3-hour Jet Ski Safari From Koh Samui To Pig Island Or Koh Phangan

It’s been years since on a jet ski. It was thrilling but when I tired a guide took over and drove for me. So I got to experience the driving as well as the sight seeing. Was heaps of fun, recommend it

This was a very adventurous and enjoyable tour .. some fast parts but lot of choppy seas that got us soaked .. good fun

I liked it very much, but you need to know that it’s a bit tough. Back and forth it was about 2.5h ride, and there were some waves. I loved it, but my kid (10 years old) do t want to hear about a jet ski anymore 🙂 The team is great. Pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend the company and the trip itself.

Rough ride, but totally worth it. Pig island not so interesting but the experience it is what matters.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an incredible experience! We did the jet ski tour from Cocos Marie to Pig Island, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. My daughter and I had an absolute blast from start to finish. The guides were friendly, professional and made us feel safe the entire time. They took the time to explain everything clearly before we left and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the tour. The jet skis were in excellent condition, and the ride across the water was both exciting and unforgettable. Pig Island itself was beautiful, with plenty of time to relax, take photos and meet the friendly pigs. The whole trip was well organised, with a great balance of adventure and sightseeing. A big thank you to the entire team for making this such a fun and memorable experience. If you're visiting Koh Samui and looking for an exciting activity that's suitable for families, I couldn't recommend this tour highly enough. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Thailand!

All in all it was a good experience, Pig island wasn’t much however it was good to take a break from the rough water. Owning a JetSki myself back home I always go out early before the water gets rough so my only suggestion would be to start the tour much earlier than 8am.

Fantastic afternoon jetskiing around islands and on secluded beaches wow it was fun, my wife amd I loved it.

Fantastic day and one of the favourite things we did while in Koh Samui. The main event is the actual jet skiing itself, and you get a good 1.5- 2hrs of pure jetskiing. Amazing! Proper open water, allowing you to really enjoy the speed! Not for anyone nervous or lacking in confidence - some of the waves were pretty big, which we loved but could put some people off.

Please know that you will spend most of the jet ski time out in the open ocean. There was very rough waves and a lot of it felt dangerous, I was genuinely terrified. I usually like a bit of an adrenaline rush, but this felt very dangerous. I really think our tour should have been cancelled with the conditions on the water. But I am a novice so I accepted the instructors. its about 1 hour on the jet ski, about 1 hour pig island and almost 2 hours home. Wear pants or long shorts on the jet ski! We suffered some bad friction burn. I would also recommend looking up some tutorials before hand as the instruction we recieved was very minimal. Bring 50 thb cash per person for pig island entrance

I recently booked the 3-hour jetski trip in Samui, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, the team was incredibly helpful and supportive. The organization was seamless, everything ran smoothly, and they made sure we felt safe and comfortable throughout the ride. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, always ready to answer questions and provide guidance. The jetski route itself was stunning, offering breathtaking views and the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation.

We did the 3-hour jet ski safari and it was definitely an experience! I would recommend you to only do this tour if you know how to drive a jet ski or at least drove one before. If not: Be prepared for the challenge — it takes a lot of strength to ride through the open ocean, and the speed can be intense. At times it felt a bit tough. The guides, however, were fantastic. They waited for us, gave helpful tips, and always looked out for our safety. For the tour itself I’d give 3/5, just because we didn’t expect it to be that hard/scary. But the organisers and guides deserve a clear 5/5 for their support and professionalism. The hotel pick-up and instructions were also very well organised.

This was a highlight of our honeymoon. Everything was run really well and the jets skis were a blast. I would totally recommend!

Great trip! Make sure ladies wear long shorts!!! To the knee... the bumpy ride is brutal on your legs if they are rubbing on the seats !!! Guys were super nice and patient! Totally recommend xx

The worst jet skiing experience but it was down to the weather. The sea was quite rough and an hour there and an hour back was terrifying. We all still ache was from hanging on for dear life! Personally I think it should have been cancelled. You don't go round the islands you go right out into the ocean. If the sea is rough it's best to stand up but can't be done if there are 2 of you are on board. The guys do look after you though! Pig island was lovely though, stayed there an hour.

The maximum weight per couple on a jet ski is not mentioned anywhere on the website or the provider’s brochure. Orange Wave randomly decided who may share a Jet Ski and who may not even though a number of couples were on the heavier side. This equated to 6000 Baht extra for the outing. Keep this in mind when booking. This caused an unsavory start to the outing as we felt as if we were being taken advantage of.

Everything's good, the guide is friendly and helpful, patience, have safety precaution and money is worth. My group had about 15 pax with 9 jetski going out all together If you already have experience in riding the jet ski, The only downside was the group is too big and you have to keep waiting.

This was a fraudulent company, absolute horrible experience with the company. Poor communication did not provide the service.

what a great few hours! weather wasn’t the best but it was well worth it, pig island was fantastic aswell

This was really an exciting jet ski excursion all the way from the northern beach to the southern island. Each way took us about an hour. On our way back, we could spot whales (small ones) jumping. We will for sure do this again when we come back to Samui.

Not for the faint of heart! An absolute thrill ride! You spend quite a lot of time on the jet ski but that's what we signed up for. The scenery is breathtaking! They did a great job and groups were small which was nice. Was absolutely worth it!

The tour was a fun day out with the jet ski however, the locations changed and was not notified after looking forward to going to pig island. Tour guides weren’t very cooperative with information as to where we were going, where they took us or notifying us the duration at each destination.

Very long time on JetSki (over 1hr each way), riding over the open sea. Was moreso expecting shorter bursts for island hopping, so depends what you are expecting. The pigs on pig island aren’t all small and cute like you see in brochures, but nice to go regardless. We didn’t get time to visit the other island or to do snorkeling because of the long JetSki ride to a from pig island.

Excellent experience with good company and professional crew. The team times it do could miss the crowds which significantly improved the experience

It was a fantastic experience with my teenage son. Because of the weather conditions – there were lots of waves on the way to Koh Tan an Koh Mudsum – the destination was changed to Ko Pha Ngan. We saw beautiful beaches, did some snorkelling and even visited a waterfall. However, this is not for the faint of heart because those jet skis are really powerful beasts. The staff was really competent and friendly. Everything went smoothly from the pick up to the hotel, transfer to the beach, jet ski ride itself and drop-off back to the hotel after. Thumbs up!

Awesome adventure tour - this is an extreme sport not for the faint of heart - we had a great time but will be hurting tomorrow Can’t believe the pace - most places go slow and limit you, this one we were flying the instructors were pushing us to go faster

This is a long time to be on a jetski!! We are experienced riders but this was a long trip across the open sea. There were some lovely views on the way and the pigs on Koh Madsum are adorable.

Dangerous! On way there Tour guides lost us, scream at us when they found us. We told them we couldn't find them butthey were just screaming how dangerous it is to go here. Hello! We were trying to find you. On the way back we try to keep up with the group going at top speed of 75 kh. I'm about 55kg and was hanging onto my partner from behind. Due to speed and waves I was barely hanging on and after several waves and bouncing I flew off the jetski and was thrown in the waters I'm aching and in pain. I think the speed and my body weight play a factor as I was barely hanging on to my partner and lost contact with the floor most of the trip back going about 65-75 kh. I'm putting this warning out cuz it could have ended badly for me. I'm in pain and to get my head checked for a concussion not to mention the trauma of being thrown out a jetski going at 65-75 kh on rock waves when my body slam into the ocean.. My partner is badly sun burn as his cap flew off. Make sure to bring extra sunscreen!

So nice trip ! First we were picked up on time at our hotel with open air pick up truck, then we reach their waiting lounge where we can have free drinks and coffee. The tour was just amazing with new jet ski and really friendly guide (i think his name was zo). We been on the Koh Madsum tour, and will do the Koh Phangan tour in the next few days. Highly recommend !

Overall this was a fun experience. You get to decide if your group wishes to spend the entire time at pig island or snorkeling. You can also divide the time. It is a long drive to get to the islands approx. 1 hour drive time one direction. They don’t allow free “play” time on the jet skiis, you must stay in a straight line with the group at all times.

This is a well organised and supervised adrenalin rush over 3 hours. As a first timer on a jet ski I found this to be a fantastic experience. The only advice I would have is goggles would be useful as the constant spray from sea water makes the eyes very irritable. The sea was reasonably calm on the day we went but I imagine the experience could be a lot rougher. We both rode on the same jet ski and this did not cause any problems and worked out a lot cheaper. I would definitely do this again

** Be warned** Will gladly take your money but non existent care if customers are injured and no insurance!!!!! ( despite paying 9000 bahts for 1 X jet ski) My son was bitten by one of the pigs and all they did was put iodine on the cut… He was in pain and their responsibility to seek professional medical attention… I had to take him to the doctors myself for tetanus jab/ rabies jab/ antibiotics etc. medical bill so far 8,000 baht and 3 rabies injections to go. Typical Thai mentality with Magic Jet Ski…take the money and run. Bangkok hospital just as bad…scamming as much money out of tourists as possible.

It was a neat trip but everything was incredibly rushed…20 min with the pigs 10 min snorkeling…if this was a 4 hour trip it would be a lot more enjoyable.

What a fantastic experience. I’d never ridden a jet ski before and what a place to do so for the first time. Koh Samui is one of the most beautiful places in the world. Stunning scenery and super interesting coastline, including secluded satellite islands. We were equipped with modern and powerful jet skis in great condition. They were clearly well maintained and looked after. Following a safely brief, we were on our way down the eastern coast under the watchful eyes of our guides. We stopped along the way and then went ashore at Koh Mat Sun for a break. Strongly recommend this company and this particular tour. The highlight of our trip so far.

Absolutely exceptional. I highly recommend this trip from Koh Samui. Little choppy in the ocean but this added to the fun. Recommend applying sunscreen almost every stop as the wind burn catches on very quickly. Don’t wear a hat as you’re guaranteed to lose it in the ocean. The trip to see the wild pigs was incredible and then to complete the trip, an hour of snorkelling a beautiful reef! Will do this again when I return.

We did not leave till almost 11:00.Then I had to share a jet ski when I thought I could ride my own.Then we did not go to second island or snorkeling witch was suppose to be part of the excursion.The guide who rode solo could have stopped more then once to shake out burning arms and cramped throttle figure.Extremely rushed there and back trip to go see pigs is basically all it was could have did it a lot cheaper and more comfortably in a boat

非常糟糕，沒有服務可言。我們花了7000THB，服務人員說要我們加2000變成私人行程，可以慢慢騎（實際上沒有其他同行的旅客）。上了jet ski之後，沒有任何教學，要我們一直加速，整趟旅程教練一直騎在前面，非常不好的體驗 Worst sea exploring experience I’ve ever had. No even a bit sense of service and wanna ask for extra fee. The whole journey no teaching, just constantly ask you to speed up, my suggestion is never try this trip

Pig Island was good, but the staff were not friendly, the jet ski travel was over 2.5 hours, and the tour guides went so fast that at times we could not see them and we were left in the sea by ourselves.

Very good tour. We first went to a snorkeling spot (the water was really murky but it didn't matter to us) then to pig island before heading back. We entered the wrong hotel address and noticed it last minute but they were kind enough to send us a separate driver for pickup (remember to ask for their comtact number and confirm your pickup timing beforehand! ). Also, while the tour is fun and exciting, it is worth noting that they will be going at almost full speed the whole time such that the tour finishes in 3 hours. It can get quite bumpy in the open sea especially if there are 2 people on a jetski. If the lady is brave enough, it might be better for her to request for a separate jet ski.

Well, it definitely is what it says it is. However, it is a very long time on a jet ski in open choppy waters. Our experience was fun but became more of a challenge to the point of feeling like an ordeal about half way through. The guys running the experience are great but I really think it should be broken up so you're only jetsking for 20mins at a time. Massive tip. If you are wearing bikini bottom you will really suffer. The constant bumping around for such an extended period of time causes serious chaffing. I'd reccomend shorts or wet suit to avoid pain and discomfort.

I had never been on a jet ski, so was a little apprehensive about the endurance a 3 hr Jet ski experience with me being the rider would require.... But all said and done... a must do for anyone wanting some exhilaration.... I rode the ski for about 1.5hrs... at a stretch and same on return... the equipment is top class... two staff riders are patrolling the group in front and behind... overall very safe with teen children as pillion.

If you are looking to ride a jet ski while in Koh Samui these guys are the people to do it with. This IS NOT one of those shady scams you hear about when hiring a jet ski in Thailand. They video the ski before you take off and allow you to do so also, so no nasty surpises at the end of your adventure. Hotel transfer was included from Lamai beach which is about 30 min each way. The ski are Yamaha 1100s (I think) and are pretty stable (although I still managed to flick myself off showing off for a photo). Yes it can be a bit bumpy you are in the ocean after all but I found if you have it a bit more throttle the jet ski skipped along the chop better. This is one to tick of the list while in Samui

It was incredible. So affordable for what you get. It’s 3 activities in one. The jet skis are very fun although when it’s a bit windy, it can be pretty scary and you’re on them for over an hour going very fast. Absolute highlight of the trip. Can’t believe what we got for the price.

This company is the biggest scam in Samui. I ordered a jet ski for 1pm. They called me and told me they would be there at 2:30 to pick me up at my hotel. I could not use the service because they did not honor their time. I disputed the charge and these people had the audacity to lie to my bank and keep my 150.00 for a service they never delivered

Outstanding adventure! Our guide was phenomenal and ensured we had an amazing time. Between island hopping and snorkeling, it was an unforgettable memory.

Hi Experience without support with the 2 guides I had my daughter at the back of the scooter and the guides were bulging and asking me to go faster For the safety I do not recommend

We were picked up in the morning from the hotel just on time. The day began with no delays. Every 2 people sat on 1 jet 1 jet and we headed out to to Copenhagen island over there we stopped at 2 different beaches and and the tour guides took us to see a beautiful waterfall where we swam in the pool, The water was perfect temperature and was very refreshing on this hot day. After that we went back to the shore sure where we sat in a coffee shop and drink some refreshing drinks I'm refreshing drinks before getting back on the jet skis and heading back to kosamoi island. We recommend you bring sunglasses to protect your eyes From the sun and the salty water. The tour guides provided us with bottled water, we recommend you bring an additional bottle or 2 because the water they provided was not enough for enough for the whole trip. We brought a backpack along with us on the jet ski although the guides recommended we don't take it because it may get wet we took it with us on the jet ski and it's stayed completely dry for the whole trip. You should bring some cash to buy drinks at the coffee shop on the island.
