4 Island Tour By Traditional Big Longtail Boat From Krabi

Our experience wasn't great. It felt like they cared mostly about their money than the customer having a great experience. For instance, it was raining so we couldn't enjoy the beaches. Lunch was provided very late, around 2 pm and it wasn't good either.

A lovely day out, with about the same time spent on the boat as on islands. We got to sit on the beaches, swim, and snorkel the coral reef. (Reef isn’t that good, but we saw parrotfish, wrasse, moorish idols.) Be prepared to get wet above the knee getting on and off the boat, and don’t sit in the front few rows if you want to stay dry. Crew were lovely, and informative, and we got the vegetarian lunch option that we had pre-booked, so it all went smoothly.

The worst tour of my life. It's the 3rd time I travel to Thailand. Never had any issues with tour always so kind and organized. This is a total scam. The price is not high so we wouldn't expect that much, but we have been treated like soldiers not tourist on holiday. The 1st part was okay just short time to the 1st stop. The problems started at the lunch stop. A total scam, horrible experience. They clearly said 60 min + 60 min Poda island. We got 35 minutes on the island. Can you believe it? While other people per having buffet we got lunch box (ok), as soon as you finished you have to go. From 12:35pm to 13:10pm. Literally took 2 pictures and go, no time to explore the island, no time to take pictures not even to swim in the water on an island!!! Last stop another scam, they said phra nang beach and railay, they leave you at the port and give you 30min. But you need 10 to go and come back from the beach 😂. And they said, you can come back by yourself this boat leave at 14.20pm... Please stay away, don't trust this guys, waiting money, which is okay you are on holiday but waiting people time on holiday it's the worst thing you can do. You should close your tour agency, you just scammers with no respect for people. Feel very sorry because Thai people are good people, always welcoming and with the best tour experiences. Not this ones. Stay away

Quite nice trip. Pick up and delivery back to our villa. Was four stops, not four islands. Boat crew were good, lunch was good. Snorkeling spot was average - a lot of dead coral, but plenty of small fish. Would recommend as a budget friendly trip.

I booked the sunset dinner tour and requested a special diet of fish as we don’t eat halal meat The rep of this company sent me confirmation the day before but when got there the food was halal meat and we told them what we requested the staff member Daniel of sunset tours was very rude to us It’s a bad company to book with Definitely not recommended

Our 13 year old son loved the trip (seeing monkeys at Railay, snorkelling, and swimming off the sand bar); however, having done the same trip some years ago, we were disappointed by the early pick up with then having a long wait (an hour) at Ao Nang pier, and the amount of rubbish floating at the busy snorkelling site. (We subsequently hired a long tail boat local to our resort and went to a different fabulous area for .snorkelling). The lunch was pleasant and there was enough time at each stop without feeling rushed.

To follow up on your satisfaction email, we would like to inform you that the day “visit to 4 islands by large traditional boat with long queue from Krabi” went poorly. Indeed, the excursion was carried out despite the catastrophic weather conditions. We were unsafe and the crew shared with us their concerns about how dangerous it was. We also paid extra to visit national parks that we didn't see. We would like a full refund for the excursion. Sincerely

BEST PART of our entire trip! It was wonderful to see so many islands. my favorite part was the snorkeling- they even provided the snorkeling gear! Can not recommend this enough. Gorgeous views, gorgeous weather, gorgeous everything :)

This trip was very well organized and informative. The guide was excellent, spoke 3 languages to accommodate all guests. The islands and snorkeling were nice and the boat was safe.

This is an excellent and must-do tour in Krabi. My only gripe is that it took a while for the boat to actually depart - we were ready in our hotel lobby for 8:30am, and after a 10 minute transfer to the pier, we didn't leave until after 10. However, you could make toast and get a coffee while waiting. The tour itself is amazing. We had plenty of time to explore each location and were given fruit, water and lunch to keep us going. The views are scenic and there are plenty of fish to see when swimming/snorkelling, as well as coral when snorkelling. Overall, this was an excellent tour and I would recommend anyone to do it if in Krabi.

A very enjoyable day out. A few issue's with safety, the boat was safe enough however getting on and off was quite hazardous, one person actually fell from the top of the boat straight into the sea albeit the boat was close to the shore - no one moved - the crew just stood and watched. The side ladders are not the best also the boat landing area became very wet and very slippery. The crew were good but little English spoken. Snorkelling - waste of time- very few fish to be seen. Lunch was ok - don't be hungry.

The crew was fantastic but wonen you are older its hard to hop on hop of the boat. The transfer back was terrible. Young People don,t care but we didnot like it

It was a good tour, we did find we were quite rushed on every island which was a shame. One island we had to walk a little way to get to so then we had about 10 minutes on the beach before needing to head back. Overall; it was well organized and a good level of informative but we wished we had slightly longer to take in the sights.

Pick up was late (9.10) Tour advertised as boat trip between 9am - 3pm. Boat didn't leave until after 10am. Tour guide was lovely and full of energy, but the boat stops were a bit rushed except the last one for lunch just after 2pm. Food was Thai and delicious. Getting people back onto buses for return to hotels was totally disorganised until tour guide sorted things out. Rating given for tour guide and locations themselves.

Great tour! Highly recommend. My only suggestion would be to spend more time at each place. Seemed a little rushed.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Our guide, Abi was brilliant. No hanging around beforehand and dropped off back at hotel afterwards. I saw four islands and the time at them all was perfect. Thank you!

Such a fun day island hopping! Pick up and drop off were easy at the hotel. Plenty of time to explore some of the beautiful beaches and islands. Great deal for the price!

The views on this trip are gorgeous the guides were amazing we got caught in a storm at poda Island and the tide went out and grounded the boats it was very hard for then to pick us up so we had to wade out to the boats over the Rocks which was very trying to say the least but honestly the guys who took us on the trip were truly fantastic helping us and assisting everyone out to the boats. It all added to the amazing experience

Unfortunately the pick up was late. I had to contact them to find out where the driver was. They turned up 45 minutes past the planned time. The driver of the pick up had our information wrong and was frustrated on the phone with the organiser. Start time stated 9am and 6.5 hours. We didn’t board until 10am and returned 5.5 hours later. Everything and stop was rushed. Not to mention the long boat broke down between 2 islands and we were there just floating on the boat in the sea and had to wait until another boat towed us to shore. The guide was fun, knowledgeable and spoke very good English. The lunch was tasty and fruit and water was provided.

The trip was as expected. The morning pickup was nearly an hour late. Once at the marine there are many tours leaving at the same time but the company is organized and efficient. I was most excited for Railay Beach but unfortunately we only spent about 30 mins there. The tour guides were excellent and the views were amazing. We arrived back at the marina by 3:30 and the transportation back to the hotel was a little disorganized. Great tour for the price :)

Went on a private boat trip and we have enjoyed the entire trip . We used long tail boat and as it was private we could spend our time leisurely .

Lots of fun. Wish we could have stayed at each place longer. Beware, the ladders for entering/exiting the boats are difficult and slippery. Great time!!

The beauty of the place. The niceness of our tour guide who stayed with us the whole way and was very personable. The great food before we went and the great lunch. The pineapple and watermelon towards the end. The enjoyment of the snorkeling and freedom of taking off the life vests if we so wanted. We loved the whole trip

This was a very unenjoyable experience as a solo traveler. Only families with screaming babies, the boat was cramped and over packed, it stank of petrol. Lunch was average. Guide was not funny but was trying to be, it was really awkward. Would never do again or recommend to a friend

The best snorkelling experience at Chicken Island. I saw so many corals and beautiful multi coloured fishes. Unfortunately couldn't snorkel for long as it was raining and it was the last island to visit on the trip. Beautiful beaches at Poda island.

Great staff that made sure everyone was happy and taken care of. Especially ten (tour guide) and run (apprentice) were very nice and fun to talk to We did great things, saw amazing fish together when snorkeling together with ten and the food was good too. Picknick on the beach is recommended. It was a good experience and I would definitely recommend this tour:)

The tour guides were really nice and gave good info! Perfect amount of time at each stop. The lunch was good, and it was overall worth it!

I had Kong as a guide, who was wonderful: full of humour, knowledgeable and engaging. The tour itself was very well structured and paced - the snorkelling at Chicken Island was a highlight. Beautiful scenery and highly recommended service.

Never wrote a bad review but this one is beyond bad. Took 2 hours from the pickup time until we started the trip (huge delay). The boat was packed to the MAX with people. Guide speaks indecipherable English and shout throughout the entire trip. We asked for a vegetarian launch and they forget so we had nothing to eat. Very bad experience overall. Do yourself a favor and book a private tour.

Communication before tour was responsive and tour pick up was on time - but unfortunately the weather conditions on the day of the tour were very poor, with thunderstorms and heavy rain leading up to and during the tour time making it impossible for us to take the ferry to meet the tour pick up. Since this tour is comprised of basically entirely outdoor activities, good weather was obviously necessary for a good time, and the tour description even says tour requires good weather to operate. Even though we communicated with the tour the morning of, well before the pickup time, to let them know we were unable to make it to the pickup due to the weather, they insisted on going forward with the tour and refused to cancel it or issue a refund since we were stranded and unable to go on the tour even if the weather magically cleared up during the day, which it did not.

We had a great time. The tour was well organized and pickup was on time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beaches were great and so was the weather. A great day!!

At 8:30 we were picked from our hotel at Ao Nang. At 10:30 we finaly boarded a long boat with 60 more people. At 11:00 we were back near Ao Nang (Railay beach where we go every day). We walked 40 minutes (20 minutes in direction) to the actual beach. At 12:30 finally started our "full day" trip to the... couple of the 4 islands. We passed near more, so probably we were even on a 10-12 island trip. If I haven't been on the same trip from another company, I would have had really wrong impression. I will be more careful to avoid trips from the same company. On the bright side, the staff was nice.

We really enjoyed the day as a whole and saw some unbelievable scenery. The crew and tour guide were great and the lunch better than expected. But the boat was over crowd. Although enough space it was packed to the limit. 36 people on the boat when 25 or so would have made the journey far more comfortable. Also not enough time on each island. Felt rushed to appreciate the beauty of each island. Having said this we did enjoy the experience and had a good day, just could have been better.

I participated alone, but I enjoyed talking with the staff and taking pictures. It was nice to be able to snorkel for the first time. Thank you!

I could not find fault in any part of the four island tour. Pickup at our hotel was on time. We arrived early at the pier, so there was a little delay in departing but it was expected. The tour guide, Coke, was exceptional. For only learning English from YouTube, he ended up being more literate than many native English speakers I’ve come across. Each of the 4 islands had a little different appeal. The snorkeling was lots of fun. Lunch was provided for at the last island, so have a snack with you if you normally eat lunch earlier in the day. The distance travelled between each island didn’t seem too long, but we were having fun with the guides on the bow of the boat. A word of caution— if you have difficulty climbing up or down ladders, recommend the speed boat tour. The long tail requires you to be a bit agile when getting into or out of the boat depending on the tide.

For the first 3 islands you only stay 30 minutes. Poda Island is an hour and a half. Snorkeling is over a dead coral reef so nothing to really see. Crew is nice and helpful.

Beautiful islands visited and the longboat was nice. We did not visit Railay beach or any caves on this trip however which the Itinerary/ "what to expect" indicated we would.
