Hello, everyone!!! I have a wonderful chance to go back to “Play Poshtel & Cafe “ again. I’m really quite impressed about the room “Executive Suite “. Why..?? It’s very clean, spacious & modern with a living room, a dining table & chairs. So…, no doubt about it, I can work & relax happily here. What such a nice place to stay!!! Thanks very much. We have stayed at this hotel surely 20 times or more over the past 3 years. We chose this hotel because of its quality and standard. Unfortunately it seems quality/standard has been decreasing during the past two years. Before the room was equipped with two bed pillows/person, and sufficient number of coffee cups. Today when we checked in (4 people in room with two king size beds), only one pillow per person was supplied, and one coffee cup. In addition only towels for two people.We hope you will get back to the ”original” higher level of standard, since we still really like this hotel.
We had such a nice stay here while in Krabi. From the rooms to the staff to the food, everything was perfect. We enjoyed a spacious, spotless room and dined downstairs at the cafe multiple times (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). All meals were tasty! The staff were also very kind and helpful whenever we had questions. Highly recommend Play Poshtel if you’re staying in Krabi!
I stayed in the 8 bed mixed dorm and it was so clean and cozy. Front desk staff is kind and attentive to anything you need. Comfortable beds, good privacy, personal TV, very clean showers and bathrooms. Location is a bit outside of main town but only a 5 minute drive. So worth it.
This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The free shuttle service to town was a big plus, and the location is super convenient—you can easily find breakfast spots, convenience stores, salons, and even a coin laundry just along the street within 400 meters. The room itself was comfortable and thoughtfully set up. The big bed was perfect for relaxing, and the large TV with Netflix made evenings extra enjoyable. The bathroom was spotless, which I really appreciated. Every morning, I woke up to a stunning sunrise view from the room—honestly one of the best parts of the stay. Room service deserves a special mention: delicious Western food at affordable prices, great for days when you just want to stay in. The double-deck bed was surprisingly solid and safe, with wide stairs and a sturdy wooden frame. There’s also a microwave on the ground floor, which made simple cooking and reheating food very easy. Overall, this hotel offers comfort, convenience, and a few lovely little surprises that made my stay memorable.
