The room was clean, the washroom counter was spacious. Two things that I had issues with the hotel were their pillows, both pillows were too high for me, they also don’t provide shampoo and conditioner. The only soap they provided was for everything which didn’t work well for me.

Very disappointed at a hotel rated 5 star. Room was spacious and designed well. However, all surface areas eg. side table, night stand, dresser top...were dirty. Old stains were stuck on, blotchy patches here and there. We had to wipe everything down with disinfectant wipes. The 3 boxes in the bathroom: shower cap, sanitary bag, cotton, were all empty. Shows a lack of care in housekeeping. Temp control has only heat, no ac. It went from 22 to 27 in 30 min. and kept climbing. Called reception, nobody showed up. Definitely will not recommend. Will also inform my tour group not to reconsider choosing this hotel for future groups.
