We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. ​A special, heartfelt thank you to Ozlem, Ismail, and Eylam for their exceptional kindness, attentive care, and genuine hospitality—they truly made our stay extra special. Beyond that, the entire team, including the incredible housekeeping staff, deserves high praise. Every corner of the hotel is kept immaculate, and our room was wonderfully spacious, spotless, and comfortable. ​The food was another major highlight! Everything was delicious, with a fantastic, varied breakfast spread every morning that gave us the perfect start to our day. ​Thank you to all the staff for making our time in Konya so special and welcoming. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family, and hope to return!

I had a wonderful stay at Dedeman Konya Hotel & Convention Center. The hotel is elegant, exceptionally clean, and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were genuinely friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay truly relaxing. Breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The hotel’s location is also very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend Dedeman Konya to anyone visiting the city and look forward to staying here again.

A very big hotel that seems to host a lot of tour bus and conference traffic - clean and well designed rooms - with attentive staff for the most part. Dinner in the restaurant on8 was disappointing, but the space offers great views. Breakfast was a free for all with various groups all locked in a small space- limited international options - and orange juice was extremely watered down and tasted chemically- like some cleaner in the dispensing machine had not been washed out properly.

The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast it was ok. The pool and Turkish hamam is not bad but extremely crowded and busy as expected as they also allow people from out of the hotel to enter for a fee. It may once have been a luxury hotel maybe in the 90’s but has not been updated at all since then. The lighting is dark in the hallways and the rooms and that’s an indication of hiding dirt and grime from people’s eyes. The furniture is very outdated and old. This is a 2.5 star hotel if we compare it to the rest of the world hotels. In Turkish standards probably a 3.5 star hotel.
