Zipline By Hawk Adventure The Biggest & Longest In Koh Samui

Total waste of money… we picked the silver package and we were done in 30 minutes. Boring and then got told we needed to pay extra to do the big zip line.

The whole experience was very well organised and safe! We had loads of fun. It was a great experience. The free drinks and snacks were a welcomed refreshment after the tour. Totally recommend.

As cool as it looks, adrenaline and views are everywhere. Pickup-to-return all taken care of. There are even snacks afterwards if you’re hungry. We had a great time with the family.

On time pick up, very slick operation. Arrived, harnessed, great instructions and 3 guides supporting the whole way. Very impressed and a great experience. Definitely recommend and 100% would do the gold course.

The Ziplines themselves are good, good scenery, good thrill. However, due to there not being a brake in the system you are given you cannot appreciate the views as it goes very quickly, and you aren’t able to stop and I personally knocked a few staff over at the end of a couple ziplines due to my momentum. In the UK we have LOLER and I work as an Tree Surgeon and am a LOLER inspector, when reviewing my partners safety gear I had to ask for a webbing sling to be replaced as it was well frayed and unserviceable. As a side note, in general most of the PPE is in good condition and plenty new, but please do more rigorous and regular checks to prevent damaged gear being used. There wasn’t really much of a safety talk on how the gear worked and a few people who had never done it before told me it was very full on and didn’t feel safe due to lack of understanding. I agree with this, a simple talk on how the gear works so people feel more trust in the systems would go along way.

We booked a 10am slot. We arrived 30min prior (as requested from the team) at 9:30am but waited until 10:20 to finally start. Since we had plans afterwards this was very annoying. The staff didn't really care about this issue: they didn't listen to our problem nor tried to find a solution. The Zipline Park itself is great and definitely worth a visit. We were hosted by two guides: tchibo and Jojo. Jojo was great - he made the experience really unforgettable, asked about our wellbeing and we had a lot of fun with him. Tchibo also was very nice guy but at the last 15 lines he was only scrolling in his phone, watching random videos which kind of killed the vibe. Regarding the saftey: in our home country it's a safety standard to always be attached to the rope with at least one carabiner. This is different in Thailand. While changing the lines there are times when you are not attached. On the higher platforms this felt scary und not fully safe. Also there are some Abseiling platforms with up to 40m. During the abseiling the guard safes you only with their hands and not with an additional automated system in case the rope slips from their hands. They know what they are doing but it still was scary.

This was a great experience and would recommend it. We did the gold package and it was definitely worth doing the extra lines. Amazing views and nice variety of zips and drops. There were no photo guides left to book so we bought case 100tbh and took our own photos. Our guides were great and took videos and photos so we didn’t feel we missed out.

A fantastic experience for anyone who loves adventure and a bit of adrenaline! The guides were extremely professional, attentive, and considerate. They made us feel safe throughout the entire activity and gave us complete confidence that we were in good hands and that any situation would be handled professionally. Just keep in mind that the activity involves a short climb to reach the starting point, as well as climbing up onto the platforms, so comfortable clothing and a reasonable level of fitness are recommended. It’s also a good idea to bring a phone holder, as you’ll need both hands free most of the time. The organization was excellent from start to finish. The pick-up and drop-off were perfectly on time, and everything was handled smoothly and pleasantly. Overall, a really enjoyable and exciting experience. Highly recommended!

Thoroughly enjoyed this zipline which I did with my children. The staff are very well trained and conscientious and great at putting everyone at ease. Two staff completed the course with us and they did all the hooking and unhooking of the equipment so we could relax. Highly recommend this and I think the extra ziplines on the gold experience are worth it.

This was a brilliant experience. Very well run from start to finish with excellent safety. The Team were brilliant that looked after us and they work really hard. No need to worry about doing the connections yourselves (if you compare it to Go Ape) as they do it all for you at every station. We paid for the gold package which is well worth it as you get longer zip lines at the end. We also paid for the photo package which was also worth it and meant you didn’t have to risk taking your phone on the course. There are lockers at the beginning so you can take a small/medium bag with you. At the end there are free drinks (tea, coffee, soft drinks, water) and some sweet nibbles. Water is also provided on the course. Very good experience and very well planned.

Hawks adventure zip line was seamlessly organized. The pickup was on time, the van was excellent, the check-in and safety harness setup was quick, and most importantly, the staff were friendly and fun. We had a great time.

This is an amazing family experience. The staff is energetic, well organized, and fun! Be prepared to do some hiking and climbing, but nothing too extreme. The transportation was easy with the pickup directly at our hotel. Highly recommend the photo package, you get tons of good pics for the price and can fully enjoy the experience without trying to capture it on your phone.

Loved the actual zip lining experience. The team clearly has a lot of experience and they are fun and know how to get a decent photo. Felt like everyone was just there to have a good time. Only fault I have with the experience is that the van up and also arrival and departure felt really strange. There was no one giving directions, it was all completely silent. We didn’t know who our guides were, what we were meant to do, eventually people started gathering so we followed. Even the van pickup wasn’t 100% clear which company it was for and there was no concept of how long it will take to get to zip lining from our hotel.

A great experience in Koh Samui if you want to fly like a hawk above the trees accompanied by beautiful views. Service was 100 percent worth the price, zip lines and descending platforms were cool, transfer from and to a hotel. You have light refreshment included, instructors Harry and Tao were very skilled and focused on safety of all individuals and also funny. They double check your harness before you leave starting point. Do not bother to buy a silver pass, go for gold it is worth it and you would not want to end your fun so quick. We enjoyed activity.

What a great day out well worth every penny. Great team of guides who put safety first and were very encouraging and entertaining. I definitely go again. It’s a bit of a climb so I wouldn’t recommend it if you have mobility issues. My partner and I are in our 50s and we managed easily. It proves you’re never too old to have fun.

Whole experience was very rushed. Like they were just trying to get us out of there as soon as possible. Guides were friendly enough. Helmets stank of dried sweat. They need to clean them better.

This was just brilliant. The whole family loved it. Ko and Nu led the group and they were highly professional and competent but also extremely entertaining and had the whole group in fits of laughter. The setting is beautiful. Lush forested hillsides. A mass of butterflies and insects. We even saw a troop of monkeys close to one of the platforms. In fact, they seemed quite keen to say hello! 🤣 I would highly recommend this trip. The happy memories will stay for a very long time ❤.

Amazing zipline experience. We took the Silver package (shorter) and had a blast zipping back and forth between high trees and the tropical forest. The team is experienced and keeps everybody safe. Pick up and drop off from our AirBnB was included, which was also convenient. Highly recommend this tour

The assailing is high and I was quite scared, but they both made me feel safe and I went slowly. Great that you also get free snacks at the end. Really good trip and I would thoroughly recommend. If you're thinking of choosing between Silver or Gold, take Gold! The longest ziplines are in that package and they're awesome. The vertical drops (30/15/40m) are also very cool. If you're a bit scared, ask the guides firmly to be slowly lowered down. You can also ask for "not slowly", heh. The overall experience was top notch! The pick-up amd drop-off service, all communication, the guides in the park, the safety and....the rides across, through, and above the jungle! Thank you this thrilling adventure!

The Zipline experience by Hawk Adventure was great, but DO NOT book it through Viator. I was charged 5,500 THB for the "Gold Hawk Package" after being explicitly promised by Viator that this was the best possible price. Later, I discovered that the exact same package is sold locally for only 3,800 THB per couple (1,900 THB per person). This is a massive 45% markup for no reason. When I presented Viator with clear, written proof from the local agency, they refused to honor their own "Low Price Guarantee" using pathetic technical excuses about currency. They are knowingly overcharging tourists and then hiding behind a 24-hour cancellation policy to trap you. Save your money: Book directly with local agencies in Koh Samui for half the price. Viator's pricing integrity is non-existent.

This was a well organised, safe and fun activity. We managed to book the gold packages that allowed us to complete 20 lines. Was such incredible views, thrills and all safely done in the hands of our two guides. It was really nice to see they were looking out for the safety of us all in our group and still managing to keep aware of the groups that were around us. Felt like a true team effort. All that in consideration they were really looking for us to have a super fun time so told us when was good to let go, speed up a little and get the best out of our experience. Couldn’t have asked for more!!

Experience felt rushed. Too many groups at one time, which leads to rushing. I had to check my safety a few times, since it unlocked. The photographer only took pictures for families, which means the experience was not captured through any pictures. Would not recommend.

This looked so good, we just had to try it. And it was great! The staff were very good with a good sense of humour. We felt safe all the time, even though my wife and I are both scared of heights. We did the gold package, which includes the longest ziplines and an extra abseiling. We thought it was worth the extra money. It was an exhilarating experience, and I highly recommend this adventure.

Pure chaos! Got picked up second and we drove into Samui to pick up more people and drive back past our hotel, an hour waisted! Pick up the furthest away guests first not last! When we got there the experience was good and safe and so enjoyable but the equipment was very smelly! It needs a good wash, don’t expect to go anywhere after this trip you will need a shower. We didn’t realise we booked Silver, deffo do Gold, that’s the long zips. So we had to wait over an hour for the other group to transfer back. Two men missed their transfer, as they were too busy, they got added to our bus so we spent 30 mins with 11 people in a 9 seater van, not what we paid for. I would also like to highlight that if the driver spent less time on the phone and more time focussing on driving it would be quicker and smoother. At one point we nearly didn’t make it up a hill as he didn’t change gear as one hand was on the wheel and the other holding the phone to his head, the van was screening at him and almost stalled in a busy road! Safety first please!!!!

I’m glad I got the gold pass because the best bits are at the end which includes the longest zip line and the biggest vertical drop. It’s really safe and the guides are great fun to experience this with. I went on my own and they let me go first each time which was great and they even went with me on one zip line and took a video of me. I did the early booking and was back in the car to my hotel before noon so it doesn’t take up a whole day. They are a great team and I hope everyone tips them because they deserve it :)

This was my first zipline experience, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better one. Hawk Adventure Samui delivered an experience that was exciting, thrilling, and absolutely unforgettable. We chose the Gold Package (21 stations), and I truly recommend it. Every ride was exhilarating and allowed us to connect with Samui’s lush tropical forest. It’s a perfect activity if you want to experience the nature of Samui beyond the sea breeze, surrounded by greenery, fresh air, and jungle vibes. What really made the experience stand out was the staff. They were super nice, professional, funny, and extremely attentive. They made me feel completely safe and well taken care of throughout the entire experience. Even though it was my first time, I felt relaxed and confident the whole way “not scared at all” ⭐ This is truly a must-do activity when visiting Koh Samui. If you love adventure, nature, and well-organized experiences, Hawk Adventure Samui should definitely be on your list. Highly recommended!

My wife and I did this activity and honestly it was the most fun we have had in Thailand (and we have had a lot). The crew were all very knowledgable and we felt very confident and safe in their hands. The views are breathtaking and the feeling of whooshing through the trees was like something out of Jurassic Park. What was also impressive was how much the nature was undisturbed outside of the ziplines and the platforms which was great to see.
