Jenny was lovely, she is such a great face for the business and was so helpful and receptive to all our requests. She checked us in with a smile and our room was very nice. The energy is very good here and the breakfast was delicious! Free coffee and lite bites all the time, and nice toiletries as well. Very comfy bed and atmosphere.

I had a really pleasant experience at Amassing Hotel Pineapple. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they kindly showed me different room layouts, which was very helpful when choosing the right one.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well presented. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touch of being given two bottles of fresh water upon arrival.
Overall, a very welcoming place with lovely staff and great attention to detail. I would definitely recommend it! 🍍✨
Stayed here after a muay thai fight just before I had to get my flight and it was perfect. The room was huge, easy access, quiet and friendly staff. In the morning I was allowed to store my luggage for no extra charge and was given free tea and coffee and allowed to relax by the pool until my flight. Excellent service, great value, highly recommend.
So much potential but unfortunately no money is invested in up keep. The rooms are fine, pool is fine however everytime we went to swim no towels were available. Location is horrible and hallways are dark and creepy with minimal lighting and dirty floors.
