The Elements Krabi Resort

Amazing stay at Elements. Staff were all very friendly and hospitable, going above and beyond for us. Hotel was very clean, well maintained and quiet while we were staying off peak in October and we were upgraded to pool access room for free. Great breakfast and room service (no buffet currently due to how quiet it is) but encouraged to order whatever we wanted, made fresh-to-order. The kitchen also packed us takeaway breakfast 2 days in a row as we went kayaking and island hopping early. No pool bar either, unsure if due to quiet season or ongoing year round. Location a bit of the way which has its pros and cons. Great spot for relaxing by pool and eating amazing food away from very touristy area but Ao nang not far away if you’re into that. Free bike hire from hotel to head to Khlong Muang beach for dinner and you can also rent scooters for a small fee from hotel lobby. Complimentary shuttle bus from hotel to Ao Nang every night if you want to visit night market. 7-11, lovely beach front restaurants and massage 2 minutes walk down the road. On the first night we walked the stretch from main beach in the dark with pram, which was a bit dangerous as road was wet with no footpath for much of the way, so did not do that again. Only issue with hotel itself was we found bed very very firm - however we didn’t not complain to staff so unsure if accommodations could be made to remedy this. Beaches in the area are quite dirty with a lot of litter, so we did not swim there but hotel pool was beautiful and only a short trip to islands on boat which were amazing and much cleaner. We were also given complimentary late check out due to it being off season, which usually incurs a fee. Thank you Elements! 🙏

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Even though The Element is officially a four-star resort, it truly deserves five stars in every possible way. This is an incredibly beautiful and unique place, set in a stunning location with its own private beach, making it the perfect destination to relax and unwind. What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to every guest. The service feels very personal, and every detail is taken care of with great care, making you feel truly valued throughout your stay. I spent one unforgettable week here. I had an amazing time, enjoyed every moment, and at the same time managed to completely recharge and relax. The resort also offers scooter and car rentals, making it easy to explore the beautiful Krabi region, which is full of breathtaking scenery and unforgettable experiences. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at The Element for making my stay so special. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable vacation in Thailand. I will definitely be back!

Great hotel with amazing staff. Rooms and facility were clean and comfortable. The pool is wonderful and we'll maintained. The area is just a bit out of town with nice beaches within 10 minutes. The beach out front is not great but there are many other options close by. The staff arranged an island tour for us that was amazing. They were very helpful in assisting with travel and destination advice. We rented a scooter at the hotel for a day and went into Ao Nang. They also run a shuttle into Ao Nang night market which was worth going to. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, we had a wonderful time, we highly recommend The Elements.

We stayed at The Elements Krabi Resort during New Year’s Eve, and it was truly worth it. While the hotel is located a bit far from the popular market area of **Ao Nang**, it’s perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful and beautiful resort-style stay away from the crowd. The New Year celebration was great fun — they had crackers and created a festive atmosphere that made the evening memorable. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with large balconies overlooking the pool, which adds to the relaxing vibe. The restaurant is very good, especially for breakfast. There were plenty of options along with live counters for omelettes, sausages, and more — definitely satisfying. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. From the front desk to the restaurant team, everyone was attentive and always at your service with a smile. They also offer nice added facilities like bicycles, steam and sauna rooms, along with a basic gym. The beach is just across the road — it’s quite small, though well maintained. We personally didn’t prefer using it much. They do provide shuttle services to places like Ao Nang, which is convenient given the location. Overall, a beautiful property for a relaxing getaway with excellent service and spacious rooms.
