We stayed at Banyan Tree Krabi for two nights in a Beachfront Room, and it was an unforgettable experience.
Although the resort is located at the far end of Tubkaek Beach, getting there was easy and the slightly longer drive was absolutely worth it. Once we arrived, we barely wanted to leave the resort because everything we needed was already there.
The beachfront room was beautiful, spotless, and offered breathtaking views. The entire resort is peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by nature, with plenty of stunning photo spots. There are also many activities available, making it perfect for both families and couples.
The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and genuinely eager to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We had dinner at Saffron, and the Thai food was excellent. The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, making it a great place for a special meal.
The fitness center is not very large and doesn't have a huge variety of equipment, but it is clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully provides drinking water and fresh fruit.
Overall, Banyan Tree Krabi exceeded our expectations. It is a luxurious, peaceful retreat with outstanding service, and we would definitely love to come back.

We spent the past few days at the hotel, it has been absolute pleasure.
My partner planned a surprise proposal with Guy, the events manager and Nueng the waiter on the night. The whole process was amazing, he loved every bit of it! The team here are very very professional, kind, patient and genuinely really happy to help with anything!
Nueng the waiter on the night of our engagement deserves so much respect and recognition, he was fantastic and helped my partner through it all - with the set up, carrying the ring and serving us our meals throughout the night. From the time we checked in with the team it was seamless and a beautiful experience. Greeted in an air conditioned room, refreshments and excellent customer service.

Stayed at Banyan Tree Krabi for 3 nights. The service is impeccable and I have to give special thanks to Mr Wee Rak-O for his hospitality throughout my stay here.
Although there is a little hiccup during check in but it's understandable.
Saffron is as good as usual although the menu is different from Phuket's.
The staff are polite and always eager to attend to you. Be it front desk, room service or buggy services. It's top notch services and make you want to return in near future.
As for amenities, my kids loved the kids pool and the beach. Scenery is really heavenly with lots of staff pointing to you where to take photos or offering you drinks.
Definitely will return again if time permits in near future.
Our stay at Banyan Tree Krabi was truly exceptional and one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly curated.
The villa and overall stay were absolutely amazing — beautifully designed, extremely comfortable, and surrounded by breathtaking views. Waking up to the stunning beach and sea view every day was unforgettable. The atmosphere of the resort is so calm and relaxing, making it a perfect getaway.
What made the experience even more special was the hospitality. Every single staff member was incredibly warm, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The service was outstanding in every aspect, and the team genuinely made us feel welcomed and cared for.
The restaurants were also fantastic, with delicious food, great ambience, and an overall wonderful dining experience. We also experienced the full body massage at the spa, and it was absolutely amazing — one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating spa experiences we’ve had.
