Honestly this place was quite surprising. Originally we were afraid it was going to be a bust as we entered the water park to find it was just us and one other family. However the day was very relaxing and we were able to go on the water slides as many times as we wanted. The only downside was the bar had a very inexperienced lady working who was just out of her depth. (A sweet little woman who was trying her best) The food is unbelievable and definitely the best I have ever received at a waterpark so don’t skip it. Waterslides are good but definitely hurt your back so just be aware. Good value for money as we spent the day and just chilled by the pool and got the free shuttle back to our hotel

Everything in terms of the booking was fine but for Greek citizens there is a different price (-50%) if you issue the tickets from the water park. This mean that the given company if taking advantage and offering inflated prices to Greek people. I have already communicated with the company and declined to give me a 50% refund
The park itself is 5⭐️! A little rough around the edges, but plenty to do for the price. We were there for 6 hours and felt like we could have stayed longer! There's lockers (€5 charge for the day), a bar, and a shop that sells drinks, icecreams and swimming gear. I felt the drinks were quite over priced, €0.80 drinks I'd usually see in the local corner shops were €3 there! So maybe bring your own if you're here for the whole day. They had 8 really exciting slides, a lazy river, and the BEST wave pool I've ever been on, really throws you around! Plenty of sunbeds, with good music playing on the park speakers all day. I'd absolutely go again! This TripAdvisor package I bought though was 👎👎👎👎This experience says "ticket with transfer" but actually, the transfer isn't included!! I got a message at 8pm the night before asking if I'd like to book a coach for €12 pp, which works out a lot for a family of 4! You're better off getting to Kos, finding your local travel agent and booking through them. They can then tell you where's best to get the local €2.50 bus to the park 🙌
We booked with get your guide a couple of days before Transport was very reliable The waterpark was great fun for my three children. Most slides have height limit of 1.2m Could definitely spend 4-6 hours here The wave pool is really good and have never seen waves this big in a waterpark before Would definitely recommend
A little nervous about booking ourselves in rather the Jet2 rep. But when I asked them to confirm pick up and send bs photo they did. It was a great transfer and cheaper
Great day out at the park and we had lots of fun. Good selection of slides. The transfers were brilliant and the minibus was good quality with a friendly driver.
A fun day out. Park is great (make sure you catch the wave machine at 12pm!) and transfers were timely. Would recommend 😊
I do not have a clue. The day was booked 4 days in advance. But the night before we were due to go the trip was cancelled due to technical problems leaving my children upset on the last day of our holiday. And to make matters worse I was informed that the waterpark was open after all
It was all go and I loved it the food was good they could benefit with more slides and the food was good but they didn’t let me in the big wave’s because I was to young but I’m a good swimmer who has had swimming lessons for 2 years and know how to swim perfectly find with no difficulty. It’s was really good for it’s money. I stayed for 6 hours and had a blast with my family but a lot of bad experiences. It atmosphere was good with a lot of people. The staff was good but the lifeguards some of them where good but some where bad.
Picked up and dropped off exactly on time...great day
Value for money and worth it for the family
Great water park so clean and well set out. Not too big but as a family with teenagers we spent a good four hours on and off the rides and chilling. Very impressive with the prices in both the shop and cafe not your usual overpriced snacks. Would definitely recommend- we got there at opening time 10am.
This waterpark is great, it’s not too big and plenty of beds etc. the rides were good and the eyes nit long, the wave pool was a major hit for our son.
The water park was great your average water park in Greece Food there was very good for a water park and cheap Only bad thing I have to say is that the company it’s booked with out there text me two days before saying they could no longer provide the service I booked which was the transfers, they did offer us other days but we already had excursions booked so could not do them new dates. I had to keep asking them to refund me the difference and instead he told me to cancel it myself and rebook it which means I’d have to fork out another 30£ it’s more the principal of don’t sell a product if u can’t provide it and then expect someone to pay it again. We also had to try and find our way there and back and the taxis in kos are not reliable we paid 36 euros for a ten minute drive back to our hotel. There is one bus at 4:30 however nobody told us this so we were basically stranded
Great experience, we visited just outside of school holidays and the park wasn't at all busy, which meant a chance too do everything without waiting, slides, lazy river, wave area etc, place to relax and sunbathe, ample access to food and drink which was well priced. Took the free bus, timetable on the park's website and that was spot on too, all in all, a great day
The communication was very good told us when where to be picked up from and very punctual. We where happy with the amount of time we has to do our activity it was too long that u felt over tired but long enough for us to sit down have lunch and chill so we could enjoy the time not feeling rushed of our feet .
We would highly recommend relaxing on the rubber rings and floating around the park dodging the water falls. Well organised trip, great high spec coach with great service.
We had a nice time in Lido waterpark. The driver from our transfer was very friendly and on time. I would recommend this trip.
Very nice vehicle and friendly team would highly recommend will be using them again if we visit another activity excellent
We visited the Lido waterpark while on holiday in Kos. We got the free bus from Kos which picked us up at 10am and you got the only free bus back at 3:30pm, it took 45 mins to get to the waterpark. Once you arrived at the waterpark it was €22 each and children’s prices only go up to the age of 12yrs. If you want a locker it’s €7 and you only get €2 back when you’re finished. The waterpark isn’t very big but the slides that are there are good. My 2 teenagers liked the slides and either didn’t wait long or not at all. We had to wait for a table in the restaurant and it was busy so we had to clear the table ourselves. The lady got a bit annoyed when i asked where my chips were because she forgot all about them with our other meals. The food was ok and reasonably priced. The wave pool wasn’t even working when we went so just sat in the pool waiting not good. There are plenty of rubber rings on the slide available and lots of sun-beds around if that’s what you like to do. Lido park is good little waterpark.
Stranded for hour and half trying to get a taxi home the reception lady said “ what do you want me to do about it” Food served 2 of us then the other 2 45 mins later. Snapped at us “ it’s coming” when we asked Miserable staff Never give bad reviews but hey ho if customer services is something you look for then avoid this place
A small but lovely waterpark with plenty of free sun loungers and eateries. My boys loved the wave machine, lazy river and some of the smaller slides. We were there most of the day and didn't get bored. Some of the toilets were a tad grim but I there are alternatives around the park.
Kos activities, who organised the trip, were punctual and excellent with communication. The water park was great fun, and didn’t feel overcrowded even though it was busy. Slides were great and plenty of chances to use them.
Great slides pools and wave machine Good food places Lockers available for valuable’s Great day out!
Great little water park! We went in the height of summer holidays (on a Saturday) and it was VERY quiet! Got the free bus from Kos Town. Didn’t have to queue for any slides and there were loads of sunbeds available. Food and drinks were cheap. There aren’t loads of slides but enough to keep our family of 4 occupied for a day.
Great day out with the kids! Lots to do and not too busy :) the pools could do with a clean is the only criticism but other than that it was fab!!
Excellent venue, we went twice, slides and flumes had no queue times plenty of sun loungers to chill and dry out on. Lazy river, was just that, lazy. food was quality and well priced.
We went here while in Kos we booked with our hotel rep and got a coach from hotel to the water park. The coach was approx 45 minutes later picking up upon complaining to jet2 it turns out they had chnaged the pick up time without telling us. We had to walk down to a bus stop to be collected also with 3 small children. The water park its self is only small. But we had a lovely time once there the childrens area was brilliant for our 7 year old 5 year old and 18 month old. Our 7 year old coukd go in most of the big slides also. The water park i woukd say is on the smaller side but there is plenty to do l! Definetely recommend of you have children as ours loved it!
Easy to book with holiday company on the face of it seems a large place but only a few slides which can be done multiple times in a short space of time probably best to take your own food but there are places to eat just a bit pricey locker is 7 euros
Fantastic water park.Very cheap, fun day out!! Rides had no queues, plenty of rings etc. Amenities aplenty…loads of sun loungers available.Changing facilities etc. Onsite food was cheap and tasty. Best wave pool I’ve ever experienced. 88€ for family of 4…best day out
Not as small as everyone makes out. The slides were super good and very fast ! me and my boyfriend had so much fun. The gyros were cheap and UNREAL. Plenty to do and cheap price with no queues !
Great service. The bus itself was excellently air conditioned and clean. The bus arrived on time to and from the water park. The driver himself was polite and great. This company is really good and communicates well with its clients.
A great water park with plenty to do. There are lots of sun beds, there is a lazy river, wave pool, kids splash area, and roughly 7/8 water slides. €7 locker for the day, €2 back on return of the key. Food and drinks are reasonably priced. There were no queues for the slides which was a bonus to going on a Sunday. Facilities were clean, and pool area is tidy. We’d definitely go back, ignore the negative reviews!
We got collected on time from our hotel The park is clean with plenty of sunbeds The slides are fun our children 15 and 11 enjoyed them all Wave machine every hour also fun We went on a Wednesday in June no ques and not crowded Food was basic but enjoyed burgers hotdogs fries sandwiches Would recommend
Great experience loved the rides and the pool with the wave machine I would recommend loved the lazy river also
Brilliant day and attentive organisers would highly recommend made for a great day! No hassle with transfer private bus arrived on time as they said it would which was very comfortable
Don’t bother - we went with teen girls, all left with skin injuries due the the equipment tired and in need of attention. The joins on the slides are not smooth causing a razor effect on the skin. The restaurants were poorly staffed and tables not tendered to - music played through large speakers near the main pool we’re old and crackly playing a genre of rat pack and 1950’s - it is extremely obvious this place requires quite a lot of investment. It is not a place I would feel safe taking younger children, it is an accident waiting to happen. Sorry Lido! Not for us! Such a shame because Kos is the most beautiful place and I would certainly come back for a holiday.
The park was clean, the slides were good, but I think it’s time for some new ones. In addition the food we ordered was unfortunately cold.
I paid for Lido and transfers and was informed the day before the trip (not when I booked a week before) that the hotel I was staying at (although I had provided this info in advance) was outside of the pickup and drop off area. So I paid for transfers but didn't get any. I expected an automatic refund but havn't got one yet.
Lido water park turned out to be the best part of our holiday. As a family of 6, ranging of ages from 3-11, there was something for everyone! It’s not a huge place like some I have been to but it was big enough. There was sunloungers everywhere in abundance with plenty of shade. The food (burgers in particular) were absolutely outstanding. Lido run their own transport too but I’m not sure how to book that. I booked via trip advisor and another company picked us up from another hotel and the driver very kindly took us back to our hotel up the hill (Aegean view). There was a lot of communication given so I was never in the dark with transfers or if it was a scam ect. Best day ever!
A superbly planned day start to end. We will definitely be booking Kos Activities before we go back to the UK. Many Thanks! Can't recommend enough!
The waterpark itself was good, but don’t be taken in by the transfers from your hotel as they don’t exist. You buy the tickets and despite our hotel being listed we were told that there was no transfer in our resort, let alone our hotel. The operator denied all knowledge of our hotel being listed and were left to organise our own transport.
Great waterpark. Floor can get a little hot so reccomend sea shoes or walk to rides in sliders and leave at end of ride. Lockers are 7 euros but only get 2 euros back when hand key back in. All in all Great day out
As a family we love water parks and have visited many parks in different countries so I feel like we know what good looks like and this is not it. It is poorly run, unsafe and poorly connected to transport. Three of us visited and all three suffered injuries. Most of these were skin grazed from poorly joined sections of the rides. I also suffered a severe sprain to my shoulder when I hit the water at the end of a ride as another person in a tube hit the water and cross crossed into my lane. There are three tides that start and end at the same point. I told the life guards but they didn’t seem to care. Safety is not a priority, there are multiple rides where one member of staff is managing more than one ride. The cafe is totally understaffed and it feels like it is run by a group of strangers who only met that day. There is no real queue system so it is a free for all to grab a table at rush hour. The food comes in drinks and drabs, my meal was over 30 minutes after my wife and son were served, we all ordered at the same time. They forgot my wife’s fries, at least that broke the boredom of me waiting the 30 minutes. We waited over two hours to get a taxi, there was no shuttle to Kardamena on the day we were there. There is a public bus if you walk down the road which has no real public pathway. There are about 5 slides/rides, a wave pool and lazy river. There are two settings for the wave pool, one is gentle and one is extreme. I enjoyed the extreme one but if you are not aware of it and are up near the top you might find it a struggle. I loved Kos but would not set forth in this place again.
The whole set up was perfect, the park is not so big but it has plenty of water slides and activities and it is beautifully maintained . The booking experience with Viator was perfect, all went very smoothly.
A lovely day out. Kids had a ball! The pick up and drop off at the hotel was efficient and the driver was on time. Would recommend.
Excellent visit to the Lido Water Park, visited as a family with a 2 year old. Purchasing the tickets on Tripadvisor was easy and we went through the pre paid ticket queue. Water park is great for people of all ages, our 2 year old loved it! Well worth a day out.
The trip was very well planned and there were a lot of different things to do. The wave machine was the biggest I HAVE EVER SEEN. It was no short of brilliant, plus there were lots of flumes and even a space bowl. There is food on site, but I've knocked off a star because the food stalls became very full very quickly. I'd advise on getting food as early as possible. We had to wait until half 3 in the afternoon to eat unfortunately. But other than this it was a great day out. Would definitely do it again.
The park was great, a variety fo slides to suit all and wave machine seemed to be every hour which we enjoyed the most. Lazy river is great. Albeit there were two wasp nests you had to go under that were on the rocks. We were lucky that our bus arrived early and we got to enjoy the rides as the double rings were few and far between so by lunch people were fighting over them. The rest of the slides were quiet. Lockers are €7 with €2 returned. Suggest asking for a big locker. Floor does get very hot so take the water shoes as its hard to leave flip flops and go back for them.
Brilliant water park with excellent slides. Food is of an adequate standard, although table service is slow and our waitress made us feel very uncomfortable for asking to be served after waiting a long time. She also resented having to wipe the table, which she never managed to do. A really fun day out though.
