We had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Krabi. The property is truly beautiful, private, and peaceful, with an incredible setting and attention to detail throughout. What made our stay especially memorable was the exceptional service from the team. A special thank you to Sabaitip, our wonderful butler, who took great care of us throughout our stay. We would also like to thank Blute and Jaja for their attentive service, Chef Bew for the excellent food, Ice for being so helpful and attentive, Bell for his warm and professional hospitality, Varian for the great drinks, and Nanne, our lovely buggy driver. Every member of the team we interacted with was genuinely kind, professional, and attentive without ever being intrusive. This level of personalized hospitality is what made the experience stand out. Our first stay at The Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Krabi was nothing short of exceptional. Although we’ve stayed at many Ritz-Carlton properties around the world, this was truly one of the most memorable experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful, luxurious, and incredibly relaxing. The resort itself is breathtaking, with stunning surroundings, impeccable service, and an atmosphere that allows you to completely unwind. A very special thank you goes to our butler, Na, who made our stay truly magnificent. She paid attention to every little detail and consistently went above and beyond to make us feel special. Before our road trip to Phuket, she thoughtfully prepared a selection of snacks for us, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture. She also surprised us with a delicious chocolate cake to celebrate our anniversary, making the occasion even more memorable. It’s the genuine care, attention to detail, and personalized hospitality that set this resort apart. Every member of the team made us feel warmly welcomed and valued. This was our first visit, but it certainly won’t be our last. We can’t wait to return and experience this incredible place again. An absolutely unforgettable experience! This is by far one of the best five-star resorts I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with outstanding hospitality. The warm reception and the personal butler, who was always available to help with anything we needed, made us feel truly special. The resort is breathtaking—beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and impeccably maintained. The villas are well separated from each other, offering complete privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. The beds are huge and exceptionally comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options and stunning views overlooking the sea. The pool is large and beautiful, and the room was cleaned twice a day, which was a lovely touch. Getting around the resort was effortless thanks to the buggy service—every time we called, it arrived within less than a minute. If you’re looking for a place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of Thailand and enjoy true luxury, peace, and exceptional service, I couldn’t recommend this resort more.
