I stayed at Hula Hula Resort, Krabi with my family. The resort has a good atmosphere and a convenient location. The rooms were decent, and our room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, unfortunately, our overall experience was not very good, mainly because of the staff, service, and breakfast arrangements. The reception staff had very limited English communication skills, which made it quite difficult for us to communicate and get even basic assistance. More importantly, the attitude of some of the reception staff and management felt quite rigid, unprofessional, and at times rude. Another major disappointment was the breakfast. We had booked our stay including breakfast, but there were very limited options for Indian guests, especially for vegetarian food. The vegetarian choices were extremely limited, and even the tea was very poor and honestly not drinkable. For a family travelling from India, having at least a few decent vegetarian and Indian-friendly breakfast options would make a big difference. As guests, we expect hotel staff to be polite, cooperative, and willing to help, especially when there is a language barrier. Unfortunately, we did not feel that level of hospitality during our stay. The property itself is nice, the atmosphere is pleasant, the location is good, and the rooms are satisfactory. However, the staff behaviour, communication, professionalism, and poor breakfast options significantly affected our overall experience. I hope the management takes this feedback positively and works on improving staff training, communication skills, guest handling, and especially the breakfast options for international and vegetarian guests. The resort has good potential, but these areas definitely need improvement.

Pros : Rooms are extremely spacious. Every room has a seperate bed and literally 3 tables. That's enough to manage your baggage as well. The location is very good. Close to the commercial area 7 eleven is around 600mts away. Lift available Easy to get grab cabs. Cons: A little mismanaged. For eg: during breakfast, things got over and none of the staff had an idea on whom to contact and how to get the things done fast. Many rooms overlook the Swimming Pool. It's a bit weird to swim when people sit on the balcony and look at you constantly. Smoking area is outside the reception area. Definitely not a cons but good to know since people may use the balcony thinking it's a smoking zone.
The design of the resort is beautiful and has a wonderful, relaxed vibe. Our room was massive, very clean, and even came with a great spa bath. The staff (especially the front desk team) were extremely helpful with everything we needed. Enjoyed having cocktails by the pool bar and ordering room service. It’s a short distance from the main beach area, which makes it peaceful at night. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Krabi!
The stay was amazing. We had our own private little villa with a pool and 2 rooms separated by 2 floors each with their own nice bathrooms. Cleaning service was always on top of it so I had fresh new towels when needed. The breakfast had a vast array of food suitable for whoever. I had toast and fried eggs which was a perfect meal for the morning, but I also recommend walking down towards the beach where you’ll find great breakfast options. There’s also other services like rides wherever and what not!
DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL‼️⛔️ They kept our money and refused to refund us. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and I have never experienced anything as bad as this. This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The rooms are extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like what they advertise. This place claims to be a 4-star hotel, but it doesn’t even deserve 1. This hotel does NOT deliver what it promises and will keep your money with no real possibility of getting it back. When I asked for a refund and wanted to leave, they just moved us to a so-called “better” room. It was only slightly better, which says a lot about how terrible the first one was. If that was their best, I can’t imagine how bad the rest must be. We had to ask for clean sheets. The curtains were filthy. The room smelled awful. There was nowhere to place soap in the shower. The sink was disgusting. The only positive thing is that most of the staff were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, this does not make up for everything else. The manager made everything far worse. She kept delaying our departure again and again and refused to return our money, even though we did not receive what we had booked. After finally reaching an agreement, she broke it, claiming that we were not allowed to publish our catastrophic experience — something that was NEVER stated in the document we signed. This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Stressful, frustrating, and completely unacceptable from start to finish. If you want a peaceful, stress-free vacation, DO NOT book this hotel under any circumstances. You risk losing your money and ruining your trip.
