Great day of fishing. I am a complete novice and still managed to catch a couple of fish. My son caught 7 including one that is similar to a stone fish. The crew were friendly and explained what to do. What we caught in the morning were ate for lunch with rice and salad. Lots of cold water and cola available for free. Worth the day out with free hotel pickup.
Fun day with my son, we caught some fish, not really big but slot if fun. Staf were very helpful and lunch was goed.
The tour operators were helpful and friendly and we caught enough fish for lunch which was great. The boat probably had 5 or 6 too many people on board to be comfortable. The boat itself is old and run down and is awkward to move around. Everything from the hotel transfer to the checking in, boarding etc was very punctual and professional.

Absolutely brilliant trip. Despite choppy sea the guides did their best to put us on fish and did not disappoint. Lunch was superb, everyone caught.
When we were fishing we caught numerous small fish but nothing large. On the way back, the crew threw out a lure for trolling for barracuda. We caught one over three feet long with they said was on the small side. Crew was great and lunch was cooked on the boat by the crew using the fish we had caught up to then. We went to three different reefs to try and find large fish but we're unsuccessful.
1000% a tourist trap, if you’re looking to do some real fishing I’d explore elsewhere, good for the kids but that’s about it I’m being honest Crew was cool but bring your own beer if you wanna save a dime

This was my first time fishing! Absolutely no idea what I was doing. Along came Mr Tu. Was greeted and driven to the boat on the dock. Felt a little like the film Jaws. Got on board....sorry, aboard and went straight to open sea. Got the gist of rod use by observing others and asking questions. Stopped about three or four times with various success....for everyone....but me. Around me, people. there were 7 of us, got bites. Eventually, at the second to last stop, I caught one, only what you call a tiddler, but to me it WAS like Jaws. My rod skills had now improved. Lunch aboard was freshly cooked and delicious. I highly recommend.
We had an amazing day, from fishing , to swimming to jumping to catching to eating to even bringing some catch back to the place to be cooked . Special kudos to Mr Yao for the help during the whole day
We had a great time fishing with Mr Tu. I had young kids with me and the staff were awesome with always helping and making sure the kids were enjoying themselves. Great lunch and plenty of water/soft drinks. Most people onboard caught 2 or 3 fish, nothing massive but it was still a great experience. Not the right charter for anyone looking for “game fish” but if you’re looking for a fun day on the water we would highly recommend.
Hardly caught any fish which I know they cant guarantee but it was the reason we went. Not sure that they were really set up to catch any decent ones with small hooks and baits. But for a novice, its probably fine. Think I was looking for something a bit more serious. However, they provided lunch and lots of water, collected me from the hotel etc plus was a good price.
We had an excellent family day fishing. The kids caught a few fish and then they cooked them up and we ate them. All food and soft drinks are free. Such a fun day out
The sea was rougher the day we went. I don't hold the weather against them, but we were only fishing for small fish. We caught maybe 30-40 fish that were 4-5 inches between the 14 or so fishers on board. That was cooked up for lunch, which was cool. After lunch the captain said we could go in or keep fishing for 2 more hours for the same fish. We all elected to go in since those small fish weren't worth the rough waters and slow day of catching It seems we were never going after any big fish, which was disappointing. I'm not sure if the weather played a role in what they fished for, but if I would've known we were fishing for 4 inch fish for 6 hours, I may not have booked. It was still a cool experience, and if you have a spare day, it's probably worth doing it.
It was a great day out on a boat fishing, Jo the deckhand was very helpful and cooked a fantastic yummy lunch! Lots of little fish caught, would be perfect for families with kids! The only downfall was out transport to and from the wharf with our driver going to 3 wrong hotels to pick people up and him picking up a hitch hiker on the way back, which I thought was a little bizarre! Overall a great day and would highly recommend.
It was a really fun day learning how to cast and fish, but we just caught little fish. We swam in the ocean and that was a lot of fun. Special thanks to our guide Nai (he was fun, helpful and playful) and the driver of the boat. Don't go if you think you'll catch big fish. Go if you want to have a fun day. Put lots of sunblock, we burned 🔥

The view is okay. Boat is equipped with very basic fishing gears .As is wuite windy the day we went, we didnt catch much fish. Only a couple of small grouper . Dont expect catching giant fish. Lunch is so so..They will fried the fishes caught on board for lunch along with fried rice, fried chicken (which is really hard),salad ,potatoes ,watermelon. Overall ok experience.
Good fishing trip friendly staff and food was good Had swimming to cool off as well Only bad thing is transport Me and another customer were close to our hotel but the driver took us all round the island to get back !! I booked this fishing trip after one got canceled while in the Maldives. I wasn't expecting it to be as good but ultimately myself and my wife had a nice day out. We were picked up on time along with a few other stops on the way to the pier. We did have to wait 45mins for another party of people to arrive. There were 9 of us on the tip in total with 3 staff. It is a spacious boat with a toilet, you can sit on the top deck to sunbathe if you want. You sail out for about 30/40 minutes and generally hang around that 1 km radius for the rest of the period. Moving from time to time onto another fishing area. You dont catch big fish and they are very similar regardless of moving. So they dont put up much of a fight. Nevertheless, it was still fishing and I personally caught about 15 fish. You are provided with free soft drinks (beer is extra but you can take your own), and the guys prepare and cook some of the fish caught while on the boat for lunch with rice and salad which is a nice touch. We had a swim in the sea, diving from the boat. I was a little disapointed when we didnt do any bigger fish line trawling on the way back which was advertised. But all in all I would recommend this trip for a bit of fun
Although the weather wasnt very co-operative we did manage to catch several smaller fish-Tango (as the crew told us) and we also got a bigger fish, a 4kg African pompano! And crew told that its a small one 🙂, these fish can be double in size! Well, we were lucky that we got any fish with that weather. We started with 14 persons, but since the waves were hughe and wind quite strong 12 persons quit, a longtail boat came to half way and took them back to land. We stayd and got a great experience! The crew (2 men) cooked the fish for us on the boat on the spot! So tasty! As the weather got worse, we went back 30 mins earlyer than planned, but it was okay! We got great emotions and an evening full of after waving on the land 😆. It was great, but with a better weather it would have been excellent! The crew was helpful and skilled fishermen, also good cheffs, but a little better english would be perfect! Everything worked out good-transfeer from and to the hotel was accurate, the boat was very clean, crew great and emotions high!
There was 7 of us altogether. Two Norwegians, one from New Zealand, two from China, one from Austria and one from Australia.
This was a great day out. The transfers were bang on time and the boat trip and crew were great. Lunch was excellent, especially trying what we had caught. We didn't catch much as it was really sunny, but it was still fun - especially the swimming at the end. Just be prepared for a very very hot day out if the full sun is shining.

The sea excursion is very well organized. The boat is well equipped. The crew is friendly and competent. We stay close to the island while moving according to the suggestions of the crew. Not restricted to experienced fishermen, novices are welcomed and supervised. Lunch is frugal.
No interest, no interaction with the crew. If you go there to fish you will be disappointed (material sucks, they tell you where to throw, no interesting). The meal is bland and dry, and to finish fishing above the exit of the toilet of the boat I let you imagine! Zero fish for an entire group! To escape.

We hired to go fishing. More expensive than any in the area. We were told when booking 10:00 hours. We were given a choice of 3 pick-up hotels. We choose the one closest to ours. We arrived at 9:45. They left us lying. Since that time calling them and writing WhatsApps and they do not answer us. Except at 10:10 they tell us they've been waiting for us and phoned us. We don't have any calls. Now I try to refund the 110 euros of the payment for going two people to NOT FISH. Seeing the opinions. They use that technique with all clients.
