It was one of the best boat transfers we have ever done in Asia! Pick up was on time, mini van to the pier good, check in fantastic and boat was comfortable and fast!! Company even offered mini van transfers to our hotel at a reasonable price saving us the hassle of finding a taxi! Overall a great experience!
Purchased a fast boat ride from Geen Planet in Ao Nang from a local representative The representative asked us what hotel we were staying in Phuket which we showed on our phone. She told us in the price would include our shuttle service to from our hotel. We paid and received a receipt. The receipt clearly states we paid in full, and nmthat there would be no more money due. Upon arrival at the port the Dock attendant was very rude, and that we owed allot more money because our hotel was further away. He said he didn't care what we had to say he has been working there along time, and for us to call the company. We called the main office and was told the same on the phone, but she apologized. We feel the company operated dishonestly, rude, and did not honor our written contract . BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
Approximately 100 people on board. So very busy and all sat very close together. We did get a bottle of water. The noise from the engines was very loud. Take ear plugs. Good service for what we paid.
This was just such an awful experience. We boarded at Railay and got off at Phuket. It was hot which is expected, but no breeze as no air can flow through the sealed windows. Think squished shoulder to shoulder with others and sweat from strangers everywhere. can’t see out, even though we asked to sit up front where my husband can see so he didn’t get sick, reception told us that would be ok, but at second stop we all as to sit down the back next to the motors with black smoke and fumes all we could breathe in. No view you just sit looking at the people opposite you who seem equally uncomfortable. I would not do it again that is certain
This boat is a terrible service. If you have a red Phuket sticker they say you have a free transfer, went in fact they make you pay 400 baht per person! Absolutely ridiculous, I would not recommend them to anyone. Do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere!
Direct customer service who don’t fuss about and get you from A to B. Not a luxurious boat and doesn’t necessarily feel safe, but very efficient.

All went good 😊 , great transfer , from Krabi to Phuket, one hour and 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The crossing was smooth and fast, definitely the best way to get from Krabi to Phuket. The pickup was a bit disorganized - late and a lot of people and bags crammed into benches in an open-sided truck - but we got there on time. The company had said our hotel immediately north of the Phuket airport was outside the limits of where they could drop people - even though it’s much close than resorts in southern Phuket - but our driver kindly took us to our hotel anyway, so all was well.
Very convenient and efficient way to travel. Would definitely do it again. Boat was at maximum capacity, so felt a bit squashed. We had arranged for hotel pick up and drop off. Driver was on time for pick up, however taxi service for hotel drop off was very confusing. No one knew where to go and drivers were not working off a list. We were waiting for our suitcases and were almost left behind
Good crossing but boat has zero views of the crossing. Windows too high. Crew will not let you sit out on deck. Very full on date & time of travel
Super disorganized and chaotic experience. Entire load of passengers was constantly being herded and yelled at from waiting spot to waiting spot by a worker with a megaphone. No one seemed to know how to get us on the boat…we had to walk across several boats tied together and wait for half hour in sun. Our luggage was broken by a crew member tossing and stacking suitcases on the front of the boat. We left 30 min late. Terrible experience
Transfer was on time..no problems. Drinks provided ..very easy pick up from our hotel in Ao Nang to out hotel in Patong!......

We found Green Planet to be professional and efficient. We were picked up from our Hotel in Aonang and transferred to the Ferry Terminal for transfer to Koh Yao Yai. We had plenty of baggage and they handled that with care. Arrived spot on time. When we had to transfer to Phuket Airport the same professionalism was shown. More than impressed and the staff do their job with humour. My wife was impressed with the care they showed when she was getting on and off the boats. Highly recommended.

They were early to the pick up area and everything went smooth as can be! I highly recommend. We were picked up at East Railay Beach with drop off in Phuket. I will book with them again! :)

We were picked up at our hotel and taken to the port. A small sticker label on the luggage and on our T-shirt (yellow for us with destination YAO NOI. Departure and arrival on time. Comfortable interior seats, possibility to sit in front. Powered by four 250 horsepower engines. We'll take over this speed boat and then head to Phuket.
have paid extra more that it goes quickly and directly to the hotel. unfortunately nothing came of it. at the pick up are running more passengers boarded which caused a massive time delay. afterwards the boat was overcrowded, life jackets were not visible and the boat made 2 more stops in between. arrived in phuket we had to pay for the transport to the center which is 45 minutes away by car again 500 bath. although we have already paid at the other agency per person 300 bath. they didn't know about it of course. after disputes the other agency was contacted, this said it was only the transport in krabi. haha! at the counter was of course all included! helpful and solution oriented is quite clearly different! if you don't pay you are left somewhere in the pampas - really antisocial! you don't get what you pay for! further problem is that different agencies participate in the transport and everyone wants as big a piece of the cake as possible!
