Good service - no complaints, the journey was smooth and everything pretty much self explanatory when boarding. Queued to get sticker for our ferry and then boarded .

This service is described as a stress free process to travel from AoNang to Koh Lanta. It started off with a pickup from our hotel to the pier. In theory this should have been super simple, 930am pick up for a 1030am ferry departure. Was told to message if the driver had not arrived by 930am. Guess what, no driver, messaged and told that the driver is probably another 20 minutes away because other passengers being picked up have been delayed. At no stage does it say this is a group transfer from your hotel to pier and I was pretty shocked considering how keen they were for me to message them if the driver was late that they hadn’t got in touch as soon as they knew there was a delay. If I’m honest, it felt like they didn’t care and that I shouldn’t be bothered that there was a delay! After the expected crazy of boarding the boat, the actual trip itself was very smooth, comfortable seats, decent air con and basic facilities. Of course it was crazy trying to leave the boat as you had to get your own luggage and it’s probably easy to imagine the lack of respect If you do decide to pre-book this ferry, my tips are: 1. Get your own transport to Nopparat Thara pier 2. Be aware there is a 10 THB entry fee per person to Koh Lanta, that’s ok, just have your money ready because when there are several hundred people trying to leave at once it’s a little manic. 3. Pre-book your transport to the hotel, there are as many taxi drivers trying to get a fare as there are passengers. We had pre-booked but it appeared to be a hectic experience to agree your transport I’d recommend the journey but would advise to get your own transport to the pier and buy your ferry ticket there.

I liked the ferry ride to Lanta Island. There was VIP zone for a few money and it consisted drinks and snacks and sundeck. Our transfer was a little bit late, but Viator answered to my question very fast and didn't worry anymore. I recommend this tour.

Great service from start to finish. We were picked up from our villa no hassle and taken to the boat - when boarding the boat I would deffo recommend the 200 THB PP for the (VIP) which gives you ability to go upstairs which is abit less crowded and better seats for us it was 100% worth it. Overall no problems and would use again.

Shuttle was extremely late and when another driver showed up, he seemed very annoyed with us (likely because he was sent after we kept messaging customer service who was great and responsive).

Well it gets you from A to B, but the only seating was downstairs. No ventilation. Smelly. Dirty seats. Mouldy life jackets. Thank goodness I didn't need the toilet. Can't imagine what that would of been like.

The transfer was very handy and got us to the terminal with plenty of time, straight onto ferry. Ferry was on time. Plenty of room for luggage.

Super easy! The car picking us up was half an hour late but communication with Travel & Tour was great, very quick and assured us we would make the ferry (which we did, with time to spare). Option to book transport whilst on the ferry to the hotel for around 100THB. Ferry is a little worn and grubby but we weren’t particularly fussed for a two hour trip.

The ferry left on time and the voyage was smooth. The price is affordable BUT the seats were very worn and the air conditioning nearly froze us.

Enjoyed the ferry for Ao Nang to Koh Lanta. Boat left and arrived on time. Air conditioned seating area with very comfortable old airplane seats with generous leg room. Staff helped us with luggage, nice deck area outside.

Pick up was a little late but they communicate well. Boat was nice and spacious. Upstairs is a little warmer than downstairs which has the AC blowing. We stopped at a bay to pick up more guests. Ride was comfortable. Disembarking is a bit of chaos. But once off, everything is right there. You have a dock fee once on island. Seems to be a thing in Thailand.

My ferry time was 10:30am and my pick up time from the hotel was 9:30. Pick turned up at 10:20 and ferry was an hour and a half late. Had to climb over 3 boats to reach the ferry. Then we had to swap boats in the middle of the ocean!

Trip date 4.1.24. Due to leave harbour at 10.30am finally departed at 11.45am. In mid ocean the boats engines failed and we had to transfer to another ferry mid ocean! Very uncomfortable journey arriving 2 hours late!

The pick-up service is not a taxi but a shared bus. A bit uncomfortable if you bring luggade etc. The ferry itself was ok, but the trip took at least one hour longer than expected. Maybe because we stopped to pick up more passagers? But there were no information what so ever, so we had no idea why we were so late or what time we would arrive.

Extremely smooth process. Pick up from my hotel was on time and I had ample help with my bag. On the boat there were options to book a taxi to get you to your hotel (at very reasonable rates) so that upon arrival you could easily get to your final destination in Koh Lanta. One of the smoothest journeys I’ve had on this trip!

Well organized check-in and exit. Comfortable journey. No drama. Well-maintained vessel. Plenty of room between rows.

Nice to see the beautiful scenery while travelling to another destination, and the service and organization make it easy and fun.

Easy to book, easy check in on Pier & fabulous journey to Kho Lanta Guys onboard pointed out islands for us, helped onboard with luggage etc,.

Taxi on time. Ferry clean ( ie no dirty diesel spitting out of chimney). Arrived on time. Bar nd food on board. Staff helpful

I love the ride, transitions and how easy it was to embark and disembark. Thank you and would recommend this to anyone wishing inexpensive and smooth ride from Krabo to Koh Lanta.

Wonderful service. On time pick up in a great vehicle and hassle free ferry ticket. It was great. We had a very different experience on the way back from Lanta to Krabi.

Beware ! ! ! The return is not included for the price and services. The boat was very dirty and poorly maintained. The entire staff keeps talking to each other and does not care about cleaning. No mineral water and even less food. The driver picks you up at 7.30am at the hotel, the boat leaves at 9.30 am, you will arrive at Koh Lanta at 13.30 pm, regardless of the state of the sea … Finally you must pay 3800 baths and return at 15.30pm or nio visit on site. The girl at the desk staff iun island is very bad and not nice. You arrive at the port back at 18pm, not enough driver or we arrived at the hotel at 10.30pm in the without eating or drinking. Company to avoid absolutely

Calm, unspectacular ride. Helpful staff when boarding and disembarking. Comfortable seats. Possibility to walk around. Much better and more interesting than with the speedboat connections.

Wurden vom Hotel abgeholt und zur Fähre gebracht. Alles super. Überfahrt ist sehr schön da es an den Felsen vorbeifahrt.

Très bien passé le voyage, juste la Clim un peu trop forte. Sinon départ à l’heure, personnel agréable et bon rapport qualité /prix

Abholung vom Hotel hat gut geklappt. An der Fähre war man mit dem ausgedruckten Ticket überfordert. Aber es gab trotzdem kein Problem. Der Ausdruck wurde zur Kenntnis genommen und einbehalten, wir konnten an Bord gehen. Das Gepäck der zahlreichen Passagiere wird beim Verlassen der Fähre ziemlich unorganisiert ausgegeben, bzw. muss man schon selbst zusehen, dass man sein Gepäck bekommt. Zum Glück verhalten sich die meisten Passagiere vorbildlich. Am Pier muss man gleich eine Einreise Gebühr bezahlen. Die Fahrt vom Pier mit dem Sammeltaxi bzw. TukTuk zum Hotel ist überteuert. Besser wäre es wahrscheinlich, sich einen Abholtransport im Vorhinein zu organisieren.

Bien pour rejoindre les îles autour de Krabi. Sièges pas très confortables et pas assez nombreux. Départ avec du retard

Wir haben die Überfahrten nach Koh Lanta mit Hoteltransfer gebucht. Wir würden pünktlich abgeholt und zum Pier gebracht, am Pier wartet englischsprachiges Personal und Teilt die Passagiere den jeweiligen Schiffen zu, je nach dem welche Insel man besucht.

Att ingen hjälpte till med väskan. Personal på båten stod bara och tittade på när alla kom. Bra båt i övrigt men slitna säten

Alles wunderbar und pünktlich geklappt, würde vom hotel abgeholt aber nimmt eine Jacke mit. Ich habe auf der Fähre so erbärmlich gefroren.....

Smooth transportation to Koh Lanta! Safe captain steered us through high seas. A bit of a shortage of indoor seating, which was really needed as the high waves hit the hull and created cascades, many became dung-sour. No danger on the roof though, it's hot in the air! There is no drink or food available for purchase on board. Good price!!

De ramen van de boot waren zo vies dat je er niet doorheen kon kijken. Vreemd vind ik dat. Het hoeft echt niet perfect, maar op deze manier is er niets leuks aan. Echt heel jammer!

Unbeschreiblich schöne Aussichten auf die Küste und die Inseln. Gute Organisstion und sehr pünktliche Ablegen.
