Unforgettable Family Stay with Stunning Views, Though Beach Access Needs Better Control We had an absolutely amazing holiday at the W Koh Samui! From the moment we stepped foot on the property, the staff made us feel super welcome. A special shout-out to Nancy, who went above and beyond to arrange an early check-in for us. Being able to settle in early allowed us to start enjoying the hotel from the very first minute we arrived—a gesture we truly appreciated. The accommodations were exceptional. Traveling with two kids can often feel cramped, but our room was incredibly spacious with plenty of room for all four of us. The views were breathtaking, overlooking the lush jungle stretching out to the sparkling ocean. It was super quiet, offering a high level of privacy that made it feel like our own exclusive retreat. Every single team member we interacted with was extremely friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. There were only two minor downsides worth noting: -Beach Privacy: External visitors were somehow able to access the hotel beach, occupying sun benches and beach facilities intended for guests. Management might want to better secure access to the beach area so paying guests can fully enjoy the facilities. -Dining Variety & Availability: The resort only has two main restaurants—The Kitchen Table and the Japanese restaurant down by the beach for dinner. Since the hotel isn't within comfortable walking distance to outside dining options, choices feel a bit limited. The Japanese restaurant is quite small and gets fully booked very easily, so make sure to reserve your tables well in advance! Despite these small drawbacks, the warmth of the staff and the sheer beauty of the resort made our family trip unforgettable. We would gladly return!

We had an amazing stay at W Koh Samui. Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. The food was outstanding—every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, and the restaurants exceeded our expectations. The villa was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with stunning views and excellent amenities. The entire resort is well maintained and has a wonderful atmosphere.

We had an amazing stay at W Koh Samui. Our villa near the beach was spacious, beautiful, and had a fantastic private pool. The resort is large, but the golf cart service makes getting around very easy. The staff and service were excellent. The beach was spotless, and the views from both the beach and the pools were absolutely breathtaking. The tropical landscaping was stunning and made the entire resort feel like paradise. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety, and Namu restaurant was truly unforgettable - one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. The only small downside is that Fisherman’s Village is not within walking distance, so you need a taxi or tuk-tuk. Overall, we highly recommend W Koh Samui for couples, families, and luxury travelers.

From the moment we arrived, the service, the food, the impeccable attention to detail, and the deeply personalized care exceeded everything we had ever imagined. They even gifted us a complimentary 30-minute photoshoot to celebrate our honeymoon, which was such a thoughtful touch. We truly couldn't be happier with our stay. We also had an amazing time with Chef Aon during our cooking masterclass, and had so much fun with the brilliant bar staff during our cocktail workshops! A very special thank you goes to Nana from housekeeping and Cookie from the front office. Nana kept our room absolutely spotless and constantly surprised us with the cutest little gifts and handwritten notes. As for Cookie, she went above and beyond to make us feel like family. Her genuine kindness, warmth, and attentiveness made us feel so incredibly special. She even prepared the sweetest departure gift for us! Thank you for everything, Cookie, you are truly the best! We are already dreaming of the day we can return to this beautiful paradise and its amazing staff. 100/10 recommended!
