Our experience was extremely disappointing, not because of the hotel itself, but because of the contradictory information we received from the hotel and Booking. We requested a cancellation both through Booking and directly with the hotel. After four days, the hotel replied by email, apologized for the delay, and clearly confirmed that they would cancel the reservation and issue a full refund. However, just two days later, Booking informed us that our cancellation request had been rejected. So who is telling the truth? Either Booking is providing false information, or the Ramada Hotel is. As a customer, this is completely unacceptable. When two major companies cannot provide consistent and honest communication about something as simple as a cancellation, it destroys trust. If they cannot be transparent in such a straightforward situation, it raises serious concerns about how other customer issues are handled. I would strongly advise future travelers to think twice before booking through either Booking or the Ramada Hotel. Transparency, honesty, and customer service should always come first, and unfortunately, that was not our experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help, providing outstanding hospitality throughout my visit. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of service and accommodation offered. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with excellent service at a fair price

We were driving through Ankara and got caught in a storm. Rather than continue on, we decided to stop here for the night, and we were so glad we did. They were able to accommodate us with a family room on short notice, which was greatly appreciated. The service was impeccable, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. Complimentary access to the gym and hamam was a wonderful surprise. We were also told that breakfast was included, and it turned out to be one of the loveliest open buffets we have experienced in Turkey. The selection was abundant and thoughtfully prepared. We had never planned to stop in Konya before, but after this stay, we may just find ourselves returning specifically to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and the breakfast was one of the best parts of our experience. There was a great variety of fresh and tasty food every morning, and everything was well organized and clean. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed for making such delicious omelettes every day. His cooking skills, kindness, and positive attitude truly made our mornings better. The omelettes were perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. Excellent service, amazing breakfast, and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!
