5 stars? Where ? I don’t know if they understand what 5 star hotel means. Bathtub was all paint and dirt. NO SHMAPOO, the most essential thing in a hotel. I went to even 2 star hotel and they had shampoos, teeth cleaning etc, and here you don’t have that. Let me tell you about bar/restaurant that is on the hotel!! The latte is the most expensive in the country and I traveled whole country. THEY NEVER CAME AGAIN TO ASK IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE!! Ridiculous choice I made to give them my money.
hotel was smelly, bathrooms had no amenities like soap or conditioner, and the breakfast had wilted and off lettuce among the other poor breakfast selections. Only upside was the spacious rooms

Hotel is nicely located and close to all hot spots.
Rooms are large. However bed sheets are smelly and beds are hard like a rock. There is no comfort.
Staff are helpful.
The bed was not flat, the WiFi was terrible, and the breakfast isn’t worth waiting for. The hotel needs some serious work unfortunately, and has been left to decay. It looks like a hotel that once was but no longer is.
