Good service, nice and quiet location, clean rooms, swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. Staff helpful and polite. Good choice for families. Very good breakfast. Does stink a bit at the back of the hotel, cause of the sewer water cleaning facilites. Other than that no complaints.

I chose this hotel hoping for a few days of peace and recovery after months of intense work. Instead, it turned into one of the most disappointing stays I’ve had in Thailand. Service is extremely poor. At check-in and check-out there were long delays, and after checking out I was left waiting five hours for transport to the airport — with no proper waiting area and no air conditioning. Guests are simply expected to sit outside in the heat (around 40°C) with luggage. Completely unacceptable. The room was advertised as having direct pool access, but there are no stairs to enter or exit the pool. You are forced to climb the edge, which is both inconvenient and unsafe. This is misleading and should not be marketed that way. Cleanliness was also a serious issue. I had large cockroaches running around in my room. That alone says everything. Another surprising issue: there were no pool towels available unless you pay 100 THB. I was told this while already at the pool, without cash. During all my travels in Thailand, this is the only hotel that charges guests for towels at their own pool. To make things worse, I was not even able to pay by credit card in certain areas like the restaurant. Overall, this place lacks basic service, proper hygiene, and honesty in how rooms are described. “Good in general” is simply not enough when these are the standards.
Great basic B&B right in the middle of Ao Nang, really close to the night market and across the road from the beach. Electrics were a bit iffy but rooms were clean and well looked after with a relaxed pool area and good restaurant on-site
Friendly and helpful staff. Stones throw away from beach and a 5min walk to the night market. They provide 2wheelers to rent at a very affordable price. Breakfast spread was good. Varieties of dishes to choose from. Will definitely be coming back to stay here again! The door of the bathroom in the room which we were staying needs to be fixed. Other than that everything was perfect
We really liked this hotel, and I’m close to rating it five stars, but we didn’t get the room we booked from the beginning. It was presented to us as an upgrade, and maybe it really was their intention, but although a bigger room, the room was on the second floor with a view over roofs and the road instead of being on the ground floor and having a garden view (we have a baby and stroller, so big con when there isn’t an elevator). There was a lot of noise from the hotel right next to us, and there was mold in the bathroom and a bad smell as well. There was a door (locked) into a different bedroom, and that was not soundproof 😅 After seeing the room, we asked to get the one matching our booking, but were told that it wasn’t possible until the next day because the hotel was fully booked. We got it the next day, and it was a much better room, but this felt like a bad start - especially because we were staying for 10 nights, and the room therefore was important to us. Other than that, location of the hotel was great, pool area was really nice and well kept, and staff in the restaurant were extremely kind, always chatting with our baby and quickly bringing a baby chair for us. Breakfast was really good as well.
