Rooms were a little small with washroom being part of the room. It was a little awkward to go when you knew your partner could hear and / or see you. Otherwise the overall experience was great. We had a pool right in front of our room with easy access. Halal food options were available with other close by options also available at walking distance.
Really helpful, friendly staff. Good large breakfast selection & 2 nice pools with bars. Our room sometimes had a strange smell, perhaps from the drains. Was a surprising large resort with a short 5 minute walk from our room to reception/ breakfast. 15 minute walk to the famous night markets & a nice quiet location.
This hotel has comfortable bed but I have killed more mosquitos in my room then my whole trip to Thailand and every night when I come home I am fighting off about 4 rats. Bathrooms are moldy.
This is without doubt the 2nd worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
Let me make it clear to start with. We stayed in the resort, NOT THE MAIN HOTEL.
The room was no more than a windowless concrete box.
The plug sockets didn't work,
The shower was either freezing or roasting, and on our last day, was non existing.
The walk to the concrete box was all the way up hill.
We tried to change room, and were told it would be an extra 1000bt PER NIGHT PER PERSON
DONT GO, it was it absolutely shocking
I would give 5 stars for rooms if I had not seen the standard room which I booked via booking. It’s too expensive for a room with no window. It is not highlighted theee is no room and they should warn people. It was 150 euro per night without a window , the room is small and well furnished but the window situation was wierd for that much money. So we were offered an upgrade for 27 per night and high we took and got a lovely room which is like a standard in other hotels of this standard. We didn’t try breakfast, the pool is lovely and has a nice bar. Lovely gardens. Great location and in a quiet street off the main beach.
