From the moment we arrived, the beautiful lobby view set the tone for a memorable experience. The check‑in staff were attentive and went the extra mile to rearrange our rooms so we could be side by side — a thoughtful gesture that made our stay much more comfortable. Daily lunches at RINCA were consistently delightful, with delicious food and seamless service from Rolin, Sales & Ando, who made everything effortless. Evenings at KISIK became the highlight of our trip — the seafood grill was outstanding, and the service crew (whose names we sadly forgot) truly deserve great praise for their warmth and attentiveness. They ensured we always had our preferred table 12 to enjoy the enchanting sasandu live performances. The musicians not only fulfilled our song requests but surprised us with a heartfelt rendition of Avicii’s “Wake Me Up”. On our last night, they intuitively played a non‑stop 2.5‑hour set of music we loved, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. This combination of warm hospitality, excellent dining, and magical live music made our 4‑night stay truly exceptional. A well‑deserved five stars!

My family and I were very excited to stay at AYANA Hotel. From the moment we checked in, everything was excellent. The staff were warm, friendly, and professional, and the room itself was beautiful and comfortable. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly affected by the extremely loud live band performing outdoors on the 3rd floor. Our room was directly above it on the 9th floor, and the noise carried all the way up. We had planned to relax after a long day, but the music continued until 10:00 PM, making it impossible to rest. We contacted the concierge to express our concern. While they apologized and explained the situation, the only solution offered was complimentary earplugs. Honestly, that was very disappointing. Guests shouldn’t have to wear earplugs just to enjoy a peaceful stay at a luxury hotel. What disappointed me the most was the lack of advance notice. Had we been informed before check-in that there would be loud live music until 10:00 PM, we could have chosen a different room or decided whether the hotel was the right fit for our stay. AYANA is a wonderful property with exceptional staff, but this experience took away from what should have been a relaxing family vacation. I hope the hotel improves its communication with guests and offers better solutions in situations like this.

We had a wonderful stay at AYANA Komodo. The hotel is truly breathtaking. There are so many complimentary activities offered by the hotel, which really adds a lot to the experience. They provide a boat to a private island, including towels, and many other thoughtful services that make the stay feel special and well organized. The kids’ club is beautiful, the pool area is stunning, and the service throughout the hotel was amazing. The entire property feels new, pleasant, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were lovely, welcoming, and always helpful, and the location was also very convenient and close to everything we needed. The only thing that bothered me a little was that the room felt quite small, which made it feel slightly claustrophobic, especially considering the price. However, apart from that, the hotel itself is truly beautiful. There are not many luxury hotel options in Komodo, but AYANA is definitely one of the best hotels in the area. The breakfast was lovely, and the seaside restaurants in the evening were absolutely amazing — delicious food, beautiful atmosphere, and very reasonable prices for a five-star hotel. Overall, I highly recommend AYANA Komodo for anyone visiting the area.
