We loved the whole experience, there were 10 zip wires in total. The guides with very friendly and helpful made us feel very safe and had a laugh with us, they took videos of us on the wires. An all round great day.

Booked this with get your guide the day before. On the day the tour company (VK Star tour) tried to cancel saying they were overbooked and that there had been a computer glitch. They offered another tour instead but when we said we didn’t want to do this and would cancel miraculously, less than a minute after stating this two spots opened up for the original tour. Don’t let this put you off however as after this initial hiccup all went well. Pick up and drop off at agreed times was smooth and getting harnesses, hats, gloves etc quick. The zip line guides go around with you so you don’t need to do anything other than jump off platforms and whizz through the air. A very enjoyable experience all in all and a great way to pass a few hours whilst in Koh Samui.
Such a great experience. Felt very safe, equipment was good quality and guides were very thorough in their safety. They were very happy to take videos as well. One of our best experiences in Thailand, scenery was also beautiful.
An absolutely fantastic trip! For one who’s a little scared of heights, I managed to do all 12 ziplines (higher every time) brilliant views, the staff were very helpful in getting you prepared, and ensured you was safe at all times, and they all were happy to help and assist with anything. Well done team. Only thing we found, we didn’t have a long time in the cafe afterwards, so couldn’t stay for food. So cafe needs more choice of quick food, like small cakes, cookies and muffins for sale.
We just had the best time doing these 10 zip lines! I’m a little scared of heights so was quite nervous, but once there all my fears went away. It was breathtaking, and the guides with us were sooooo fun and made the day more enjoyable. There are ladders to go up and between the lines, which was probably the most nerve wracking for me, but they weren’t bad either. I would recommend this to most people (but probably not if you’re absolutely terrified of heights). We would return for sure (kids 11, 13 and 2 adults, all loved it). Pick up was quite late from our hotel as I believe they were waiting for someone else being late at the one prior which was a shame. Not a deal breaker though.
Had a great couple of hours here zipping through the trees. The guys helping us along the way are great. The road up to and back down was ride in itself. My daughter had a faint spell on the last zip due to a short steep walk in tropical heat. The guides with us where excellent they got her a transport back and gave a sweet drink to help her out. Highly recommend this activity
We spent a couple of hours at Tree Bridge Zipline Samui today and it was one of the most exhilarating experiences of our holiday. We completed around 10 zip lines at different heights through and above the jungle canopy. As someone who is genuinely terrified of heights, I found parts of it very challenging - particularly climbing the steps up to the platforms and crossing the rope bridges! The guides were excellent. They were patient with me, reassured me when I was nervous and had a good laugh with us, which definitely helped take my mind off the height. I was securely attached throughout and felt completely safe, even if my brain was telling me otherwise! Once I actually launched myself onto the zip lines, it was fantastic. Flying through the jungle was such an adrenaline rush and the surroundings were beautiful. Did I conquer my fear of heights? Absolutely not. Would I recommend Tree Bridge Zipline? 100%. Would I personally do it again? Not a chance! But I’m so glad I did it. A brilliant, memorable experience and definitely something to try if you’re visiting Koh Samui.
Overall this experience was great, the pickup and drop off was well organized, the hosts are super fun and double check all the clips every time which gives you a piece of mind. The cafe where you wait too is super cute with free drinks for those who complete the zipline, plus a cute cat that hangs out with the visitors!
Excellent experience. Very organised and hilarious zip line instructors, beautiful scenery and a nice refreshing drink at the end.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience on the zip line! The crew was amazing—very friendly, kind, and funny. They made us feel comfortable and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. They also took some really nice videos of us with their phones and sent them to us afterwards, which was such a thoughtful extra! The zip line was great, the location was beautiful, and everything was well organized. We really enjoyed every moment. A big thank you to the fantastic crew for making this experience so special. Definitely recommended!
This was one of the best experiences ever! The guides were so fun and made the experience very enjoyable. I would definitely do this again next time we come to Koh Samui. Highly recommend
Really fun family experience for 2 adults, 2 teens and a 9 yo. Pickup/drop-off from residence was clearly communicated and on-tie. Zipline experience itself was very fun and unique. The Jungle Cafe for a drink afterwards was a great location.
Great fun experience! Jungle cafe was very scenic and a good place to chill after hurtling through the ziplines. Kids all really enjoyed themselves. Guides were good.
Friendly staff, lovely food highly recommend, great drinks on offer wine and irish coffee delicious 😋 so laid back & relaxing...
It would have been a 5 star review! We had an absolutely superb experience at Tree Zip Bridge. The activity itself was fantastic and the staff were excellent — so friendly, engaging and reassuring, and they made every member of our group feel completely comfortable throughout. We genuinely couldn’t fault them. Unfortunately, the experience was slightly soured at the end. We went back to the main area to have a drink and relax for around 30 minutes while waiting for our cars. During this time, Israeli music began being played extremely loudly, with a group of customers dancing, shouting and waving an Israeli flag. I want to be very clear that I have absolutely no issue with people celebrating, dancing, enjoying themselves or displaying their national flag. However, in a shared tourist venue welcoming visitors from all over the world, the volume and intensity of it made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable and very different from the relaxed environment we had been enjoying beforehand. It’s such a shame because everything else about our visit was genuinely brilliant, particularly the wonderful staff who looked after us during the activity. I would still recommend Tree Zip Bridge for the experience itself, but I do feel communal areas should remain welcoming and comfortable for guests of all nationalities and backgrounds.
After getting off the minibus taxi, we were not told where to go, so made our way to the entrance boardwalk. We were fitted with harnesses, helmet and gloves, but staff doing this did not speak to us. After being allocated 2 staff to take us round the ziplines, they were not friendly, didn't smile, with limited interaction and replies when we spoke to them. After reading some great reviews I was looking forward to a fun morning, plus some support as I'm afraid of heights but wanted to try this experience with my family. We were rushed onto each zip line, and when I was nervous, there was no word of encouragement. The positive parts of the experience were the amazing views and the tree cafe location.
Ziplining at Treebridge Ziplining was a terrible experience from start to finish. We visited with our 7- and 8-year-old daughters, who have plenty of experience with climbing and ziplining and usually love it. However, during this entire tour, they were crying non-stop. The main issue was the complete lack of communication and how poorly we were treated. From the moment we arrived, we were yelled at and dragged toward a group, feeling like livestock rather than guests. No one welcomed us or even said hello. Helmets were shoved onto our heads and harnesses strapped on without a single word. There was zero communication with customers: no explanation of what to expect, no instructions, and no mention of whether we were ziplining alone or together. The staff members—some wearing scarves and masks—did not speak a word of English and made no effort to connect or communicate. We were rushed up the stairs and swung off the platforms without warning. Because the staff was just trying to rush people through the long lines, they pushed my young daughter up the stairs and even pushed her off a platform before she was ready. They also refused to let us as parents go first to guide or comfort our kids. When my daughters arrived trembling at the next platform, not a single staff member offered a high-five, a kind word, or a simple "well done." To make matters worse, my other daughter’s leg fell completely through a hole in the middle of one of the wooden platforms. She was terrified and crying, yet not a single staff member showed any concern, asked if she was okay, or apologized. As parents, it was impossible to enjoy anything because we were treated like garbage. We decided to stop the tour early. This was hands down the most child-unfriendly and unprofessional experience I have ever had—and equally horrible for adults. Please do not go here, especially if you have children!
Can’t recommend highly enough!! Booked and paid through trip advisor, for me my husband and 2 kids, aged 6 and 8 years. Had all paid and confirmed before. Picked up from hotel lobby on time. No wait to get in. Staff were amazing with the kids, they used my husband’s phone to take videos. An amazing experience. Very well organised. Yes, it is expensive, but I absolutely felt it was worth it, for the experience, memories and videos. 5⭐️
When we arrived it was a mash of people and we were a bit worried, but this was change over time and it calmed down quickly. When we got taken to side and given our safety equipment and split into small groups. Were were just our 4 family members and had 2 guides with us. They were excellent and looked after us so well. My youngest felt faint (heat) and they went and got water for her and helped her as she didn’t want to go down. They made sure she was seated in the shade all the time switching the order to have her in shady platforms. The guides happily took videos and photos of us. We were always clipped onto a wire and felt very safe throughout.
Fun experience with funny guides and great views. Got a lot of videos for no extra fee but they have a box for tips. Was so much fun
Zip line was great, there was miscommunication about the duration and number of zip lines. We had an hour and 10 zip lines, it was advertised as 2hours and 18 zip lines.
Very efficient professional staff who made us feel safe and were funny. Equipment safety held high priority Great videos.
We went with our two boys (Age 8 and 6) We had the best time! Staff were all so friendly and helpful and even take videos for you. Would highly recommend to do. Not for the faint hearted as a lot of ladders and heights (obviously) Well worth the experience
Was very well Organised . Staff were efficient and funny and caring . Felt completely safe the whole way
Amazing experience from start to finish, we really loved it !! One of our favourite things we did in Koh Samui
5/5 Stars - Great company, very funny staff and made us feel super safe throughout!
Booked this on a tour and it was great fun. 9 zip lines in total and to be honest a bit of a workout. Would recommend to kill and afternoon or morning for some fun and a bit of an adrenaline rush.
It seemed like a dodgy set up at first. Get there in the back of a 4x4 and young and very cheeky ziplines guides. But, it was a great fun experience. They set you up with all the gear really quickly and there are lockers there to put your stuff. They took photos for us. Actually zipline seemed scary at first but after the first few it was just beautiful looking at the views. 10 ziplines in all. The young fellas were playful and bounced the lines and yelled to be careful trying to freak you out ☺️. Free drink in their Cafe after. Great time
Zipline itself was great — genuinely worth doing. But avoid this tour operator completely. This booking is just routed through an agency called OH-HOO, and they’re a mess. We had a 2pm transfer confirmed. They messaged and called multiple times beforehand… then didn’t show up. No driver, no update, nothing. When I chased it, their “solution” was to wait until 3pm or make our own way by taxi. Don’t waste money paying commission to an agency that can’t handle basic logistics. BOOK DIRECTLY with the zipline provider — it’s cheaper and you’ll actually get what you booked.
This was the best zipline we have ever done. Stunning views, great cafe and such a fun experience. Really well run, safe a d well organised. A must do experience.
Great experience this morning so much fun.
We were very excited for this but left disappointed. There were 3 of us (2 ziplining and one just watching). Taxi and 4x4 was good. My husband had a shoulder surgery 3 months ago and it was nearly healed, he just couldn't support his weight or pull up on one arm. The tour guide told us they would check he was OK in the harness but he should be fine. On arrival, without any checks or anything, we were told he absolutely could not do it and my daughter had to go alone. We even offered to sign something, but they said the insurance absolutely did not cover it. This is understandable but was not what we were told and we were disappointed. We then had to wait 2 HOURS before our zip group was called - what was the point in getting up at 6:30 just to zipline at 10:30?! The zipline was good and little to no wait between lines, but the staff were either overly personal and touchy or did not speak at all, careless, made rude comments and one was even smoking a joint whilst harnessing someone! Everyone saying it was professional and safe - where were you?? Overall disappointing and unsettling experience - a waste of mine and my husband's time, and my daughter didn't enjoy it as much as she could have. Not worth it.
Great day zip lining on several lines at different heights, staff were amazing and joined the ride by videoing using my camera
Amazing!!!! We had such a great time here! The location, the scenery, the staff… everything was fab. This was the highlight of our trip, very organised, really professional staff who made us feel at ease and safe! Highly recommended!!
The ziplines are crazy !!! Flying through the jungle . A must if you’re in Koh Samui . And again , so well organised . Transport on time and to the door .
My wife and I did the zipline mid morning, had a hotel pick-up (and drop off), and the staff were excellent. The whole zipline activity was well run and a lot of fun. There are some great views and some ziplines are quite long providing a descent ride. Would recommend it.
Top class!! 10/10 , thoroughly enjoyed this!! Staff are amazing! Will most certainly be back! Thankyou for the experience
Very well organised , professional , friendly, little if no queue and safe… great views for a drink and relax for a while too.
Had a fantastic day at the Tree Bridge Cafe and Zipline. Everything was well organised. Collected from our hotel in Lamai Beach. On arrival, we had a short wait in the cafe area before starting the zipline experience. Staff were very helpful throughout every single zipline, always willing to take photos at every opportunity. Once finished, a taxi was waiting for our return trip to Lamai.
A great experience for the whole family. We went with kids aged 6 and 8 and the staff were very kind and helpful moving us through the course. A really fun time but go early in the day as it’s hot!!
I fell ill the morning of my trip and asked if I could swap the day of my activity as this was unexpected and out of my control. I messaged and phoned both Viator and the organiser but felt ignored. This was an expensive trip compared to others I did and I did not want to miss out on the experience so I asked if it was possible to change to another day, but nobody got back to me. I also tried to phone but no answer.
Had such an amazing time here with my friends! The staff was so funny and make the experience 10x better. Would definitely come back
Bad customer service, cancelled within hours of start time. Would not recommend. Use different company.......,,,,,
Overall a positive experience. Picked up from our hotel on time, and transported to the zipline cafe. The road up was bumpy and the driver did not slow down, so be prepared 😂 The cafe is cute and lively. Not long after arriving we were taken up to get ready to zipline, and locked our belongings in lockers. The guides were lively and joked around a lot. Even though my friends were cool with this, on the way out I heard an older couple arguing with one of the managers that their joking was not funny. If you're more on the sensitive side, you may want to book another tour, as my friends and I didn't find it to be an issue, but perhaps we were more light-hearted about the joking and teasing. In terms of safety, all ziplines looked stable and up to date, and we were readily secured. One of the guides noticed my helmet was loose, and immediately fixed it for me before continuing. They took really cute videos of all of us. After the zipline we took a short walk to the waterfall, and enjoyed the views. We came back and were informed our taxi service was leaving immediately, so we rushed down to catch our ride back. As such, the experience did feel slightly rushed, and the venue was packed. But overall, my group had fun and I'd recommend this to other travelers seeking an adventure on Samui! :)
Great experience. Would choose it again The view is fantastic and the people know how to do things.
Definitely worth this experience. The view is absolutely stunning throughout the whole programme. The track is a little too easy, not the most adventurous so not physically demanding but definitely worth it cause of the panoramic view. The boys who works there are super helpful, friendly and supportive so you feel safe and comfortable throughout the whole time
This is a fantastic tour! (And this is from someone who doesn’t love tours). The ziplines are fun, with lots of runs and fantastic views! Staff was great, safe and took awesome videos. It was also well organized and not a lot of waiting around - pick up was on time, we were there less than 10 minutes before we got on the ziplines, and after we finished, it was less than 10 minutes before we left. I would highly recommend!
The Ziplining is great and a lot of fun! The Staff is super friendly and funny :) But I didn‘t get picked up at my hotel as booked so I hat to take a Grab there myself, that was really annoying, because it was expensive.
Really enjoyed this experience we were a little apprehensive on arrival but it’s very organised and well thought out. There are ten lines which seem to get longer and higher as you do them but the guys in charge make the experience fun. We would definitely recommend
Wow. This was amazing do not miss. We enjoyed every second the zip lines are excellent, the crew are great felt very safe and well looked after. The cafe is cool and drinks are good. Would definitely recommend this trip.
