We had a wonderful private 4-island tour with this company and couldn’t recommend them more highly. Katchaphol was a fantastic host—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the day, making sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. The snorkeling was a real highlight. He guided us to some truly remarkable spots we would never have found on our own, and the marine life was incredible. It felt like a really personal, well-curated experience rather than a standard tour. Lunch was also included and was superb—fresh, delicious, and a perfect break in the middle of the day. All in all, a brilliant experience from start to finish. If you’re considering a private island tour, this is the one to book.

Itinerary
Meet the crew at the office in Saladan Pier.
After a ride of approximately 45 minutes you will arrive at the first destination. Enjoy great snorkeling in crystal clear water of Koh Chueak , a small karst islet with sea caves and small sandy beaches between Koh Mook and Koh Ngai.
Around an hour later visit Koh Mook, the largest island on this tour.
It is best known for its Emerald Cave (also called Tham Morakot) and hidden lagoon in the center of the island. The entrance to the cave is located on the western side of the island and is only accessible during low tide. The cave itself winds for about 80 meters to its other exit, onto a white beach with an emerald pool surrounded by steep cliffs.
Continue to Koh Ngai to enjoy a delicious Thai picnic lunch on the beach, consisting of steam rice, fried mix vegetables, Massaman Curry with chicken and seasonal fruits. Koh Ngai is a charming island that features a dramatic interior and a spotless sandy beach along its eastern coast. Mountainous and covered by tropical forest, the island is surrounded by clear waters with magnificent corals, making it a perfect site for snorkeling.
Cruise further to the second snorkeling spot at Koh Maa where you can feed the fish with bread or bananas. Thousands of giant bats can also be seen here. Depart from Koh Maa for the long-tail boat trip back to Koh Lanta and arrive at the port in the old town at approx. 15.30. Get transferred back to your hotel on Koh Lanta. If you like exploring tropical islands, caves and snorkeling with amazing marine life then this is the trip for you!
On this full-day excursion you’ll experience the beauty of the southern islands of Koh Lanta. Get picked up from your hotel 1 hour before scheduled departure and head to the pier near Lanta Old Town. A traditional longtail boat with an English speaking guide will be waiting for you, ready to depart to the 4 Islands on this fun-filled adventure.

We joined "Captain Jacks(parrow)" and his friendly crew for an amazing full day long-tail boat tour discovering 4 islands near Koh Lanta. The highlight was certainly discovering Emerald Cave and the amazing and immersive experience that it offers despite the crowds. The crew did absolutely everything they could to entertain our group throughout the tour and cooked an amazing lunch on the beach! This bunch of young lads were great ambassadors to their country - funny, respectful and helpful. Highly recommended to others in quest of a water adventure! Cheers
The beaches and snorkelling points were really cool. Saw plenty of fish. The white beaches and clear waters were surreal. The beach after swimming through the cave was amazing and the crew were really lovely.
I was meant to go with my husband but he got man flu that morning so went by myself.22 of us on the boat so not a lot of room on the Longtail.50 min ride out to the first snorkelling spot.I did see a Moray eel and a few fish but nothing exciting.Off to the next spot before lunch at Koh Ngai where a few of us got stung by jellyfish.Lunch was a simple affair of rice, chicken and vegies,Massaman curry and fried chicken.Cold but delicious and fresh fruit for afters.Back on the boat and off to Emerald Cave which was excellent and luckily it wasnt packed when we were there.Guide helped one of the group into the cave as she wasnt a confidnet swimmer. You have to swim 80m into a dark cave to get through to the open area inside.Lastly we stopped at another stunning beach and I bought myself a cocktail and just admired the view.Stunning stunning beaches and Im from Australia and we are very spoilt.Enjoyed the whole tour and our group was very eclectic and different so great. One of the better tours that we did whilst in Thailand this time.1100bht for the whole day each
Stunning adventure! Emerald Cave was magical, and the 4 Island Tour had perfect views and vibes. We have a friendly fun guide who ensured safety
Really nice trip. Cave wass beautiful like all the beaches. We were lucky with the weather, sun was shining and no wind at all.
This trip was exceptional. I was picked up at my hotel, no hassle to find a ride to a meeting place. The boat ride was exciting, the snorkeling just beautiful and the swimming through the cave and into the isolated beach among the cliffs, was nothing less than breathtaking. I am a solo traveler yet was part of a fun group of people. The tour guides worked hard to make sure we were all safe also. I recommend this trip.
We have just had the best day on our trip. Really grateful for calm waters as the weather has been perfect (would definitely recommend choosing your day carefully) The snorkelling was fun and we saw so many beautiful fish especially on our second stop! The Emerald cave is an experience like no other (probably wouldn't get past EU health and safety) but you have a life jacket, it's amazing and you feel a real sense of wow when you emerge from the dark swim to the inner island! Lunch was lovely, crew were great, overall just the the most amazing day!! Real range of ages in our trip - if you can swim and enjoy beauty, nature and a bit of adventure - go on this trip!! Yes there are quite a lot of boats around but it never felt crazy busy and our boat guide had our back all the time:)
Our Long tail tour included pickup at 0830, 30 min to pier, Koh's Chuek, Kraden, Muk(Emerald Cave) &Ngai. It was a 50 min ride in a very loud, diesel smelling, overcrowded boat(24 +3 crew) to the first snorkeling stop Chuek. Among many other boats and people. Lots of fish to see but the water was so churned up from the boats it was dirty and cloudy. Could have passed on that stop. Next stop, 20 minutes to Kraden. Snorkeling on a large reef that is sadly quite brown but water was much clearer and lots of fish, giant clams and urchins to see. Had a nice lunch on the beautiful beach there. The crew were very friendly and helpful. Next stop 25 min to Muk. A beautiful 80 metre swim( life jackets if needed) guided with light through a beautiful cave. The water appears green and so peaceful. Through the cave you emerge on a stunning beach surrounded all sides by cliffs and trees. This was the best part of the day!. Be sure to give the guide your camera to have once you reach the beach. We were lucky it was not crowded , only our group. Back on the boat and had engine trouble. Sat for almost an hour bobbing in the heat. Understand things happen but everyone was ready to head home, we were already over an hour behind schedule. Went 25 min on to Ngai for a quick stop and drink. Unfortunately our time there was cut short , it's a very pretty beach with turquoise water. Next 50 min back to the Pier at Koh Lanta and 25 min truck ride to hotel arriving back at 6:30 pm It was a super long day , in my opinion too much travel time to balance the experience. It ended up being a 10 hr day with only about 4 hrs of experience and not great snorkeling. I'd recommend hiring a speedboat, go to Koh Muk early then find a nice island (Ngai ?) for a couple of hours then home. I must say the crew was really good and it's pretty impressive he was able to fix the motor / starter without many tools on board.
This tour was very good, however we where a bit unlucky with the weather, as it was overcast and rainy. It didn't affect the tour though as the water was still fine, the beaches where great and lunch was al fresco on a lovely beach! Well worth recommending!
We been very excited to do this 4 island trip, but we had a bad experience with this company. From beginning nobody talk with us we didn’t know it who is our tour guide or if we even have one. From Ko Lanta to first island it took us more than one and half hour on completely rough and stormy sea, on which the boat swings so much from one to other side that we just waited when we end up in the water. And all people was just scared, crying and vomiting it was horrible experience! They take you out in any conditions even when is not safe! When we finally got in first island one guy came and just said here you have one hour for snorkelling.for me I will not recommend this tour and also my recommendation is always take western agency is will be such a more safety
Super nice excursion with great crew, remarkable places, delicious food (buffet on the beach, even with Green Curry and Massaman Chicken) and top organization behind! Exceptional service even after the tour (if things were forgotten on the boat). Thank you so much!
We had a nice day, 2x snorkeling and visit Emerald Cave. Was less touristy than we feared, but is also low season. Food and drinks were well arranged. Have a nice day and value for money.
Excellente excursion avec un équipage au top et d une grande gentillesse Merci encore au guide qui a aidé ma Fille a traversé la caverne 👍👍👍
Well organised, nice guide, tasty food and lots of fruit in between. Just a shame about little to no colored coral and fish anymore. And snorkeling for a maximum of one hour during the entire day. Fortunately, we had already been to the cave in the morning, so the crowds were not too bad, although the beach was still completely full. Entering the boat via the steps certainly requires some strength, but it is doable.
A very nice day trip, you would be picked up from the hotel and brought back in the evening. At the Emerald Cave a bit of tourist traffic jam. The picnic on the beach was great. Snorkeling has shown us what the underwater world looks like. It's already 5 past 12
The following 4 islands were planned: Koh Chuak, Koh Mook, Koh Ngui, Koh Maa. The start of the boat trip was instead of 09:00 only around 09:30 09:45. To the lontail boat: on the descent it rained and the people sitting in front got wet due to the full boat. Koh Chuak: lots of snorkelers, few fish, dead coral reefs and therefore no play of colors in the water Koh Mook: Ermerald Cave: again a lot of tourists. Cave and the bay inside were very nice. As we were swimming out, a storm had come. High waves made swimming out of the cave dangerous. Despite the life jacket, bad swimmers had no chance against the waves. The guide didn't care. I helped a young girl who was very scared and hardly dared to swim out of the cave. Koh Ngui: the promised lunch was taken at the jetty under roof as it rained heavily. The food was brought in boxes, was cold and all participants would have believed that you would go to the restaurant. But it was purely a food brought with it and had hardly any flair. One hour you had with food on the jetty time which was too long in heavy cold rain. Koh Moo: was planned as snorkeling. But we had cancelled tourists as it was too dangerous with the swell and weather conditions. Of course, there was no substitute program. About the crew: very impersonal, little to no announcements or explanations about islands Conclusion: Boat tour with great impressions to the islands. Emerald Cave not recommended in stormy weather due to the danger potential. Pure mass tourism
We enjoyed these typical boat trips and enjoyed very nice views and beautiful launches
