This place completely blew us away! Even my kids declared it the "best hotel ever."
The panoramic mountain views from our room were absolutely stunning, especially catching the sunset. Having a bathtub right out on the balcony was such a treat.
The service was super quick and accommodating with anything extra we needed. A huge shoutout to the amazing staff: Sanjay and Milk were so helpful with food recommendations for the little ones, and Notty and Pine were incredibly kind and sweet to us. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

An absolutely amazing hotel and one of the best places we have stayed in Krabi! We travelled as a family of two adults and our 10-year-old son, and we could not have asked for a better experience.
The staff are simply outstanding! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, helpful, and attentive. The service really made us feel special throughout our stay.
The breakfast was incredible — honestly, so delicious that words cannot do it justice! There was so much to enjoy, and everything was fantastic.
Our room was spacious, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. It was cleaned every day, and we received exactly the beautiful view we had requested when booking. Fresh drinking water was also replenished in our room every day, which we really appreciated.
The location is excellent, and the hotel has several wonderful spots with breathtaking views. The swimming pools are fantastic, too — perfect for relaxing and enjoying our holiday.
One special recommendation: have dinner at the hotel at least one evening! We ate some of the best food of our entire stay in Krabi here. The portions were generous, the ingredients tasted fresh, and everything was incredibly delicious. We were genuinely impressed!
Every detail made our stay enjoyable, from the cleanliness and comfort to the amazing food and exceptional staff.

Our stay at Avani Krabi was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Thailand. The property is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views, an amazing swimming pool, excellent facilities, and, most importantly, some of the warmest and most genuine hospitality we've experienced.
There are two moments that truly stood out.
First, during breakfast every morning, the chef would personally walk around the dining area, spending a few moments talking to guests at each table. It's such a small gesture, but it made everyone feel genuinely welcome. On our last morning, he surprised my wife and me with a special farewell cake. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch that made our departure even more memorable. Unfortunately, I can't remember his name, but he deserves special recognition.
Second, after we had already checked out around noon, we went on a long-tail boat trip to Railay Beach. When we returned later that day, we were covered in sand and desperately needed to freshen up before our journey. Even though we were no longer guests, the staff graciously welcomed us back, allowed us to use the pool facilities, and gave us a place to shower and change. Many hotels would either refuse or charge an extra fee for this, but Avani did it with a smile and without asking for anything in return. That level of hospitality speaks volumes.
Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. If I ever return to Krabi, there is no question where I'll be staying. Highly recommended!
I had an awesome stay at Avani and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The property is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are warm, professional, and attentive.
The only area for improvement is guest etiquette around the pool. At times, a few guests were splashing water excessively and making a lot of noise, which disturbed others who were there to unwind. It would be helpful if the hotel encouraged respectful behaviour in shared recreational areas to ensure everyone can enjoy the facilities.
Apart from that, everything was excellent. I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend Avani to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday.
