Great place , true value for money

I had a terrible and dangerous experience at this hotel. We booked a triple room, but they provided an unstable and broken extra bed. At 12:30 AM, while I was sleeping, the bed's leg collapsed, and I fell hard on the floor. When I went to the reception to ask for help or a safe room, the night staff was extremely unprofessional. She claimed to be the "manager" but could not speak a single word of English, making communication impossible. Despite the hotel not being full, she refused to give us a safe alternative and insisted on "fixing" a broken bed in the middle of the night! I was forced to sleep on the floor for the rest of the night because we didn't feel safe on their furniture. This hotel has zero safety standards and no respect for guest well-being. STAY AWAY if you care about your safety and want professional service. I have already reported this to Booking.com and the local authorities.

We just stayed one day in this hotel. It is very good value for money compared to other hotels in Konya. Quiet and clean room with ample space. Courteous and helpful staff.

The thing is i would love to have more cups in the room. The phone in the room didn't work but staff was pretty friendly. İ forget my key inside in room, they give me a new one right away. They was really smiley
