This boat is absolutely infested with roaches.. crawling in between the seats, floors, our bags, everywhere. It makes for a long 2 hours when you’re having to swat roaches off of you the entire time.

Absolutely appalling service. Driver 1.20 minutes late picking us up. Stressful as we were 30 mins arriving after ferry had left. Put onto a smaller boat to meet ferry in middle of ocean
We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the pier. We'll organized and very friendly. On board we were offered the VIP option for 200THB per person, it include 2 small snacks, a small coke and a small water. It was amazing to sit in reclining leather chairs. Overall a really good experience.
Driver came about 10 minutes late, no biggie. A mini bus is the transport so fine for all luggage and the service received throughout was lovely. Very organised. Scenic journey.
Beautiful trip to Phi Phi and back. Van pickup from resort then short drive to pier. Boarded ferry and chose to upgrade to the VIP level for Bht200 each as seating more comfortable and you get food and drinks included. Staff lovely. Definitely use again.
Pick up was very late Left the port late and had to pick up at raiay so was very late getting to Koh phi phi Very busy !!! Didn’t see any life jackets . Piles of luggage . Took ages to get off ! 20 bhat fee at the port
Tour operator was 30 min late in picking us up from hotel. No notice or apologies given. I had to phone them twice to confirm that we’re not left behind.
Waited 40 minutes and the pickup driver never showed. Was communicating with the Viator company who said 10 minutes multiple times. Had to pay for a taxi who drove at top speed and barely made the boat. Skip Viator and buy your own boat ticket and taxi so you make the trip stress free
I had a wonderful time in Phi phi. I will definitely visit again and will use your service. Thank you.
The staff should be more professional. Explanations should be given for problems that affect everyone, prior to the trip. Boat should be clean. We bought tickets on the Ao Nang Princess Ferry fir a day trip to Koh Phi Phi. We were not told the trip would be 2 hours each way; and there was a stop in Railay to load additional passengers. We spent 5+ hours traveling for a 2.5 hour stay at Tonsai Bay. The boat was dirty, and the toilets disgusting. No toilet paper, of course. Also they would not accept the Thai government Morphrom app to certify vaccination status. Absurd.
easy to get a ticket. just go to any of the travel operators that are everywhere. quickly boarded, and off we went. comfy enough and can get up and walk about to kill time. took about 2 hours but some lovely scenery along the way.
Pickup from hotel was 45 minutes late as we were the last hotel stop. Ferry left on time. Paid 200 baht extra to be on the top deck. Worth it to take photos & enjoy the sun.
I used morning Ferry for transfer from Ao Nang (Nopparat Thara Pier) to Koh Phi Phi on 1.11.19. Booked for myself & wife on website - myferry.asia for 400 THB per head, which included Hotel pick-up (Ao Nang) at around 8.20 am. Check-in was smooth and quick. Seats are available on first-cum first served basis. Upper deck seats were 3 by 3 with great views and decent AC. The ferry left Pier at around 9.40 and picked up some passengers mid-way to Phi Phi. It however reached Phi Phi after a 30 mins delay at around 12 noon. Overall found it very comfortable and professional.
We booked our ticket at our hotel front desk and found the entire process to be smooth and stress free. We were collected from our hotel promptly and driven to the pier where we had a short wait before boarding the ferry. On board it's clean with airplane type seats. It was a bit of a bun-fight to get good seats but once settled it was fine. During the trip we spent quite a bit of time outside taking photographs. It always makes me smile that public transport in Thailand on the water is as simple as catching a bus anywhere else.
Fine crossing but this boat is really old. Inside it stinks and the chairs are old and some broken. All the luggage is down the aisle. We sat outside on the point that made the trip even more fun. We were also picked up 45 minutes late. Well informed about it when I apped that the driver was not there yet but we had 2 apps to be ready at 0815 and we stood. If you are not picked up until 0900 because others were late, then you are upset. Our anyway from phi phi to phuket was better.
Ophalen in hotel Afzetten aan Pier Allemaal perfect geregeld Digitale tickets laten zien en boot op Geen luxe op boot maar wel extra groot dek buiten om overtocht te maken
The ferry is very good, departure on time, comfortable seats. Possibility of traveling upstairs for 200 baths more, with drink and snack included. The only downside is the air conditioning which is much too strong in the cabin!
Clean ferry, comfortable seats. You can also buy small snacks. Very nice staff, helped us load the bikes. It's cool that they take bikes anyway
Absolute Empfehlung 👍
I applied at a hotel in Ao Nang. It was 450B including hotel pick-up. On the day of the event, I was impatient when the pickup didn’t arrive after the time, but the hotel staff inquired and I waited about 30 minutes to get in the car. All the people in Ao Nang district are told at the same time, and they go through various hotels, so it would be nice to be a little off time, but for 30 minutes as expected... maybe there was something wrong. When you get to the wharf, your boarding pass will give you a sticker. The suitcase was heavy, so I thought I might get on and off, but my slender but strong brother carried it. The ground-floor cabins are full, partly because I was a bit late, and only the underground (or windowless, would you say?) cabins can sit. I paid 200B to make it a VIP on the second floor because it is a cruise. The leather seats will knock down the recliner considerably. It comes with two drinks and some sweets. You can also go to the roof (deck?) and the 200B is a great deal. Even though the ground floor seats are still available on the way back from Phi Phi, I made it a VIP. On the way back, they will take you to your hotel in Ao Nang district. The way was by truck, but on the way back it was a beautiful wagon. Well, I guess it's just a matter of luck which one comes along. There's a problem in that wagon... I can't find my wallet in my shorts pocket. I couldn't even find it in my bag. And around the seats of the wagon. There wasn't much cash in it, but two credit cards. It hurts too much. When I got on the ferry, I paid for the VIP, so I dropped it only after I got on the ferry. Ask the ferry company to call you as soon as you arrive at the hotel, I had the VIP floor searched. However, the call back was that I couldn't find it, so if you tell me where you were sitting, I would do a deep search. Giving up a bit, I went to my room and the front desk called. I heard they found it. The hotel provided a round trip car (like a big tuk-tuk we use as a shuttle) and we were able to pick it up safely. When I went to the pier, it had been more than an hour since the ferry arrived, but my two older brothers were waiting for me. I didn't expect a wallet to come out after I dropped it! I liked Thailand a little again.
