Terrible stay at this hotel. Rooms average, shower poor, no safe in room and air conditioning bad. Shower leaked through the night. Fixings poor, no usb charge points. Swimming pool not clean and smells, and breakfast sub standard. I would give 1 star as staff are friendly but not prepared to correct the errors in their service. Over priced and not recommended

I experienced serious issues during my stay, including extreme humidity, a strong mold smell in multiple rooms, and poor ventilation (filters clogged with dust). I had to change rooms multiple times, but the problem persisted. The hotel’s response was not acceptable, and I was even told I should pay more to avoid mold. This is not in line with a 4-star standard. Furthermore, the hotel has not responded to my emails regarding the mold issue. In addition, the breakfast was of very poor quality. The coffee served (including between 1 pm and 3 pm) both looked and tasted like dirty water. The rooms were not properly cleaned, with visible signs of poor housekeeping. Overall, the hotel appears poorly maintained, with a low standard of cleanliness and upkeep. Due to these conditions, I am requesting a partial refund for my stay, as the property did not meet expected standards. They dident answer e-mails.
I recently stayed at this hotel in Thailand, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The hospitality was extremely disappointing — there was no staff available most of the time, which made the entire stay feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. there was no one to pick our luggage we ourselves had to carry our luggage to our rooms Housekeeping services were also missing, which is something you absolutely expect when booking a hotel. The lack of management and proper service made the stay frustrating and not worth the money at all. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location near Ao Nang Beach, which is convenient. However, good location alone cannot make up for such poor service and lack of basic hospitality. I would give this hotel a 1-star rating which is also not required i guess... I would never recommend it to anyone. There are far better options available in the area that value their guests and provide proper service.
I believe even a 1-star rating is generous for this hotel. The only positive aspect is its location—it’s within walking distance of Ao Nang Beach and the night market. Apart from that, the experience was quite disappointing. There is no room service, and the hotel appears to be understaffed. Guests are expected to carry their own luggage, and there is no proper welcome or hospitality—just a basic check-in process with nothing more. The reception has only two staff members, and communication can be difficult as they do not understand English well. The rooms are old and just average at best. We were given separate beds, and the bathroom is very small with waterlogging issues, which made it inconvenient to use. There are no real facilities to justify calling this a “resort.” Other than a swimming pool, there is absolutely nothing else offered. Considering the price charged, it’s not worth it at all. I would strongly recommend not booking this property—there are much better hotel options available in the same price range nearby.
The location of the hotel is good, and that’s probably the main positive thing about it. Unfortunately the room we got was very disappointing. The view was basically just a wall right outside the window, which made the room feel dark and unpleasant. The service was also not great. The staff often seemed annoyed, and when we asked for help it felt like we were bothering them. It didn’t feel very welcoming. Because of this experience I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
