Dee Andaman Hotel

This is the second time I have stayed at this fantastic hotel, and I will definitely continue coming back every year. It has become my favourite place to stay in Krabi thanks to its unbeatable atmosphere and the exceptional service provided by the whole team, especially the reception staff and the manager, who are always kind, helpful, and attentive. The facilities are very good, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with great attention to detail and a lovely sense of style. Although the hotel is a little away from the centre, this is not a problem at all. In fact, renting a motorbike makes it a perfect option, giving you the freedom and flexibility to explore the area easily. A highly recommended place to stay. Thank you for making every visit such a wonderful experience. I look forward to coming back again soon!

The room is very nice in daytime. But I hope the light system will be improved Not included breakfast. Bicycles are available for rent It's happy to know that one of the owner is Vietnamese

Wonderful staff and a super helpful team. Everyone was polite and attentive. Breakfast was great. The pool was great. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Would definitely recommend 100%

I am very disappointed with the housekeeping service during my stay. Our room was empty for around 3 hours in the morning, until about 2:00 PM, so there was enough time to clean it. However, nothing was done. One minute after we came back to the room, a cleaner came and asked if she could clean. We politely said that we needed 20 minutes. She returned again after about 5 minutes, but I explained that I still needed 10 more minutes. After that, no one came back, and the room was not cleaned at all for the rest of the day. There was also no water and no toilet paper left in the room, and I had to buy toilet paper myself, which is not acceptable in a hotel. I want to highlight that the receptionist behaved in a very professional and helpful way. When I explained the situation, he immediately gave us fresh towels without any problem. Later, when I asked again, he also provided us with water quickly and with a positive attitude. His service was polite, calm, and very helpful, and I really appreciate his support. Unfortunately, despite his efforts, the room still remained uncleaned, which made the overall experience very disappointing.
