Outrigger Phi Phi Island Resort

The Outrigger Resort in Phi phi Island Thailand was a pleasant surprise! We were here for a few days and we thoroughly enjoyed all 4 days! Very relaxing, service was excellent and the best of all was the Spa team lead by Khun Am and her assistant Khun Tum, the therapists Khun Teddy and Khun Wan were a fantastic team! They definitely made our stay super special and relaxing! One of the best massages we’ve had so far. Thank you ladies. 🙏 It doesn’t do justice by not mentioning the restaurant crew who had been excellent in every way. Very attentive, respectful, warm and always serving with a smile! Over all our experience has been fantastic and unforgettable! I’d like to mention Kim the front desk coordinator who made our stay super comfortable! Thank you for making all the arrangements for our excursions and transport! You are a gem. Forever Grateful, MariaH🙏❤️🙏

Look in general where ever you stay in Thailand people it's self makes amazing experience. I always come to Thailand because of people. I cant tell you about the rooms because I havent stayed here but I can tell you their buffer breakfast, amazing lunch, dinner is just another level and attention to detail from staff is exceptional. I always believe if I come to have coffee I don't come because I want to have a coffee. I have it because I want to visit your place and your house. In Thailand u always feel warm and welcome with the smile. I wish Europe can reflect especially when u lay 5 Euros for a cofee and some establishment cant even look at you especially give u smile. So thailand regardless where u stay u always feel welcome.

Me and my boyfriend got back from the Outrigger Phi Phi a week ago and it’s safe to say it was our best trip yet. Once arriving at phi phi we got a long tail boat to the area the outrigger is on. It’s super exclusive. We were greeted straight away on the beach and had our cases taken into the hotel. Every single member of staff at that resort really cares about doing a great job and they are all so friendly. Even with a soft opening, it felt like we had everything we needed. Our room was amazing. We had cleaners and turn down service offered every day, as well as a pool cleaner every morning. Everyday we were brought a new gift to our room and stocked up on everything we needed. The rooms have a super fancy coffee ma chine, Dyson hairdryer, speaker system, amazing bed and bathroom as well as an outdoor shower if you have a pool room. The resort has limited rooms so it didn’t once feel busy, with the staff all remembering who we are, the day we are leaving and also checking in on us everyday. They have an app service where you can also ask questions whenever and they respond asap, with reception also being available. There are plenty of pool beds by the pool as well as on the beach. The water is so clear and they offer free paddle boarding and kayaking which was amazing. We were treated with amazing care and service this holiday and I couldn’t recommend this resort enough. I can’t wait to go back again. Unfortunately I can’t remember all staff names, all were amazing, but special shoutout to Kim, who checked in on us daily and was super kind and helpful whenever we needed it. Punch worked in the restaurant and she was always so nice and helpful, as well as all the other staff members. It’s safe to say not only was the resort amazing but the staff there really made this an amazing trip. The spa was also incredible so really recommend that! Thank you so much Outrigger! - Holly and Jack :)

My 5-night stay at OUTRIGGER Phi Phi Island Resort was honestly one of the most unexpectedly special resort experiences I’ve had in Thailand. Before arriving, I had stayed at several other 5-star luxury properties throughout Thailand and had never experienced an Outrigger resort before, especially one that had recently gone through such a major renovation and rebrand. From the moment I arrived by speedboat, the hospitality stood out immediately. Multiple staff members greeted me warmly, helped with my luggage, and made the arrival feel seamless and welcoming. The property itself is beautiful. The landscaping, white sand walkways, and overall atmosphere create a calm luxury feel without feeling overly commercialized. But the biggest surprise was the villa interior. The design felt modern tropical minimalist with warm wood finishes, soft lighting, vaulted ceilings, and a peaceful indoor-outdoor layout. The villa was spacious, spotless, and incredibly relaxing. I honestly caught myself thinking several times, “I wish this was my home in Portugal.” What truly makes this place special though is the people. Everyone — from landscaping staff to housekeeping to restaurant staff — greeted me warmly every day and genuinely made me feel taken care of. The food was exceptional. I’ve eaten at Michelin-star restaurants before and honestly preferred many of the meals here. Some favorites were the beef tenderloin, tiger prawns, green curry, fresh seafood, and the incredible breakfast every morning. The restaurant’s modern tropical design, open kitchen, and fresh seafood displays made the experience even better. The spa was another highlight. Tum welcomed me with such kindness and made the entire experience relaxing from the start. Varn gave one of the most calming massages I’ve had, and Teddy was equally wonderful during my second treatment. I also spent several days scuba diving, and Rhys was incredibly helpful getting everything organized and always took time to stop by and say hello throughout my stay. The app, concierge communication, and overall service were excellent throughout the entire trip. Luxury is easy to build. Creating warmth, peace, and genuine hospitality is much harder — and this resort achieved both. Thank you to everyone at Outrigger Phi Phi for making these 5 nights so memorable. I will absolutely be returning.
