a good sense of humor. He kept the pace reasonable yet always moving. We enjoyed his explanations and the scenery is stunning. We would do this again!

Our guide was excellent. The mangroves were beautiful and the hike was very manageable. We really loved the boat trip to see the area from the water was wonderful. Highly recommend.
Fabulous trip! What a wonderful experience. So calm and peaceful with a great tour guide! Would highly recommend this tour
Fantastic tour very informative and stunning scenery
It was so fascinating to experience and see the beautiful mangroves with experience tour guide. I love it and wanted to do it again in the future.
So many cool spots to see and not very difficult kayaking involved. Our personal guide picked us up from the pier and took us to the kayaking spot. Great service and very friendly people.
Highly recommend! They were on time for pick up and very knowledgeable about the kayaks and the mangrove forest. Very enjoyable
Brilliant experience in nature. Kayak guide was very friendly and informative. The canyon and mangroves are spectacular. Easy level paddle with a couple of breaks. Highly recommended
This is a great opportunity to see a different side of Thailand. Wonderful and generous guide. He allowed us to set our own pace. We saw so much natural beauty of Krabi, including the monkeys! this is a great family experience for everyone.
We were picked up as scheduled, started early as planned (which is highly recommended), our guide was cool and found and showed us many living creatures. A fun experience (and a bit of an exercise too)…
We were collected from our hotel on time & taken to the venue. The tour started nice & early & there was no-one else around, which was great, as all we could hear was wildlife. We had the added bonus of spotting a monkey. The area did get busier when we were on our way back, so the early start was worth it. The guides were informative & the tour was definitely worth the price we paid. Would recommend.
Delightful location. Lovely guide. Intimate way to explore Krabi's waterways. Loved that the area is closed to motorboats. The kayaking is easy; very beginner friendly.
This experience was amazing, we got picked up from the Ao Nang area and taken to the pier which was around a 25 minute drive. The instructor was professional and there was only me and my friend on the tour. Due to it being early we couldn’t go through the whole mangrove but what we did was amazing, so if you want to do this we were told it would be the afternoon tour. In total we kayaked around 7km according to the guide and saw some amazing animals. Definitely recommend, fruit and water were also provided.
This is an exceptional tour. The kayak route is incredibly beautiful. You get taken through a mangrove forest and also kayak between the limestone karsts. We saw several monkeys and a sea eagle. The tour is organised so well and there were only 8 in our group, which was perfect. Our guide, Boat, was so much fun!
Awesome guide, picked us up right at our hotel, phenomenal experience!
Pick up was prompt. The kayaking trip wasn't worth the money. You would be better off hiring a kayak and going by yourself. You'd be able to spend more time kayaking and seeing the area.
My wife and I had a blast. Initially we were skeptical due to a few bad reviews, but they were probably written by people that are hard to please. Our tour guide did his best to show us a good time. The trip was spectacular, informative and adventurous. People here complained about not seeing monkeys or having to step in mud before getting into the kayaks. Well.. guess what, the company can’t control low and high tides… also can’t control monkeys, it isn’t a zoo. By the way, we did see monkeys and made some good friends along the way! Thanks for everything. Dalma & Andras
Excellent excursion to see the beauty of nature and wildlife in Thailand. Small group setting created more of a personal tour with our guide. Our guide and driver were courteous and helpful from pick up to drop off. Highly recommend.
The tour and what we saw were very cool but our guide was not. Basically ahead of us the whole time and barely ever spoke to us.
We had a great trip. I took my son and his girlfriend and we had only one other family of 4 with us. We went early to beat the heat and crowds. The only thing is the tide is low and you have to turn around as opposed to going all the way through. I rather beat the heat and people though. Highly recommend. So many kayaks out there but our group was small and they picked us up at our hotel.
Had the most amazing time kayaking through the mangroves, our guide, Boat, was very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend doing this as the views were incredible!
Our guide AK was the best taking the time to teach us about the mangroves and their importance, along with the many animals that called it home
Tour was great! Tour guide was very familiar with the area and pointed out a lot of things. We saw quite a few monkeys too!!
Had a great time doing the tour. We started early and were picked up sharp on time at 8:15 from our resort and arrived just before 9:00 in the morning. We were welcomed with a bottle of water and got a life jacket before we boarded our kayak. Note that if you wear sneakers or slippers, you are not allowed to wear them on the kayak. So if you don't like to do the trip in bare feet, get some Crocs or similar shoes, because those are allowed. We had Crocs so we were fine. The tour itself was amazing, we started on the river and went into the mangroves after 15-20 minutes or so. AK (I believe his name is) knew a lot about the history of the mangrove forest and animals that lived there. His stories were very interesting, occasionally thrown in with some funny jokes. The best thing about this tour is that we started very early and did a different route (clockwise instead of anti-clockwise) than the rest of the tourgroups. So we started in the mangroves, then the canyons and at last Monkey Beach. We were beginners but AK made sure we were not left behind so the pace was good. When we came back to the pier, we were provided sliced watermelon. If you have bare feet, there is a gardenhose which you can use to rinse off any dirt or particles. Afterwards we were brought back again to the resort at which we arrived around 12:30.
We enjoyed this tour, we went early and so glad we did as it was so peaceful, just 4 kayaks in our group and the guide but by the end it was so busy with kayaks everywhere. Do we definately made the right choice. The guide was very engaging and informative and we had a fun time
Once in a life time experience. The mangroves are gorgeous. Our guide was funny and told us lots about the wildlife and the history of mangroves. Saw many other massive groups go round with a guide not saying much which was absolutely not the case for us. Our guide even knew which monkey was friendly! We would recommend this exact trip to anyone staying in the area.
Loved this experience! Beautiful scenery, stunning canyon, mangroves and monkeys! We had a wonderful guides provided water who was very animated and excited to share Thailand’s environmental movement to restore mangroves.
This experience was magical all over! The quiet of early morning paddling, the discovery of the little animals that inhabit the sandbank, the mangroves..it is a must try! Thank you to our guide :)
Wow! This tour exceeded our expectations! The kayaking was great and the scenery was beautiful, but AK really made it special. He was so informative, but most importantly fun. He had us laughing throughout the trip. Would definitely do this tour again!
Great kayak tour around and through the island with varied scenery of rocks, canyon, cave, mangroves and wildlife
We were very lucky as we had a very small party and an exceptional quide. He was friendly and had a good knowledge of the area.
Perfect kayak experience Small group is perfect for quiet nature contemplation We were in a shade all the time so it wasn’t hot at all
The tour was flawless and I would recommend it to everyone who loves nature. Our guide - Boat - was friendly, spoke very good english, told us many interesting things and we also had ample time to enjoy the nature in silence. Guys, give Boat a raise, he's the top guide :)
Excellent experience, guide was brilliant, funny, informative and safe. 2 adults, 1 9 year old shared a 3 person kayak and was ideal.
We did this instead of rock climbing due to the recent rain. It was probably for the better because we had been physically exerting ourselves a good amount to the days leading up. This was a nice alternative. I can tell the guide cared about the ecosystem a lot too.
Fun, breathtaking, and great exercise. The views are tremendous and the guide was extremely knowledgeable. Appreciated it was a smaller tour group so it was easy to keep up and hear the guide.
The biggest highlight was the group size—just four people (two double kayaks), which is a huge plus compared to the crowded tours. Our guide was quiet for most of the trip, allowing us to truly listen to the nature and admire the stunning National Park. While he was very helpful and answered all our questions about the limestones and mangroves, I would have loved a bit more proactive background/history on the area without having to ask. We ended with a swim at a beautiful small beach. A note for the company: I noticed people smoking there and hope guides provide small disposal boxes to ensure no cigarette butts are left behind in this pristine spot. We made a point to pick up some floating plastic during our paddle—a small effort that got a big "thank you" from our guide. I highly encourage everyone to leave the park a little better than they found it!
Good value for money – transport there and back was included. A fun activity to try, very social. We had an incredibly fun and positive guide! What I was disappointed with, however, was the beach – and of course it can’t be guaranteed, but we didn’t see any animals at all. Coffee was not included either, and there was only a small amount of melon as fruit/snacks. My tip is to eat breakfast beforehand, and it’s also better if you have decent fitness, as slower participants can affect the group. Still, I do recommend it – as mentioned, a fun activity to try!
Fun activity, not too strenuous. Beautiful scenery. Our guide was helpful & humorous. He kept us informed about what we were doing & about the area. We were provided with life jackets-some groups on other companies tours did not have them.
Lovely scenery and very pleasant paddling through the mangroves. It was hard work paddling across the estuary at the start and end. Guide was OK but when he stopped he gave the information to the couple who got there first and didn’t repeat it. Generally he was quite away ahead and didn’t really engage.
This was a really enjoyable trip but is quite physical so I would suggest not doing it if you don’t have a certain level of fitness or aren’t used to physical activity. The views are really good nd it’s an interesting trip
Great trip, guid very polite and knowledgable. We to crab beach where loads pf crabs and starfish were spotted. While moving through narrow passages of the canal we seen monkeys in the wild. Great experience.
Nice half day on the water. Saw some crabs, beautiful cliffs, and learned about some of the natural history. Guide was friendly and spoke good English.
Your guide is the owner. He's amazing. You will enjoy the heck out of his tour of this amazing mangrove. We've done similar activities in other parts of the world and this one was the most unique and enjoyable.
Stunning scenery nice change from the carnage of the island trips and strips. Beautiful. Good value for money. Watermelon provided and water which was a nice bonus. Nice guide and hotel pick up / drop off - definitely more than enough for a half day trip!
What an experience! This is a must do. We went on the earliest time slot which seemed to be to our advantage as we were only 3 kayaks. On our way back we passed groups of 10-20 kayaks which I am assuming booked the later slot. The mangroves and cliffs are a sight to see. They inspire a sense of calm and presence I have rarely experienced. We did see some wildlife also during the trip which was interesting. It is not too challenging so people of all abilities should get along ok. The pace is slow and steady. Don’t miss this one!
It is as described- my husband and I had a great time. The views are magnificent- it felt very much like we were the only ones there- I loved that you didn’t meet up with other boats - only other kayaks and this was minimal.
It was a beautiful and peaceful trip. It’s operated by a small family - very attentive and accommodating. There were only 4 of us which was much more enjoyable than being part of a large group.
The guide was undeniably kind and clearly passionate about his work, and I truly hope he continues to find opportunities in this field. However, I feel it’s important to leave an honest review for the sake of future travelers. While kayaking through the mangroves was a stunning and unforgettable experience, the water, the trees, the wildlife, the serene beauty all around, I found myself feeling increasingly frustrated during the tour. My main concern was the complete lack of quiet throughout the entire 2-hour trip. From the moment we began to the very end, the guide spoke NONSTOP, without even a single moment of pause for silence or reflection!!! For those of us who came to soak in the peacefulness of nature, to hear the sounds of the birds, the wind, and the water, this constant commentary made it almost impossible to enjoy the environment fully. It felt as though there was little awareness that some guests might want to experience the mangroves in solitude, without ongoing conversation. I completely understand that part of a guide’s role is to share knowledge and ensure guests feel engaged. However, there’s a delicate balance between providing helpful insights and overwhelming the group with continuous chatter! Even just occasional breaks for quiet would have transformed the experience, allowing us to truly connect with the natural beauty around us. For future tours, I would kindly suggest incorporating moments of stillness so that guests who value the peaceful side of nature can immerse themselves more fully. The setting itself was spectacular, but unfortunately, the lack of mindfulness around this aspect made the tour less enjoyable than it could have been.
We had an amazing morning kayaking with our guide, Boat! 🛶🌴 He speaks good English and really makes an effort to communicate clearly, definitely above average. He is knowledgeable and friendly, and made the tour both fun and safe. He picked us up on time in the morning and brought us back to the hotel afterwards. We were lucky to have a private tour, so it felt very peaceful and special. The scenery in Krabi was absolutely stunning, and Boat showed us the best spots to explore. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Krabi! An unforgettable experience!
