Koh Samui Jungle Safari Eco Tour (Include Lunch)

We had high hopes, but sadly this wasn’t great. We were collected by our jeep and collected another family as expected…and then taken to our first stop to be told we were meeting 5 other jeeps all full of other people! The guide came on one of these. She was supposed to be English speaking, which she was a little, but she shouted through a mega phone and couldn’t be understood very well. We thought this was a small tour and a guide of our own. We were rushed between stops, short time to look around, with not much explanation of what we were looking at etc… most of which we couldn’t understand. Disappointing trip and sadly wouldn’t recommend. The other family we shared the jeep with were lovely. Fun trip in that with our driver - roof top fun too! Lunch was very tasty at a lovely location.

We recently booked a Jungle Safari tour and this experience was, without a doubt, one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Koh Samui. The tour was incredibly well organized, exciting, and packed with breathtaking scenery and local culture. Our guide was funny and riding in a 4x4 jeep was exhilarating, and the stops along the way were well-chosen and diverse—waterfalls, hidden temples and panoramic viewpoints. It is a great way to explore the island.

I was really looking forward to this excursion. Lets start by the positive points. The driver was amazing, the différents sites we visited were fabulous too. Then the big désappointment came from the guide who did not do his job. He gave us almost no information concerning the sites we visited. We saw other groups with a real professionnal guide who was describing every site visited but not ours. Then the lunch was average. During the trip we had to ask for water otherwise i dont think we would have had any. No fruits either. I do not recommande this tour!

I recently embarked on this safari tour that exceeded our expectations, immersing ourselves in the stunning landscapes. This safari tour was a perfect blend of excitement and relaxation, leaving us with unforgettable memories and a strong desire to recommend them.

A fun filled action packed tour. We started at the temples then drove into the jungle to stop at the viewpoints. The trip was fun and enjoyable. Lunch was great as well. Very informative and the tour guide was fun

The tour was fun and scary at times. The trip was informative. We got to see many Buddha statues and the drive through the jungle was exciting. There was a nice stop at a coconut factory. Lunch was tasty. The waterfall was great. Grandmother and Grandfather rock was also great.

A great trip out and fun activities, pick up and drop off from your accommodation and managed to arrange for next morning as it was low season. Friendly staff and fun rife up the mountain on top of the 4x4, good value for money, I highly recommend

This was an action packed day of touring the beautiful island of Ko Samoi. We made about 7 stops are various tourist places that were mostly fun and interesting. Our guide FIFA was amazing and kind. We unfortunately were delayed in meeting her at the cruise port because our ship had to tender in, but we were able to take a taxi to their next meeting area and caught up with her and the driver. Be aware, this is not a private tour, but has many jeeps and tourists. It was handled very well and organized so I still think it was the best way to see the most.

It was a very fun and exciting experience. You get to know more about the island and the difference in the environment. You get to go to the highest point from the mountain and get lovely views.

It was a long day, picked up in a 4x4 at 8:30am and dropped off again at 4pm. Along the way there were many stops at the must visit spots on the island: spectacular temples and mountain top pagodas with stunning views, rubber and coconut plantation demonstrations, dramatic waterfalls with cooling pools to swim in and the wonderful magic garden. This was, at times, a bumpy ride as the 4x4 makes its way up the steep mountain track. You get an opportunity to sit a top the vehicle giving an exhilarating panoramic ride through the jungle and up the mountain. The guide was attentive and informative, lunch was tasty. All in all a great value for money tour of Koh Samui and a great day out.

Today’s safari was an excellent experience, from the hotel pick up, dead on time, to all of the sites. Our tour guide and driver made the day one to remember. Very friendly, good humour and local knowledge. Can not fault the day. Thank you

Thoroughly enjoyed this day trip despite some heavy rain and low clouds. This was a great way to see a surprising mix of temples, statues, crafts & lovely natural scenery across hard to reach areas in the centre of Koh Samui - much more than I had expected. The rough ride is not suitable for those with bad backs, but otherwise great fun - particularly if trying the cab-top seats for a while to improve the views. The drivers & guide were very friendly & helpful. Lunch was a good standard set menu. As noted, on the day I joined this tour, we experienced some heavy rain showers and very low clouds which obscured what should be great views. Despite this, there was still much of interest to see. The roof on the truck doesn't stop all the rain, so take a good rain coat! Since the rain was actually quite warm, this didn't stop the enthusiasm of our group who developed good camaraderie as we enjoyed the day. Highly recommended!

We liked everything about the trip. We had o lot o fun, saw a lot of things. The lunch was delicious. I definitely recommend this trip to everyone.

Great tour guide, so friendly and joyful. Fun tour, very bouncy journey. I would have preferred a little more information on the ecological side, this seemed a little rushed. We booked this thinking that the eco tour would bypass the chained elephants that we continually read about on other tours, unfortunately this is not the case on this tour as the elephants are located at the waterfall. Waterfall is quite disappointing so if you do not want to see chained up elephants do not go on a tour that takes you to the waterfall. Overall a fun day out.

One of our favorite places in the world. The tour was super fun and we got to sit on top of the truck and the tour guide was so lively and fun and we got to meet so many people. I loved the temples and everything.

Description and reviews had me really excited, but the tour was disappointing. Our guide barely spoke English. There is no jungle. Riding on top of truck is fun, but limited. There was no water at the falls, the larger of two was dirty. There was no water fight as described in reviews. They do offer 1 water bottle. Lunch was great with a fabulous view!

I can only recommend this tour to everyone! It is everything included you should see from Ko Samui and the car gives a suoer adventureous vibe to the whole trip. The guides and drivers are amazing and funny people, I appreciated them a lot! :) the whole day was amazing with so many tiny details which are not mentioned in the details but give a lot extra to this trip.. Don't hesitatet, just book it! It is the best thing to do on the island as a day trip to cover everything and have some fun!

The tour was amazing way to view the island and a must-do if you are travelling to Koh Samui. We were picked up from our hotel in the vehicle we would be riding in all day and met our tour guide for the day who arrived in the other vehicle of people. The tour guide was very energetic, friendly, and seemed to enjoy teaching you about the different locations you visited. In the vehicle there was plenty of cold bottles of water to keep you hydrated. One of the highlights was taking turns riding on the roof of the vehicle in between stops while making our way up and then back down the mountain. Overall it was well worth the price and a must-do if it is your first time visiting or just haven't explored the tourist destinations on island before.

Guide Jacky and driver were great fun and very informative. A lot was covered in a short time. A lovely overview of the island and its features. Nice lunch served at a very friendly restaurant on the hillside.

Absolutely worth every Penny. Book in the towns instead of hotel for a better price. In town we paid 1500pp THB whereas our holiday rep was charging 2200pp. Great way to see the attractions throughout the island. Jeeps carry 8 people with an opportunity to sit up top going through the mountains. Lunch was just beautiful with some amazing Thai food - great for both spice and non spice lovers. Good amount of time at each spot with a brilliant tour guide. Have a blessing from a real monk of you wish and learn all about their culture and life. Our tour guide hasn’t had a day off in 4 months after being out of work for two years during covid but he still have it all his energy and the day was exceptional. One of the best excursions we have been on in any country. Highlight was the water fight in the jeeps on the mountain - such good fun.

The tour was fantastic, got to see a lot of the island traveling from temple to temple. The jungle part was heaps of fun bouncong around in my seat as we drove up and down the mountain. Such a beautiful view from the lunch spot too.

I'm so glad me and my friend took this tour. I would recommend it to everyone. We had such a great time and we saw Koh Samui in a different light after this tour. The tour takes you to each beautiful corner of Koh Samui. My highlights were the secret garden, the temples, and Koh Samui's highest point in the jungle were you can see a 360`view of the island. The tour guide Goo was super fun and funny, which made the experience more enjoyable. Also, the lunch was delicious!

The entire trip was a great, funny tour guide! Yummy lunch! Seriously ride on top of the 4x4WD, got to sit up top and the view on the way up and down was amazing. It’s a blast!

I took this excursion with my two children; overall, it was possible to visit all the attractions within the time in a given time window of 10 to 35 minutes. We booked at a discount 1 day in advance and were even picked up at a hotel that was not on the list—otherwise we would have had to walk 5 min. That was very friendly! The English-speaking tour guide was unfortunately hard to understand, but made an effort to explain something about the plants and the temples on Ko Samui. Overall, I cannot expect more for the price. Anyone who wants to see a lot quickly and has no problem with souvenir shops is in the right place here.

Was a super nice tour through the mountains, also off road, with fascinating temple complexes and beautiful spots. Very well organized.
