We had a wonderful experience at this resort! A special thanks to Lufy and Afan at the reception, who were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our entire stay. We had a wonderful stay at the Princess Hotel. Staff was very friendly, pools were nice and the location of the hotel next to the pier is so convenient. Beds were good. We had quite some mosquitos in the room however and were bitten even after the staff had handed out electric devices. The problem is that the windows in the bathroom cannot be closed and don't have a mosquito net. It therefore requires a structural fix. Also the terrace windows have no mosquito nets, but those doors can be closed.
We chose this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was truly a memorable experience from beginning to end. The moment we arrived at the airport, we were already impressed by the excellent service. The hotel arranged airport pickup, and the transfer by boat to the resort was smooth and enjoyable.
Every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Their hospitality made our special occasion even more meaningful.
The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, allowing us to relax completely. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to start the day.

Railay Princess Resort and Spa had its highs and lows, but overall felt a bit mixed for the price.
We got a room with a really beautiful view of the mountains and garden, which was easily the highlight of the stay. Waking up to that view made a big difference.
The room itself, though, had some frustrating details. The bathroom sink is honestly one of the strangest designs I’ve seen. It’s very small, has no edges to place anything on, and every time you wash your hands, water ends up spilling onto the floor. On top of that, the tap felt partly broken, which didn’t help. The bed was also quite hard, and for the price, I expected a bit more comfort and overall quality.
On the positive side, they bring daily snacks, soft drinks, and water to the room, which is a nice touch. Breakfast is included and has a good variety with different options each day, but the quality is fairly average, more about filling you up than anything memorable.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout the stay, which definitely improved the experience. The location is decent, but if you’re arriving from Ao Nang by boat, be prepared for a bit of a walk since there’s no shuttle service for luggage.
Not a bad stay, but there are a few details that hold it back from feeling truly worth the price.
